They were professional at all times, answered all questions honestly & throughly, came back the same day with the right size of filter. The office called the day before with a reminder call which I appreciated because I had made the appointment weeks ago& the app was on the 1st of the month. The technician also greeted our dog properly; she doesn't like men until she feels comfortable with them. A great job by every one! Thank you!

Once the information was clear that we were living in the unit where the repairs were needed we were worked into the schedule to recieve same day service. Very nice, respectful, clean service man arrived soon after text advice that he was on his way and repairs were complete in under an hour. Relite pilot light on hot water tank and replaced a part on central A/C unit. Cold air - hot water - life is good! They will be my first call if I need service again.

Middle of summer and A-1 came same day as issue, (Air not working), Glen was on time, fixed the problem immediately and gave a full check up on air conditioning system while here! 36 degree's out and we have air again, Thank you so much! A-1 = A+ ;)

After hearing a buzzing noise coming from our a/c/ unit, we contacted A-1 Heating & Air Conditioning. After insuring that we had heat, an appointment was made for a tech to attend our home and determine what was causing the buzzing noise. The tech opened the condenser for the A/C unit up and found that several of the electrical connections had become loose and after tightening all the connections closed the unit up. I have been using A-1 for the past number of years and found them to be very professional and courteous. They are a family business and after all the years we have used their services we see that they treat the clients as family.

Amazing service! Came when they said they would, which was the same day I called. Greatly appreciated that, because we were having a heat wave and it was my air conditioner. Diagnosed the problem and replaced the faulty part right away. Excellent service!

Hot water heater kaput on a Sunday on a long weekend - called a few companies who wouldn't give an estimate until they came to our house (service call), or charged a BIG premium for a long weekend call out. I called A1 heating and the technician on call (Steve) was more than happy to help us on the stat holiday. He was very efficient, we are very happy with the quality of his work. We will definitely use A1 for the rest of our heating and plimbing needs.

Prompt service and good prices. Wasn't a fan of talking with the lady at the reception desk/office when I had to call, she wasn't very helpful or knew about anything that was going on saying things like "What's your name again and what's your address? And what's the issue? " Asking me more than once and questioning if I had the right company when A1s tech's had already finished the install. Kinda strange.but job well done overall.

Absolutely worst customer service. They do not care about their customers. I had a technician come to the house with AC freezing up and not working. They came out cleaned the outside fan and I had shut the unit off so it thawed out and it worked for a day. They also said that I needed new ducting in my house installed and that my humidifier was killing my AC? It would cost approx. $1,500.and I called back the next day and left a message on the techs phone to say I needed them to return. No response. Another call and a call to the office after hours and still no call. Almost a week later they pick up the phone and said it would take another week before a technician could return because he was on a roof top job? I decided to call another company (Blair) and they came out immediately after hours and fixed the problem. Nothing wrong with ducting or air vents, the unit was leaking refridgerant and had to be resealed and refilled. The total job cost from the other company was $600 and the unit has been working A1 LOL, Run from these guys, they do not know what they are doing and do not care about the customer, period. I also emailed them to tell A1 that I will not be paying for their misdiagnosed diagnostic fee and to adjust the bill for the cleaning of the exterior unit only. Of course a week later and still no response. What a ripoff of a company.
