I feel very comfortable going here and giving a great rating. Dr. Kolla was incredibly gentle, made sure I was very comfortable, and did a meticulous job. The clinic and staff have a warm presence. I was not overcharged, in fact she understood that I am a student and gave me a fair price.

I really appreciate this place and will make this 'my' go to dentist.

Great clinic, up to date on all the dentistry gadgets and fabulous knowledgeable staff. The hygienist was particularly skillful and communicative. Definitely a dental clinic to consider if one needs dental work.

Totally professional, from the front staff who helped me above and beyond with my insurance, to Tina the hygienist who did my cleaning with the utmost care, caution and attention, this was the best experience for someone who has had fears and issues with dental care. Highly recommended.

Mine was at Beach Ave. 7 FILLINGS another dentist I had to have replace. Also need my crown replaced as I was given one which is too small.

Emily the receptionist is exceptional. I am a long standing patient at this location. The dentists are honestly great. Since they work for system they don’t have need to over inflate or over sell. My experience has been 5 star. But Emily the receptionist went out of her way to help a family member with some dental surgery. She did her due diligence by contacting dentists in their office and other staff. She was so thoughtful and caring. It is so rare for someone to actually care and go out of their way. But Emily did. There was no reward or incentive. She just said I want to help and make sure people get treated with care. Thank you Emily!

Had some less than perfect experience in this clinic couple of years ago (felt that I was overcharged) but with Dr. Eliza C.sense of "what a great experience" is back!
Very professional, unmatched attention to details and care for patient, now I cannot imagine visiting any other clinic/Dr.ever again.
And as an added bonus, charges for completed work (scaling, root planning and fillings) are one of the lowest I have seen in years.

The front desk medical assistant, Jelissa, super professional and accommodating, makes you feel welcome and at ease.

Complete rip off after Dr. Choy left. Charged more unit than actual and told you how much they charge before doing the service. Wanted to do everything they can on you.

Receptionist girl is very friendly and nice. I love this place. Doesn't even feel like I am going to a medical professionals office.

I have never felt more welcomed in any Dental practice in my life. The reception team are fantastic people. The minute you step in, you feel warm and accepted. Greeted with a smile even if you can't now see it under the mask and the receptionist remembers conversations you had on previous visits which is an amazing touch.

The dental experience is great as the Dr talks to you during your session. Many times I want to respond then realise I can't haha.

All in all I look forward to stepping into this practice and being well taken care off.

Worst dental experience of my life. The dentist I was booked with was unavailable when I arrived for my appt, which is understandable, but the replacement was apparently a brand new dentist who was very tentative and seemingly unable to answer simple questions about a problem tooth I had. After sorting that out, the admin person said she'd contact my insurance to confirm coverage. 5 months, 4 follow-up phone calls, and 3 promises from her that she'd 'get back to me', I'm done with this place. Called my insurance company, and Aarm never filled out the insurance forms properly in the first place, and just never bothered to tell me.

I would highly recommend this office and Dr. Vineyard Choy. Really friendly and informative.takes the time to explain everything during the appointment and ensures you're comfortable. Joji is very organized and helpful. Great service every time.

I never do reviews, ever. That's how irritated I am by these dentists.
I went to Aarm today for a cleaning (asked for a cleaning when I booked) only to find out a check up is mandatory. Mandatory! As in you may not choose to not do it. Okay I've already been here for 20 minutes and I'm in the chair so I'll go ahead with it rather than waste the time. The hygienist was very thorough and did a fine job. When the Dr got to her part she spent literally one minute in the room and charged $45 for the check up. This is basically extortion. I find it unacceptable that these dentists (all the ones I've been to) who make far better salaries than most, find it necessary to have business practices that extort people. Or maybe I'm just anti-dentite.

Dr. Mckillen is amazing. I had a very difficult extraction and she reamianed calm and caring through the process.
