Called a taxi, driver called me to confirm that I ordered a taxi, said he would be a few mins driver called back a few mins later to confirm address, after i said the address again driver says "ok, thats why" asked where i was going then hung up. Got a text saying the taxi would show up in about 12 mins, 22 mins later I called dispatch to ask what was going on and the driver had cancelled. Wasted about 40 mins total. I know no one reads these, but if you need a taxi in mission don't bother with these guys unless you liked to be jerked around.
This is a really IMPORTANT It's the first time for me doing this but i really need to talk about it I called this company at 3: 10 today to ask for taxi and they said I need to wait for 10-20 min and after I ended waiting for 1h and 45min With a big lies and so disrespectful customer service I ever had to deal with this is a really stupid company and bad driver that who was driving 120km in a 80km zoon and taking the corners with crazy way and it was pouring rain like crazy Too

My first 2 times using this cab company was pretty good. My boss paid for my taxi to go into work and had no issues with wait times, drivers were polite and ride was great. My horrible experience and the reason for my 2 star was last night. I biked to mission from abby for work. On my way home I got a flat tire and instead of walking I decided to call a cab. Asked for a van (since I had a bike) and was questioned on why I need a van when I really don't see why it matters I could of had a group of 5 friends. Anyways called the first time in matsqui at the daycare, didn't know the address but gave the name of the buisness and was basically hung up on as I didn't give an address and was told to call back when I had the address when the dispatch himself could of maped the address as I didn't have data. I walked a few blocks till I got to an intersection and called back. That's when I was questioned about needing a van, was asked to hold so she can check van availability.didn't even put me on hold then tells me she has no vans. It was 1230pm. I was very upset. Not only am I brushed off cause I don't have an address and questioned on why I need a van but theirs no vans at all driving on a FRIDAY night of all nights. An absolute joke.

Called for a cab accidentally gave the wrong address as im new to the location and without telling me they just canceled it as i was waiting for over 20-30 min. In retrospect i should have called a different cab sooner but i was being generous never again sorry not sorry.
If I could provide 0 stars I would. We called for a taxi an hour ago, have called 3 times for an update on where they are It’s 4: 00 on a Saturday. “10 minutes” each time we called. I called now an HOUR later after the first call and he said “I’m in Walmart you’re going to have to wait until I’m done, where are you going? ” We said: “It’s a 5 minute drive down the hill. ” HE LITERALLY SAID: “oh that doesn’t work for me. ” WHAT KIND OF TAXI SERVICE GETS TO PICK AND CHOOSE WHO THEY PICK UP AND WHERE THEY GO? Last I checked that’s THE JOB DESCRIPTION. We wasted an hour of our time waiting for someone that decided where we needed to go wasn’t long enough of a drive for him. Absolutely ridiculous.
How many times do i have to call to get my cab, every-time i call they say its gonna be here within the next 15 minutes then it’ll go to 20 minutes next call, there business is slow and we need transit to run again!
10-30 minutes of wait time with no option to schedule a ride in advance. Each time using their services is a gambling with a high risk to ruin your plans. Driver is watching a news video on high volume while driving on the road. When calling to book a cab, people on the phone are rude and hard to understand, sometimes whey will hang up right while you talk. Seatbelt in the car is broken for over a month now. Horrible experience.
I'm furious right now! I booked a cab for 5AM. I told the person taking my booking that my son had to be at school by 5: 15, so it was imperative that they were here no later than 5. He was catching a bus to whistler. I was assured that wouldn't be an issue. At 5AM, I receive a call saying my driver was on the other side of Mission and would be 15-20 minutes late! REALLY? !? Most unreliable company I've come across! Hurry up and expand Uber! I will never use this company again!
Horrible service takes 55 minutes for local pick up if you have to be somewhere at 2 pm you better call them over an hour before also the phone Centre lies they just saying your next your next 5 minutes and next thing you know it’s been 55 minutes. This taxi service exceeded my expectations. The driver was very polite and professional, and the car was clean and well-maintained. The dispatchers were also excellent, providing quick and efficient service. I would highly recommend this company.
Very rude service by the dispatcher I called today wanting to book a cab to Vancouver airport as I have always booked their cabs. I live in Aldergrove which is 15 minutes from the Cab company and the dispatcher told me to look for a cab company in Aldergrove. This is not only rude but clearly shows that customer service is not the first priority here or maybe the dispatcher was too lazy to book my call. Definitely would not be booking with them again as I prefer to deal with some one that puts customer service first. Maybe more education needs to be provided to the dispatchers.
This was by far the worst taxi company I have ever had to use. Not only did they take over an hour and a half on AVERAGE, over the probably 25 can rides that I was forced to endure, the dispatch would habitually lie about cab wait times to the point where walking would be faster.
16 year old daughter left at the side of the road almost 1km from home at 11pm at night after taxi slid into another vehicle. He kicked her out, charged her a fare and told her she had to walk the rest of the way. Basically yelled at her to get out and walk. Cab #21. He then proceeded to drive off and leave her there. All she was doing was coming home from work at a local restaurant. Didn’t wait to get her another cab or ensure she was safe. Roads and weather were very bad but this is just completely irresponsible. We had to walk and meet her halfway and walk with her the rest of the way home. Don’t ever use this company if you can avoid it!
Booked taxi night before for 9AM, received cancellation at 8: 58AM saying I "no showed". Cab never came to my house at all. Use only if they're your only option, which lucky for them they probably are.
Has anyone else been a Victim of this company Discrimination? It seems to be too common and there seems to be no “Standard of Service” that is given.
Also, is there a Bias in the Hiring process? I dont see ANY OTHER NATIONALITY that is driving. Why? Are these Indians inherently biased towards non-Hindustanians?
I Am beyond the complaint process and think Legal action needs to be pursued against this arbitrary service to the Public…I can type More but I think We all know this company is beyond their days and needs an complete overhaul and removal.
Waited over 1 hour and half was off at 1115 pm ended up walking up Marshall as I couldn't stand waiting any longer it's very late and dangerous but needed to get moving to get home geez finally waved down a taxi got home just before 1 am safe but wow order more taxi drivers worst time ever that's so bad.
10 minutes into the ride whe asked the driver to leave us a bit closer. He acted like he didnt hear us. I asked again. He acted like he didnt hear us again. Scam! Uber is sweeping with taxis for a reason. Never again.
Prompt service, (arrived 6 mins after I called!) And very professional, courteous driver. I was very impressed. Reasonable prices and remember to be generous in tipping. You wouldn't want to sit in a car all day driving random strangers around. Well.at least I wouldn't! Call them. They're good!
He sped through a playground zone with kids everywhere. We said hey this is a playground zone it's 30km. He got mad and proceeded to say he'd never gotten a ticket in 20years. I'm like man this is a 30zone and your going 60. He said ok thank you buddy. When we went to review him on the app, he had marked us as a 'no show' and that it was cancelled. Crazy how things go.

They are rude denied an elderly woman a ride because she had no cash on her she wanted her husband to pay for her ride when she got there which all taxi drivers usually get paid when they arrive safely to the destination. So they get one star.
What's the point of the tipping option on the machine if the driver is going to drop me off at the wrong destination, argue with me on where I'm going, then demand to know what tip I'm "giving" so he can type add it to the total before he hands the machine to me?
Ridiculous I called just to see where I was in line.they pick up and say taxi is fully booked call back in and hour and hang up on me. I called back and they keep hanging up. I know we need these services but they really need to not be used so rude.

This taxi service is just not good at all. Tried to give them multiple chances but I’ve been let down every time. Called for a taxi at 11: 30 as a lift to work to go in early and help out. Not only was a late for my 1: 00pm shift because of them (which is crazy in itself) but I was lied to TWICE in the span of that time. First I was waiting in my walk way, and a taxi went right by me didn’t stop or call, nothing. So I called the company and stated that I was missed she said quote “oh that taxi wasn’t for you, I will send another one”, which makes no sense? Then I waited another 30 minutes and called back again to check where my taxi was, then I was told “oh the driver waited outside ur house and called you repeatedly”, when I had been waiting outside since the beginning and I NEVER received a call. I’m done with dealing with them and I suggest you be done too. EDIT: two years later and they still suck, went back and realize i have already reviewed them. USE UBER! THEY ARE CHEAPER! GET THE APP THEY COST HALF AS MUCH AND HAVE DEALS!
Called to reserve a cab for a trip on January 1st to the airport. Was told they don't take reservations but that it would be ok because if I called in the morning it would only take 15 minutes to dispatch. Even though it was new years eve. Called at 3 am, and was told that it would be over an hour. Absolutely the worst feeling! Driver made ALL the difference! He showed up had an awesome attitude and started our trip out on a massive positive note! Tha k you to everyone who helped!
I ended up waiting over and hour for a taxi and called 3 times to complain and was told every time 10 more minute's because they are apparently so busy and ended up waiting until 5: 30 pm after calling at 4: 25 pm. Absolute joke! And then they expect a tip? ! Worst experience ive ever had with a taxi service!

Had a bad experience with another taxi service. Called here and they actually picked up right away as they always do. Was told to wait 5 minutes which is much more reasonable than the other service and the driver also showed up within 2 minutes. The service here is amazing and the phone operators actually know how to talk to people.
For a 22k trip driver charged me 65.00. Didn't hit any red lights just a straight shot down the highway. We got to destination and buddy throws a little tantrum I can't pay cash so he add 6.00 to the fare citing " ATM fees " and " fuel fee". After I tell him no he threatened to call the cops. After a few screenshots and a phone call he backed off but won't pick me up again. Call Pacific cabs atleast they have correct pricing
Taxi ride from Abbotsford to New Westminster on a rainy night. I had to ask the driver to slow down. He consistently drove well over the speed limit, often in excess of 30 kilometers, even after I asked him to slow down. A frightening experience!
I had asked to get a Wheelchair Van and Dispatch tells me that they are all out of Town and that couldn't do anything about it. Very lousy service and rude.
Ordered a cab after 12 am for 5 people last night. Dispatch said 2 seperate taxi's would arrive within 20-25 minutes. Awesome, as we were just finishing our meals. Less than 10 minutes go by, receive a phone call from the driver saying he was outside. Quickly scrambling to pay for our meal, it took us about 5 minutes to get outside due to the diner being busy. Once getting outside to the cab, both drivers start threatening to leave and cancel the ride. All because they showed up 10-15 minutes early. Both drivers start reversing and yelling at us to get in. As we get in, the driver starts telling us we should have been ready outside and that when dispatch says the ETA that is when we should be waiting. Telling him dispatch told us a different time this guy still insisted on arguing with us. And the driver also asked for $80 upfront upon entering because we "wasted his time". Ridiculous pricing as well, extremely rude drivers. Stay away from here at all cost. This service was a last resort and unfortunately we paid the price.
I waited 50 minutes and my cab never came when I told the taxi company that I had a Dr's appointment to go to, then the guy has the nerve to call my phone as I am in the car with my neighbor because I had to ask him for a ride or I was going to be late.
Extremely rude driver, both on the phone and in person. Arrives before I asked for a ride and then gets angry that I am not there. Then gets angry again when I didn’t hear the question he asked. Twice! He also refused to answer when I asked for his license plate number so I could know which car, and also for my safety. He was quite unpleasant. I only tipped bc I was literally scared he would follow me inside my house. And exorbitant pricing! The only upside is he got me home quick. I will not be using this company again!
Abbotsford taxi was very quick service and the driver was very nice and pleasant. I was on my way to the doctor's and wasn't lóoking that good and never felt judged once. Highly recommended.
Tried to call a taxi on my birthday at a local Winery in Abbotsford, we were a group of 5 and they told us it would be 30 minutes. We called about 45 minutes later asking where the cab was and they said we never ordered a taxi, and that they would order another one. The cab took over two hours to get there, which left us alone on a dark dirt road for over an hour as the winery had closed for the evening. When we called they told us that the driver got lost and turned around, without letting us know. We ended up calling a friend and as they were picking us up a taxi FINALLY arrived 2 hours later but it was a four seater and we had 5 people. We got into our friends car and the taxi driver kept calling us and even texted us calling us inappropriate names. I will NEVER use this cab company again, and if I could give you negative stars I would. Awful customer service and zero apology.
We have been waiting for an hour and a half getting rather upset after having called back two times being assured they would only be a couple minutes and we ate still waiting I feel like I am getting heatstroke
I needed cab FAST before the repair shop closed and they said they would be there in less than 10 minutes and they were probably only 5 minutes! Driver was pleasant and friendly and professional. Definitely will use again!
I believe that mission taxi is 100% the greatest as in Abbotsford they share the same customers in the same district pretty much I'd have to say overall these two scam companies stand within the whole Fraser Valley as one of the best if I can give any advice I think their staff the drivers and the public that ride these cabs are awesome people and they make their clients feel really safe and clean in the back of their cars thank you so much again for keeping our public safe when you're giving us rides and making sure that we get to our destinations safe and 100% fine thanks again and if I could recommend this to anybody these would be the cab companies to use to get you to your destinations
The latest experience was the driver demanding to know how much I was going to tip before he would even let me use the machine to pay. Insisted that he would imput the tip amount in there for me.made me feel so uncomfortable and obligated to tip him even though he was late showing up, and sped through town the entire ride while I had my child with me inside the taxi.
The reviews said that the best way to get a ride on time was to book ahead of time. So I called two days in advance and was assured several times that they would pick me, took my name, address and phone number. My workplace cancelled due to the extreme heat, so I called to cancel the ride and they said they had no booking for me the following morning. They even laughed when I said I would not be calling again with such bad service. Wow!
I tried to call for a cab they hung up on me I tried calling back they blocked my number as a regular customer of the company I am very confused why this happened
I find it ridiculous that they're not able to assist on the highway but overall I love the drivers work ethic and appreciate the help they've being providing in getting us home safe.
Super friendly cab drivers; they were always down to follow your lead whether you'd like to chat or just get from A to B. Fair prices too, which is certainly a plus!
On Friday March 12th, I called the taxi dispatcher 1 hour prior to pick up time. 3 of my daughters at 3: 15pm was the designated time. At 4: 00pm they were not home so my wife called me, as well as one of the school teachers. I called the dispatcher and they claimed the taxi waited there until 3: 30p.m. I told them they were waiting since 3: 00p.m. And they are STILL waiting. Long story short the driver went to the? Wrong school.odd how the school names are TOTALLY DIFFERENT. They arrived home 4: 40p.m.
Very quick to get me a ride from a out of the way location and comfortable ride with knowledgeable driver. Have yet to have a bad experience that I've read on other reviews. Thanks mission Abby Taxi

Excellent service, called in midnight and a fresh voice just like she was waiting for my call greeted. Cab was a good clean one and came within time. I will highly recommend to my friends and family.
I called for a Van, not only was I treated with attitude for asking for a Van, but the dispatcher was incredibly rude to me and even hung up on me. I don't know what's going on in his life but I refuse to use this can company and choose to use a polite service that has good customer service.
Rocky gave us two rides in two days. He is amazing! We were new to mission and he was open to making recommendations when we asked. On our second ride with him when he saw us he waved from afar, it was nice to be acknowledged. We are currently eating pizza at a spot on his recommendation and loving it. Thanks dude!

The girl (dispatcher) on the other end is very rude and does not have any etiquette. She starts yelling because it is so hard to understand what she is saying.
Worst taxi company ever. I have had multiple bad experiences with them, the worst was on Wednesday I was on hold for over ten minutes before I got was able to talk to dispatch I asked for a van to come pick me up because there was another person with me (trying to keep my social distance) and was told that they no longer have van taxis which I know is complete and utter bs but I said just to send a regular one then. I had to wait another 20min and when the taxi driver showed up he told me that he won't drive me and drove away. I'm not sure why I'm not sick and I had money. All I know is I had to walk half an hour in the cold and dark, after I had already waited for half an hour. I will never use this taxi company again
Worst experience. I called on may 7 at 8: 08 am. I am specifying date and time to help the manager know who was the person who was so rude to me. She jus started yelling when i asked her to repeat because I didn’t get what she said. Poor customer service. When i asked her name dispacher said she won’t tell me her name.
This 5 Star is for Jag who my wife said drove her from Abbotsford airport to our house in Surrey last night. My wife's flight arrived at almost 12mn from Calgary. My wife had to work the next day. She took Jag's cab. The road in highway1 was so bad but my wife said Jag drove slowly, maintained a casual relaxed small talks with her. They saw vehicles that crashed, they hit a black ice and Jag maneuvered the cab right back on the road. Thank you Jag!
Was drunk trying to go home i got the cab told him i was going to pay with debit he demanded i had cash i told him i didnt have cash i had debit so because i didnt have cash he forcefully removed me from his taxi
