I came into this shop last minute, and Adam happily took time out of his day to cut my hair. He made sure that he gave me the haircut I asked for. I will 100% be coming back

Literally the best barber shop in town! Go see Mo, he takes the time to make sure your hair looks impeccable, I’ve never had such a perfect haircut in my life. The prices are really affordable too, I paid $24 plus tip, $30. You won’t get a better haircut for the price!

Highly recommend A1 barbershop! I have difficult curly hair to work with that most barbers end up messing up, but Adam had zero issues. I got an incredible haircut at a really good price! Definitely planning on coming back

Barbering is an Art and Adam is the best artist. He gets you in and out within a reasonable time, charges a fair deal and has an amazing atmosphere inside his shop. Anyone in British Columbia should be going to him!

The barber, was really attentive and the cut was very affordable.

He asked lots of questions about how I would style my hair and all, seriously one of the best cuts I think I’ve gotten and really chill and respectful guy.

Amazing haircut and great service. Even though it was very close to closing time, I was taken in for a walk in haircut. The barber was very friendly. Adam (the owner) is the best barber I have ever visited. I usually struggle to get the haircut I want in other places (even after repeat visits), but Adam absolutely nailed it on my first visit! I was super happy, and then on top of that, it was less expensive than the last five barbers I have visited.

Adam was also super welcoming, really fun to talk with and he is an incredibly hard worker so he is great at fitting you in.

I don't even live or work particularly close to his shop (I happened to be walking past on my first visit), but Adam will definitely be my regular barber. Could not recommend more.

Moved to Vancouver 6 months ago. Struggled to find a barber but Adam is hands down the best I’ve come across and is also great value

Been looking for a top quality barber at an affordable price since I arrived in Vancouver and A1 ticks all the boxes. Went here after work because of the location and because I had heard great things online and it did not disappoint. I got my beard trimmed and lined up and also a skin fade. Everything was done with care and precision and it was the best barber experience I've had in Vancouver.

Great place, great price, will definitely be getting my haircuts here for the foreseeable future!

LORD HAVE MERCY! My first time in Canada and my barber back home left me hanging, and I was desperate for a clean cutt. I went to the man cave and wasn't impressed with their customer service. I called A1 barbershop and booked with Adam in less than a hour and omg.his attention to detail is incredible.hands down.the best barber that has ever touched my hair! The price is way lower than it should be! My hair feels like an angel gave me a fade! I'm going to hire him for my wedding!

Adam is a very detail oriented barber. He went the extra mile to make sure my skin fade was perfect. The quality of the cut can’t be beat

The worst haircut i ever had, its simple the haircuter did the total opposite of what i asked, i had to go bald beceause of that. However all people working there are very nice but seems to dont know anything about "modern haircut". I do not recommend it to anyone except if you want cheap service And pay very cheap money. No mistake here, it was made by Adam and it was the worst haircut i had in Vancouver.

Came in yesterday and walked out with hair that looked way.better than my reference photo. Was blown away with the end result. The fade was one of the cleanest I’ve ever had as well. 11/10 definitely would recommend
