Walk in from 9 to 2pm? Does nobody have to work? Its next to impossible finding a family doctor after mine retired and every clinic I check on has these rediculous hours. Makes no sense!

This clinic is efficient, clean and the doctors have never been anything less than friendly and attentive to your needs. I’ve been there myself and have no complaints once you’re booked in and waiting.

However the front window’s claim of “Extended Hours” is likely the most ironic thing in all of Abbotsford. They might open at 9 am, they might not. They might only take walk in patients until 10am, or 4pm. You don’t know. You’ll never know until you pull up and find out. If you get there before they open, you might get in, or you might be in a line that stretches around the corner.

What I’m saying is that if you have a problem, do not count on this clinic to be there for you as a walk in patient. At best you’ll be waiting for a while, at worst, they’ll close the doors and send you away. Have a back up plan, especially if you have a somewhat urgent need.

Very poor customer service. I called before coming and once I was in the clinic after paying uber cost… they told me they cannot see me if I have seen other doctors before…. LITERALLY? …

What kind of clinic NEVER answers the phone.my grandson needed to go in to talk to them.he got there they where locked with people inside.he knocked on the door but they totally ignored him. I can't believe a professional place like this it's horrible.so if you need anything other than just a drop in DON'T bother with this place.

Prepare to get the run around as they don't watch their trainees making mistakes causing grief for their patients, they break code giving results over the phone after telling you they don't give results over the phone and you have to go in. Dont tell you it HAS to be with original doctor, and they only work certain days. Communication is neglected and they rush you in and out within 5 minutes, zero care about wasting your time.

No care for patients, they just want the business. Go elsewhere.

Bring a lawn chair and a pair of mittens (if you get cold). You wait outside for at least an hour as they have a small waiting room. Could be worse, could be better. The initial wait was the worst part for me though. ALSO, if you are doing anything through ICBC or WCB, SKIP THE LINE and ask the receptionist if they'll see you!

We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. I was seen by the doctor quickly, and my son who was with me who also had a question about his own health, he had us register him as well and was able to provide service to my 8 year old and answer his questions too. Very happy overall, not used to such speedy times with a walk-in!

Given it’s next to impossible to find an open drop in clinic in these post-Covid days, I am happy that this clinic is still operating on a somewhat normal basis. Wish they were open a bit later but at least they see people in person still.

Horrible clinic. I needed help and was turned away for no reason, horrible dead pan unkind receptionist, unprofessional doctors. Just a garbage clinic! Go somewhere else!

East Indian receptionist was extremely rude to me this morning. I had no idea needed a mask in the office, so I asked of I could please have a mask and she said that "if I could read", I would have known to wear one.she is the over weight east Indian receptionist not the skinny one. Horrible won't be back

Says it’s open at 9: 00 this Saturday. It’s now 10: 05.20 people have been in line and nobody has shown up to say the doctor has cancelled or anything. Poorly managed facility I suppose.

This place is my first choice of walk-in Clinic in East Abbotsford. Doctors and staffs are attentive and caring. Recommended to friends and families.

I am totally shocked at how rude one of the receptionist is that works at the front desk. She has no sense of having good interpersonal skills or showing any compassion, kindness or just been friendly to the people that come in. Even though she has been rude to me over and over again i still choose to treat her with kindness and how I would like to be treated.

I am very surprised by the comments on here. I left my family Dr.who was a total looser to come to this clinic, and I have had nothing but great experience so far. The receptionists were friendly, and Dr.street What can I say! I wish I could give him 10/10, he is knowledgeable, competent and compassionate, takes time to listen to my problems. It takes me less than 20 min, just in and out! Very fast, awesome clinic.

Front desk is a joke. Verry rude. They need some training. People skills would be nice

Staff are great but could do better in handling absent patients. Too many inconsiderate people book in then wander off only to appear when they feel like it, then get precedence over everyone else. Those not available when called should go to the back of the line. Those who have waited patiently for their first call should take priority. Booking in means your making yourself available for the GP, not "I'll decide when the GP sees me".

Good experience and the staff is very friendly as well. Dr. Hart is a very good doctor. He sent my papers to the lab. I came on a day where it was so dead so I was the only patient there. This was about 2 months ago. He did everyhing he could of to help me out. Thank you very much Dr. Hart for all your help and your hard work.

Would give no stars if I could. Staff are ride and the doctor wrote the prescription dosage wrong for my child. Now waiting for them to respond to pharmacy so my kid can have medicine for her bacterial infection. Useless clinic!
