Great store and so very helpful. We recently had a piece of lexan custom cut, and a window screen repaired. Great job, done in just days.
The scrapbooking supply side of the store is great too!

When you schedule a job, you should honor it or call the customer beforehand when you know you're going to have a long wait for that day.

If I could do Zero stars I would. Called Monday was told the owner would call Tuesday to deal with an issue and no return call. Tried to call after hours today.can't leave a voice-mail.what company doesn't have a voice-mail? Just take the time to rectify the problem and take responsibility and contact us.

Friendly and fantastic service! We needed a quick fix as the rubber seal on our windshield had come loose on our way through town and they were able to fit us in and get us back on the road in under 30 minutes. So grateful for your help!

Had a window broken by our excitable dog (dog is fine!) ; called for urgent help. The pane was in a very old frame, needing an experienced technician. Shawn (I hope I have his name right, he was great) gave us prompt, excellent, confident, professional help, clear communication, and a relaxed, friendly and personable manner. Fair price too. Wholehearted recommendation. Rosie says she will try not to smash any more glass and thanks for the pats!

The staff here are wonderful! I didn't pay a dime to have my rock fixed because they are approved with icbc. I was in and out within 15 minutes. Definitely recommend!

Great and fast service! They ordered the windshield in, did an excellent job, also washed and vacuumed the car.

Had three windshields replaced in a row on three vehicles, they did a great job each time and wash your vehicle as well!

I have dealt with this place on a few occasions, they seem to be priced really competitive however their largest downfall is professionalism and attitude. When asking their tolerances, they respond they will cut to whatever we want - apparently they hold technology that machinists would be jealous of or their pride is too important to ask, what is a tolerance? Lastly, I had emailed them a detailed shop drawing for them to quote, followed up with them only to be ignored.in conclusion, if your looking for a simple piece of glass - these guys are great, but you'll have to come back another day I'm sure. If you have a more sophisticated project that requires good communication and attention to detail, you may want to pre-qualify them (find away to test to make sure they can do it).
