Save yourself the hassle and work with someone else. Have spent 8 years dealing with this company and they simply do not care. Don’t be fooled, the reviews that give this circus 5 stars cannot be spontaneous and from the tenants who deal with this absolute joke of a company.

Mr. Man Wong, the property manager of our complex, is a professional and responsible manager. He responses to customer’s request promptly and solve the issue in time manner. We appreciate his hard-working to well maintain our complex.

Mr. Angus Yuen of AA Property Management has been working with our townhouse complex for a long time. He is one of the most dedicated people I have ever encountered in this industry. Efficiency and responsiveness are some of his best qualities as far as work ethics is concerned. As a townhouse owner, I am sad to see him go; however, I wish him best in his future.
