A-1 Auto Sales Ltd.

After asking for a simple CarFax report link the salesman I was dealing with was only willing to provide a scanned copy of the carfax report. After reading a review that complained of being mislead by them, I then asked for a link so I could see it online for myself (something every other dealership I have approached has done so far) and they said they did not have a membership. I personally found his text reply had a kind of attitude I did not like which seemed to imply because they had been in business for 27 years I must be not judging them incorrectly and best of luck going elsewhere. In my limited dealing with them, I am leaning towards agreeing with the other reviews that they do seem shady in how they deal and I am simply following the advice of those who have shared bad experiences and walking away. I have an update. As a result of my review, they called me and have threatened legal action and mentioned defamation to which I responded they are welcome. Nothing I have shared here is outside of my experience and I am glad I recorded the conversation as well as have all the texts and correspondence from them. I wish we had in BC the laws they have in California which protect the consumer from car salespeople who take advantage of unsuspecting buyers. It's possible all the other poor reviews are off but for me not providing a Carfax report from Carfax's website rates in my book a 1 out of 5 stars because if its not directly from the website and only a scanned copy, it could be manipulated.

I recently purchased a car from A1 Auto sales, and I must express my deep disappointment with their lack of commitment to fulfilling their promises. When I bought the vehicle, the dealer assured me that they would promptly address a minor damage issue by repainting it. However, it has now been three long months, and the job remains unfinished.

To say that I am frustrated and dissatisfied would be an understatement. I made my purchase with the expectation that the dealer would fulfill their obligations, but their lack of follow-through has left me feeling let down and taken advantage of. Not only did they fail to live up to their commitment, but they also failed to provide any reasonable explanation or attempt to rectify the situation.

The lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal has been astonishing. I have reached out to the dealer multiple times, only to be met with excuses and empty promises. As a customer, I deserve better treatment than this. It is incredibly disheartening to experience such negligence and disregard for customer satisfaction.

Due to this poor experience, I am left with no choice but to give A1 Auto sales a rating of 2 out of 5 stars. The delay in completing the paint job and the subsequent lack of communication have tarnished my overall impression of their services. It is my hope that by sharing my disappointment, other potential customers will be made aware of this dealership's shortcomings and exercise caution before making a purchase.

In conclusion, I would strongly advise against dealing with A1 auto sales based on my personal experience. Their failure to fulfill their promises and lack of accountability have left me feeling both frustrated and disillusioned. Buyers should be cautious and consider alternative options to ensure a more positive and reliable car-buying experience.

Worst service ever! I sent my friend to buy a car which i found for her here. They were really unprofessional. Aman started laughing when The credit was not approved. Robby started being really annoying. He said that there is no way you can get approved. Little did he know that I went to another dealer and got her approval without any issues.

I've been looking for a Ford Ranger to use as a work truck for about a month. At A1 Auto I was able to get a great deal on a vehicle that matched my needs perfectly. I was suspicious of the paperwork which sounded too good to be true so I had a mechanic friend check the truck over. Everything checked out, urns out it's just a great little truck that should last. Well, I saw a vehicle I liked on auto trader.ca. Gave Ahmed a call and he set an appointment for 30 mins later. All I can say is that it was, quick, informative, and a pleasure to be there. They also beat my vehicle brokers by $6000. If your in the need of a used vehicle, this is your place. Stay away from the 370Z I'm saving up for it.

They promise to get you Zero down and the car you want then you find out you are not getting zero down and they submitted a totally different car for finance then you asked. Horrible service would not recommend to anyone, I recently just heard that they have a history of not disclosing accidents that vehicles they are selling have been in when finances or purchased. I switched to Applewood Kia and they got me the car I wanted no trouble.
