Ordered control module for my truck, never get it and not return money! Call them 5 times told me they sent request to UPS, and never call back! This company SCAM!

Usually the guys here can get what you need in a timely fashion and if they can't help you, then they will point you in the right direction and they are always fair with regards to pricing. I use them alot.

Expensive, and if you call wanting a part they wont know if they have it or go out and look so you have to drive from wherever you are in my case Mission to Surrey and back with no part as they didn't have it.you would think they would have a database.totaly dissapointing.

Great place to get the real heavy duty 4X4 parts like differentials Dana 70 and up. Or take advantage of their reasonable shop rates and prices on inventory.

I bought new U joint (truck parts) from them.within 30 days, I went back with the original invoice, goods in original box, same credit card. At the beginning, they said I could return but charge me 25% restocking charge ; then I point out that invoice printed is 15% restocking fee and I also argued with them: my friend and I experienced with 99 parts and other similar suppliers are no restocking fee ; why you charge me this time?
Their manager. Paul came back and said that they won't returned for me under no reason.
I also found out that produce they sell 60% more that other company. Thatwise they do not wanted to return for me

On 2019-Oct 10 around 3: 10 pm this company's driver with license plate MY 1466 was seen driving aggressively, changing lanes in an unsafe manner.but also texting and driving. Driver was not a young man either.

Good services and very professional work, excellent customer service and work this guys provide to customers specially when we need it.

Inquired about a part they said they had a couple of used ones but no new ones when I got there they also had a new one and sold it to me for about half price. It wasn't an extremely expensive part but it's the thought
