Our return trip to the US was stopped by a broken down vehicle. A Plus not only made time for us but went out of their way to take us to a hotel, pick us up the next day and made these stranded travelerers feel cared for. They fixed the problem and didn't try to add on anything extra! Highly recommend

If you are reading this, it is not too late. I took my Audi here to have the clutch replaced. Went somewhere else and the quote was 8K, but A plus said they would do it for 5200.

It took them almost 2 months to do the job, gave my car back with a huge oil leak, and gave me a bill for $8,600. They then charged me another $600 to "fix" the leak, which only resulted in an even bigger leak.

I took the car to another auto shop to have them look at the car and they told me it should be covered under the warranty from a plus. When I brought it to them again they had my car for over a week, didn't fix anything, and denied that they should warranty cover their work.

Now I am out almost $10,000 and my car runs worst than when I first brought it to them.customer service 0.5/10

I am perplexed about this place, they didn’t make me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. I’m sure they are knowledgeable, but they seem a bit too ambivalent.

The worst customer service and behavior from the owner,
Do not expect ANY respect from Ash "Arash" the owner,
I was really surprised how rude he was behaving, he is another level of bad service,
He doesn't respect customers, doesn't respect appointments. He caused me a half a day waste of time and no services, and the funny thing was he did not even said he is sorry or.just did not care,

Man, taking your car there equals facing rude behavior and wasting your time, at least it was in my experience,
