A Kinder Cup

I have been going to Kinder cup for years now (time flies!). I recommend the place for its coffee, pastries and sandwiches. The staff is great. Sometimes I feel bad that I stay for too long, forgetting that the place is not, I repeat, is not, my second office.they are kind enough in Kinder Cup to put up with me!

This is one of my favourite places! The community focus is wonderful and the atmosphere is so welcoming. Staff are incredible and have excellent customer service. Love that I can donate items to the community through the cafe and share books too.

I have been coming to A Kinder Cup for nearly a year because I couldn't find a coffee shop that matched the feeling and service you would get here. However since new staff has started the service has really deteriorated, no happy hellos or friendly conversations anymore all business and none of the kindness that this coffee shop promotes

I've heard about A Kinder Cup and have wanted to check it out and made my way out to the area yesterday and it was one of the best coffee shop experiences ever. Great staff, great London Fog and muffin. I'll definitely be back.:)

The staff were really quick at remembering my odd allergy and working with me to avoid it. They are fantastic here. You can find me there most weekday mornings eating my oatmeal and drinking chai Latte while typing away.

I had an amazing experience here at A Kinder Cup. For some reason my card was declined, and unexpectedly & graciously was given my coffee and muffin regardless from the kindness fund. I feel so grateful and cared for. Wow. I love the concept of the kindness fund, and hope other coffee shops look into this wonderful community based idea which brings us all closer together. The coffee and muffin were delicious and made with love. The atmosphere is awesome with comfortable seating and spacious spots with fast wifi. The ladies working here are so kind with beautiful smiles and I hope to come back again and add to the kindness fund myself to help another in need like I was. Thank you for creating such a wonderful cafe with great intentions:)!

Wonderful place, wandered in and was greeted by some of the friendliest people I have ever met who provided me with fantastic coffee. Never tried an iced mocha before but on recommendation I bought one, it was DELICIOUS!

The staff here is really friendly and I always have a good experience. The coffee js also very tasty and the baked goods as well. I recommend this place.

I'm very torn. The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly and fun but the specialty coffees are disappointing. I just bought two Americanos and we decided to make a coffee pod at home instead. Maybe the drip coffee is good and of course it's a matter of taste but despite the great service, I go to coffee shops to get a good cup of coffee. Please change your espresso beans supplier because I want to support you but if I want good espresso drinks, I'll drive out of my way to Serious.

Not-so-kind. It's gross cold and raining out. I walked into the cafe to kill an hour working on my computer in the warmth, out of the cold and rain. The coffee I ordered was the price of admission, like most such cafes that have a business model oriented towards a comfortable "third-space" environment. After ordering the coffee they gave it to me "to go" and kicked me out, saying they were at capacity. I told them I would wait. They insisted I wait outside in the rain. After about a minute of that I asked for my money back, which the lady initially refused until I actually had to demand my lousy $2.75 for standing in the rain. People, if your business model is selling a warm and cozy environment then you better not bait and switch then kick people **LITERALLY** out into the cold. Horrible experience with an extremely bad and UNKIND attitude. Will never go back on principle.

Fantastic coffee shop, and true to their name. A Kinder Cup provides a sense of community that the bigger establishments around town seem to be lacking. I’ll look forward to coming here next time I’m in the area.

We love A Kinder Cup. The atmosphere and decor are calm, clean, fun and inviting and the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The drinks and baking are fantastic! This cafe really changes the overall atmosphere of Admiral's Walk and we'll be back often!
