I recently took my tent trailer in for some long overdue service. Angelo was very helpful, communicative, and friendly throughout the whole process.

Before and after the appointment we talked through text messages. He had no problem taking the time to explain things to me and give me advice; even during off hours. I never once felt like he was trying to upsell me. He was very clear about what they can and can't do, and forward about expenses.

After I had dropped off my trailer for service he stayed in touch through the process, going so far as to send me pictures of the parts in need of repair/replacement. I really appreciate such transparency.

They also replaced a turning signal bulb for me as well as gave me some weather sealant to patch up a spot on my roof that needed it free of charge, which was unexpected but very appreciated.

I have to really stretch to think of any negatives. The appointment got delayed once because of limited garage space combined with poor weather. But it is hard to feel frustrated about that because of how thoughtful and responsive the communication was. The only other negative I can think of is that some things relating to tent trailer service they do not do, such as servicing the pulley lift system. It would have been nice to have that taken care of there, but it was not my main concern so I'm not particularly bothered.

Overall I would say that it was a smooth and positive experience. Angelo's friendliness and willingness to explain things to me was a highlight. I feel like the costs were reasonable too. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone needing some work done on their camper.

Brought a recently bought trailer to Angelo because we noticed panel had popped out from the molding. Angelo was super helpful with the solution, got us in right away for a fix. Did a complete inspection of the unit and walked us through all the problems. We were happy to get Angelo to repair everything for us. He was very professional and took the time to explain all the repairs. Followed up regularly with pictures and details. Bill was the exact amount quoted. Would highly recommend Angelo to anyone. Angelo did a great a job fixing our 26 ft Class C motorhome. The RV turned out to have a lot more water damage than originally expected, but Angelo let us know up front about the costs, and kept us up to date with pictures and explanations throughout the repair. The invoice was exactly as quoted, and also replaced the skylight with a new one at no additional charge. The workmanship was excellent, and we're super happy we went with Angelo. We wouldn't hesitate to come back for any of our future service or expert advice.

Seems like a good place to get rv repairs. Angelo was able to squeeze me in for a bearing repack and brake adjust. Very much apriciated as he was booked till late july at the time. Hard to quantify quality as nothing is seen, however brakes seemed a bit more responsive. Fair price.

This is a great shop for rv repair and it was fast! It was out of the shop in a week and I was on my way!

Our trailer had a couple leaks. I took it to a highly rated shop and long story short, I got ripped off and my trailer was worse than before. I interviewed Angelo and he assured me he would find the problem and fix it. Many pictures and texts later all my trailer stress is gone. Angelo found and fixed the leaks. Communications are the most important thing and he was great. I had extensive water damage and he did an excellent job on the repair. I can stop worrying and just enjoy again.

Extremely thankful with how well Angelo handles business, he made it super easy for drop off and pick up and went above and beyond with servicing our camper! He would get in detail on everything little thing explaining it and aswell as taking a ton of pictures. I didn’t feel like just another customer, he took such good care of us every step of the way! After the work was done by him our camper looks like it did coming off the lot. I highly recommend Angelo, his shop was a bit outa our way but it was totally worth it in the end! 10/10! Buyer beware

Please get a second opinion before using this company. Not only are his prices 3 times the amount he exaggerated alot of problem for us, luckily we got two other opinions and saved ourselves 14,000.00

Please beware and ALWAYS get a second opinion. If my family hadn’t made the choice to get 3 other opinions than we would be out tens of thousands of dollars for damages that do not need to be addressed!
Told me he would refund me my $300 for the inspection that I paid for and he didn’t perform, if I could provide him with a quote from another company. Then when I showed him quotes showing that the work he claimed was needing to be done actually was not true he told me he would not refund me as it was not his problem!
Also A Best RV’s you should 100% bring more than just a flashlight to an inspection worth 300$.
Not to mention there are way too many other companies doing this work for a quarter of the price!

Our poor 5th wheel had some major water damage and now it’s got a new back flooring section, new rubber roof, and complete reseal. Although there was some extra damage that revealed itself after the initial inspection and quote, Angelo was upfront about costs and provided updates throughout the process. The repairs look fantastic and the rv has been given a new lease on life for a good long while.
