Despite numerous complaints over months, this store is STILL not a 24 hour store and closes from midnight to 6am. Update your hours or make your store 24 hours again. An apology reply doesnt solve the problem.

My elderly mother was in desperate need of a washroom and the attendant refused to allow her access. As a result she suffered an embarrassing accident. This was an act of extreme callousness. The attendant responsible should truly feel guilty for not permitting a person in distress to utilize their washroom.

Friendly service especially at night time. Once they recognize u as a regular they introduce themselves n remember ur name. It's pretty nice.

Information says 24hr but we were told by staff that the store is closed and that we have to leave, this was at 2: 45am.

I am usually not the one who leaves reviews for places unless something was out of the ordinary or upsets me… well in this case the worse. It shows this location is 24hrs open, however, a couple of people including me were told around 2: 46 that this place is now closed. One of the staff members was at the entrance when we entered, but I was not advised or anybody in front of me about this. Long story short I paid for the bottle of water I wanted, but the most disturbing thing was when I left a lady was refused entry as the 3 men in the store did not want to serve anybody anymore. I would understand if they have to close for a short period, but it was bluntly stated that the store is closed.

Happy with the services provided by the staff. But I realized the price was different as shown on the screen. Asked the staff and I’ve been told the price went up. End up I returned what I bought and getting my refund. They could maybe at least inform me verbally. Just don't think it's okay to be quiet with the price difference.

The guy working Year Years Eve and the Indian woman working early morning New Years Day were very helpful. I am a tourist here. They were friendly and just wonderful people. They must have a tough job dealing with all the street people.

If you don't mind being watched like a hawk.then you will be fine gracing the doorways of this 7-11

Every time I have tried to come to this place after midnight the same guy is working and refuses to let me in while he sits on his phone. I’m not sure what they are paying him for if not to serve customers but either way, the “24-hour” label should be removed since this is almost always the case.

This wouldn’t be as much of an inconvenience if they would actually answer their phone to tell you they are closed. I’ve called this place about 15-20 times in my life and you can bet that they won’t ever pick up the phone after dusk.

The owners clearly don’t care about customer satisfaction solely based on the generic template they are copy-pasting to “resolve” all of these negative reviews.

Usually I Love going to 7-Eleven but the reviews on these one I must stick with my colleges and review one star and I hope that you improve your stuff and everything else so that we give you a better review good luck stay safe

Tried to pick up some ibuprofen for a friend with bad cramps and some goof that works there gave me a "cut-off" hand across throat sign language from behind the locked door at 3am. I'm not sure what that means but driving to this 24-hour establishment was a waste of my time.

This ace isn't safe either. Invest is security maybe? Definitely a 1/
