I was interested in a titan pick up truck which I found on the marketplace. I booked an appointment with Jayden (salesperson) and his manager called me to see if I needed to know anything prior to our appointment and to make sure I was coming. Once I showed up I met Jayden who isn’t pushy and will let you take your time while test driving the car. Then we negotiated with Ryan (manager) and did the paperwork with Raj (finance manager). They are all easy to work with and have a smile on their face. This place is managed by people oriented leaders like Ryan and it really adds to your shopping experience. I had an excellent buying experience, zero pressure. Jasmeen and the team were great.
First dealership I've been to that realises the benefits of genuinely serving others instead of themselves.

6week update. I have discovered from a family member that works at a body shop that my suspicions were correct that my drivers door and front fender had been repainted. I have no idea about the history on this since no accident was on the carfax report.
I dont know the severity of this but to pay a premium top price for this special edition doesn't sit well now know theres an undisclosed accident.

I still feel this is an ethical dealership however there is room for improvement when taking in trades from people. The car I bought should of been magnet tested to detect the bondo in my door so it could have been more accurately priced for the next customer.

Jonathan was amazing to work with, I was in the process of selling my 370z and he made it effortless! He was very insightful as to what options were available and more importantly friendly and not pushy whatsoever. 5 Star experience with him specifically, highly recommended getting in touch with him for any and all needs
