AAA Wildlife Control

We paid AAA Willdlife to determine what was coming into our attic, where and to remove a critter. My husband had already done the obvious setting of peanut butter traps.
They put in a one-way door and set MORE peanut butter traps. When the critter didn't leave (it's still here), they had no more advice on their follow-up visits. Really, they had nothing else.
They DO NOT know what to do beyond the basic. They won't honour any guarantee for their services either. My advice: go elsewhere.

We were very pleased with AAA Wildlife control. Before we found them we had used another company to try to get rid of the squirrels in our walls. The other company was unable to get rid of the squirrels and used inhumane methods in their efforts. When we complained about them to the BCSPCA, we were advised by the SPCA to use AAA Wildlife Control. They were very efficient, courteous and got the job done without harming the squirrels by using a one way exit door. A simple effective solution. We will always use this company and recommend that others do too. We’d give them a 10 out of 10!

A few days before Halloween we heard some interesting noises (scurrying, crying and squeaking) from our upstairs bathroom and other areas of our top floor. We called AAA Wildlife Control who were able to arrive later that morning to assess the situation. A lovely technician named Bhavesh gave me a call to coordinate his arrival and provide a quote. He figured it was squirrels given the evidence and proceeded with the treatment and removal plan. Throughout the process Bhavesh was very communicative, letting us know the plan and any updates on the progress. I felt he was extremely thourough and had genuine care for the animals and the customer. After a number of visits and checks, the removal process is now complete. I feel very confident with the services and assured with the warranty should we have any unwanted visitors return. Thank you AAA Wildlife Control, but specifically Bhavesh for your outstanding customer service and technical skills. I will certainly recommend your business to any friends or neighbours experiencing similar critter issues.

We had our roof screened by AAA Wildlife Control a few years ago, there was a little gap wasn’t screened (I guess wasn’t necessary) and I inserted a vinyl mat to cover it myself just in case. I found the mat was torn and fell last week, so I called Randy, they arrived within 3 days, and told me the gap was tight, there was no risk, but they installed screen just to make sure. The service was free. I’m impressed by their prompt, professional service. I would surely recommend the company!

In general working with this company was good experience from the day first, talking to the receptionist, to the end. Viktor came to deal with a raccoon family that had broken through our roof. He explained the situation, answered my questions, and clearly explained he can remove the raccoon family. It was difficult to access the raccoons, since the raccoon family was between joists/rafters with almost no access from attic. Vickor removed the roof tiles to get to the raccoons, rather than cutting the ceiling from inside (which could cost us money to fix). I am very satisfied with the service, plus we also have 3 years warranty on the job. Thank you Viktor.

The two gentlemen who arrived from AAA Wildlife Control were prompt, courteous friendly, explained the procedure and answered all our questions. When Mama Raccoon panicked and tried to take both kits at the same time they followed her and found where she had left one in the back alley. They returned it to the warmed nesting box next to where they had removed them. About an hour later mama returned, opened the box and took the 2nd kit to their new home. The price was fairly high but the procedure was difficult and professionally executed

Randy from AAA wild life attended our 3 story condominium very recently. His job was very difficult because the raccoon and babies were in our 3rd floor attic and our building is covered in construction scaffolding. Because of this he had an almost impossible task to capture the mother. Randy displayed extreme patience and excels in his job. Carrying an angry raccoon down a 3 storey ladder is not easy. Kudos to Randy.

Shah provides great service. He was on time, very polite and professional, explained every step with details and pictures. We are very happy with his service and definitely recommend him to family and friends.

We suspected squirrels or racoons in our attic. Shah came out to do an inspection, confirmed that nothing had gotten in (other than wasps), and offered some suggestions on monitoring and prevention. I hope not to have to call him again:) but definitely will be my first call, if necessary.

This company is amazing, I had hired other companies before to deal with dead squirrel issue in Chimney and also squirrel running around the attic, and none of them deliver. Ryan and his team, they really do diagnose the problem from the root instead of just giving us some traps and cages and hoping the problem will go away by itself. Highly recommended if you do need to evict some wildlife from your property.

AAA Wildlife Control was very responsive and professional with our concerns with a raccoon and it's 4 babies living in the attic. The hole in the roof was repaired and the raccoons were dealt with in a humane way. Thank you.

Bill was very friendly and explained many suggestions for future preventions. The next three days we can still hear the raccoons trying to get in again, however it should be fine, as they put a medal screen for prevention. Pricing is very expensive.

From the stat we could see that Mr. Shah was a professional. He first carefully listened to our problem and then took all the necessary action to our satisfaction. He even went our of his way to advise us on what precautions we could take.

A mama raccoon and 4 babies made a home in our small shed. The mama raccoon had a run in with a skunk in the past and smelt awful.
AAA Wildlife Control humanly chased the mother a short distance away, and moved the babies into a box with an open side. Mama raccoon came back and carried off each or the 4 babies in her mouth to a new den.

AAA Wildlife Control blew the air out of the shed and sprayed it twice with a powerful but organic deodorizer. They helped us put galvanized wire mesh around the perimeter of the shed where the soffit was to keep raccoons out.

When I first phoned they said they were booked 2 weeks out but I could go on standby. The next day a technician was able to come.

Shah and Daniel came to deal with a raccoon that had broken through our roof. They were polite, answered our questions thoroughly, and were even nice enough to check our neighbour's roof just in case the raccoon had jumped over there too. They also identified other areas where rats could potentially get through in future, and gave us tips on installing spikes and trimming foliage to remove their roof access. We are very satisfied with the service.

The technician was on time and very prompt. He humanely removed a mother racoon and her 5 babies from my shed. He then closed all the possible entrances to the shed. Great value for my money.

We had racoon and her babies in one of the attics of the house. She made four holes on the roof and one hole through the ceiling and went into the kitchen once - made a whole lot mess in the kitchen. My wife was so scared and she just couldn't sleep for the nights. We called pest controls and invited them to handle the issue and they spent four weeks tried everything they can but the racoon just laughed at us - man, it's horrible to hear the noises at nights.
After everything was tried by the pest control company, they gave up but no way to return the payment. They claim it's illegal to move the racoon and her babies until 9 months past.
Fortunately we called AAA and found the right guy Shah to handle the issue. He is so professional and a couple of hours later the racoon babies were in his hands. He patched all the holes, set up a box containing the babies on the roof, and a few hours later the racoon mom came and carried off the babies one by one. What a relief! Thank AAA and thank you Shah.
Now I knew what I am going to do after seeing racoons in the house - hope that will never happen again.

Professional company and experienced technicians. This is the second time I use its service to remove a bird nest. The first time is to remove a raccoon family.

Every 4am, up to 5 pigeons would frantically scratch and coo right outside my bedroom, messing with my sleep. They were hanging out on a ledge under the roof, on the 4th floor. Randy brought a teammate and two 40-foot ladders! They neatly installed a net on two sides of the "box". Two evenings later, I was delighted to see a couple of pigeons staring at their former hangout, but failing to fly back inside. Randy has restored the quality of my precious sleep! Thanks very much!

We suspected we had a squirrel issue and we emailed AAA on a Sunday afternoon. They called us that night and Will showed up at our doors at 830 am the next day. A few years ago, I had a squirrel problem. The technician properly secured all cracks around the house to prevent the animals from coming into the house again. The house no longer has any squirrel problem anymore. I called AAA Wildlife Control again for a mice problem in the house. The technician that provided me with a detail assessment of the problem so that I could make the right decision. He also gave me what options I have to tackle the problem. The technician wasn't pushy at all, and he was very patience listening and answering to all my concerns. I will definitely use AAA Wildlife Control again.

Called AAA Wildlife because I heard something in my attic. They came promptly and did an assessment and proved me with a detailed quote. They were very polite, professional and a pleasure to deal with.no pushy salesman pitch.they broke down what was required and what was recommended. I would definitely use them again.

I thought there was a baby racoon stuck behind my wall and was about to rip my wall apart to save it's life when.a very knowledgable lady explained that if it wasn't scratching that it probably wasn't stuck and sent someone to check.ended up setting some traps and now no longer hear rats running in my ceilings =]

AAA Wildlife Control took care of a squirrel nest in our house professionally and with great care. We have used AAA wildlife twice now at our homes, most recently with Shah at our house. Shah was professional and very honest and easy to deal with from beginning to end. Service was quick, on budget, and no surprises. Their office is open and provide customer service and support as needed. We had an issue with sound inside the house that may and may not have been related to AAA Wild Life's work, but Shah came back and inspected the issue without hesitation to provide us with a peace of mind. In terms of setting screens to prevent bugs and rodents going into the house, every area possible, even the smallest cracks, were identified and sealed. Again, no hassle, no surprise, they did the job perfectly the first time. We recommend AAA without qualification.

I suspected some birds nesting in my soffit, so I inquired with AAA Wildlife Control based on positive reviews. I was contacted within minutes, and then an assessment appointment was made. The crew was on time, friendly and very professional. Options were explained clearly, and the work was done promptly in two phases in order to minimize disruption to the young birds. Highly recommended!

What a great experience we had. They were experts at dealing with the situation and safely relocated the squirrels from our chimney with great care and properly fixing our chimney to prevent future incidents.

My cat got stuck in a heating vent today. She must have somehow got the lid open and went inside. I called SPCA (they were closed), animal hospital, 911, Coquitlam by-law, and it was Coquitlam by-law that had recommend AAA wildlife control.

Danielle was very helpful, and she'd sent Dan to my place in less than 10mins. Coquitlam by-law had also sent an officer along the way to help out. Dan managed to open one of the heating vents near the furnace, and the cat went down the vent finally got out after an hour or so.

Very thankful to Dan, the officer, and everyone involved in getting my cat, Momo, out of the vent! Alrhough the price was hefty ($295 plus tax), it was definitely worth it. Came to help quickly, and got the work done! You guys saved a life today. God bless you all!
