I drove in with my minor bumper damage and manager quickly looked it over and explained what needed to be fixed and gave me a quick estimate. Came back later in day for written estimate, took about 10 minutes. Very professional service so far. I will be getting my vehicle repaired here, for sure. Nice lobby/waiting area, too.:) Update: my back bumper looks beautiful and they cleaned my car very nicely. Highly recommend this business.

Worst customer service they felt it more important to hit on my brain damaged wife for better or wose

Sooo, they clearly don’t communicate with one another and to finally have a discussion directly with owner to as why or what happen and once again face to face gets turned into you are being rude lol this is nuts that society has turned direct conversations into aggressive, rude, mean any case that’s what happened he refused to do the work because I was asking direct questions on what happened to the day when my wife brought it in after I had to reschedule with their office to show up this morning Saturday to be turned away because of a direct conversation I was trying to have pretty sad

Ray s the most patient person to deal with, unfortunately some people expect their cars to be fixed so fast lol

They did paint job on my car which was perfect. They are very professional, finished their work in given time.

Not recommend. Opened the claim with these guys in June 2022 and all the times I used to call them, Raman just kept saying that the estimate is submitted and we waiting response and kept putting over to next week. In Feb 2023 I finally called ICBC to know status of the claim and came to know these people never submitted my estimate to ICBC over 8 months. A complete waste of time. They just prefer repairing non drivable vehicles for sake of making more profit from insurance companies.

Great experience, for a more than adequate price they did a tremendous job to repair and replace my driver door and window, rear rim and and front bumper and hood. Ray Samra was a very respectful and generous person in doing extra services along with the original auto body work. I would strongly recommend A-Class to everybody.

Much work and in the business for 40 years.

But they can spare a hi or smile when customers walk in. I made a appointment and walked In and they still said come back later. That was not a request, I was still okay because I understood they were very busy.

And I have been calling them to follow up multiple times and they just hung up the call while speaking. Very rude and very disrespectful. Dint expect this.

Raman and his team are amazing! They went above and beyond to fix my car after my accident. They kept in touch with me during the waiting period with ICBC. As soon as my repair was approved, they got my car in and provided me with a courtesy car. My car was repaired in minimal time and it came out looking better than it did before my accident. I will proudly recommend this repair shop to any one who may need one. Thank you so much Raman and everyone at A-Class! You are honestly the best and I can't thank you enough!
