10 stars. We limped into Kamloops and found these guys by fluke. They hooked the car to the computer, diagnosed the problem, got the part, did the repair and had the vehicle back to us in a matter of hours. Absolutely outstanding service, and the nicest guys to deal with. I can't say enough how grateful we are for their assistance.

At first I was referred to this shop by my better half as they did her brakes and did a fantastic job with excellent customer satisfaction! And I must say their customer satisfaction and job quality is above and beyond! Great to have a local, fair priced company that truly cares about their customers! I'll be going here from now on and I recommend anyone else, do the same!

Broken down and no were to go James and the rest of the team at AAMCO saved us with a new alternator and battery as we were just looking to pass through to whistler. Once the mudslide is clean i feel safe we will make it thanks guys!

My first experience at AMMCO, was transmission problems with my pickup. James and his team came up with a plan gave me a quote and had me back on the road within days. I left extremely happy with the service and workmanship. Since then I found out that AMMCO is a full service shop and now James and his team service both of our vehicles and have gotten us out of several other jams. It is always hard to find a auto service shop that you trust and recommend to others. I can't say enough good things about this shop and would highly recommend AMMCO for all your automotive repair needs!

Staff at the back are not friendly at all, although the front desk is totally fine. They think maybe they are sending rockets to sky!

I've used the services here twice and both times I have had above and beyond experiences. James and Mike helped me with a major engine and brake issue, and I trusted them enough to have a car inspected for my daughter. Sometimes they get busy, but wirth the wait, and they are excellent at prioritize emergency or one off situations. They give lots of professional expertise and let you make your own decisions. Simply, they are there to help and hace your best interests at heart. Big brand name but run by local business owners through and through.

Absolutely the best experience I’ve ever had with my vehicle broken down. They went above and beyond for all our service needs. They even went as far as driving us all the way home to Monte lake when there were no rental cars available. Gave us a quote, and that’s what we paid. No hidden costs! We took our vehicle to the Aamco location in Kamloops. We thought we were having a transmission problem they checked it over at no cost. These guys are very honest oh, it's the place to go if your having transmission problems.

Basically the guy didn't want to be helpful at all.had a question in regards to my transmission, he didn't even want to do a check on it to find out if it was slipping between gears. I was heading out of town and he basically told me good luck.

Called short notice to get work done, they were willing to juggle their schedule to help me in an emergency. 10/10 would recommend

Very nice place, great experience. All staff are friendly and the work was well done and finished in a timely manner. They also took time out of their day to drive me home and then pick me up when the car was ready. Would recommend, and will use them again.

If you need transmission work this is the place. Mechanics stayed until 830 Friday night to finish my truck. They were true to their word on price and I have a 60000 km warranty on their work. Don't waste your time with a auto wrecker transmission. Doug and nigel, thank you.

I took my Dodge to AAMCO when I needed the power steering pump replaced. The guys replaced the pump with a remanufactured part after explaining my options. The pump itself ended up being faulty 3 times at no fault of their own. Each time I brought the truck in they replaced the faulty part without complaint or hesitation. Really good customer service the whole way through. In the end the problem was rectified and these guys never once complained, so I would definitely recommend AAMCO on their customer service alone.
