Wonderful and delicious place. The waitress was super friendly! Goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Fast, friendly service in a bright, happy atmosphere. The salad rolls are awesome. Great vegan options. My new favourite pho place in Vancouver.

I am sorry, but the restaurant now has a funky old mildew smell which makes everything unappetizing

The waitstaff Shake You Down for their mandatory tip. When you hear the total it's XX dollars plus tip they're very insistent on the plus tip part of the total. Tipping is not mandatory. It's if you think there is excellent service. Will never go back to this place ever again. Raise the prices and the staff won't literally harass customers for tip. Never again.

Very friendly service with good graded food and perfect noodle texture at fairly reasonable price

Lots of Gluten Free options as they use RICE noodles. ACCESSIBLE, street level entry. Unassumimg, very casual/simple family run Vietnamese restaurant. Very plain decor, basic table service. Server is sweet, but still learning English, don't ask a lot of questions, just order by # from the menu. Food is simple, average. Salad rolls were good, prawn perfect texture. Peanut sauce had no peanuts or kick, but they have all condiments at the table to spice it to your preference. The warm vermecilli noodle dishes were good, not very filling, glad I ordered appetizer to fill up on. No stopping or parking on Bdy due to construction but they have some parking off the alley and there are some spots on side streets.

Delicious and affordable! My criteria for good vietnamese food is their chili and spring roll. This hits both The waitress too is humbly caring and accommodating.

Not one to write bad reviews usually, but Tuesday night this place gave me the worst food poisoning of my life. Be careful

The food choice are all over the place, have viet, malay, Chinese, Japanese… I don’t know why the spring roll so so small, to compare the pho express on 2nd Ave.no other local drink can order as Viet coffee. Cost for 2 is over $60.

Omg. This is amazing! This is place is certainly under rated. As a 10year+ Phó enthusiastic, I enjoyed a taste of Vietnamese food. But this restaurant has not only a taste of authentic Vietnamese food, but also the authentic street food from Vietnam! This one I ordered, special crab vermicelli noodle, is a local street food dish in Vietnam. It has seafood and minced crab meat, the soup is a tomato based soup. It has some fishy smell so if you don’t like it, try some else. Otherwise it’s very good! It’s the thick vermicelli noddles too. The meat portion is also reasonable for a large size, it has sliced beef and fish cake in the soup as well.
