The Service and Parts team here are the best. There are two VW dealers closer to me, but I book in with VW Abbotsford because of their top quality service.

Bought my 2018 M2 today from Vishal and Carson. Great service from both sales guys and the whole team! Had an amazing experience and the car is awesome! Can’t be happier with my new purchase! Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone!

We had a great experience at Abbotsford Volkswagen. Harman, and the rest of the AV team that helped us in purchasing our Jeep Compass were very informative, knowledgeable, and helpful.

Samantha was great in helping me purchase my jeep unfortunately the finance manager and sales manager were not so pleasant to work with when my job changed and I asked for a different accessory they told me final sale and could not get my money back and now I lost almost 1000 and didn't get anything DISSAPOINTING!

Lured us in with a dishonest price online. Continued to waste my and my wife's time for over an hour after our budget and intent were clearly stated and received. Tried to convince us to put money on a credit card to make their inflated price.

Fantastic Service! We brought our 6 year old in with us and they gave her colouring stuff, ordered her a slurpee, and balloons galore. She had a blast and we felt very comfortable and taken care of. We have been to many dealerships and have never gotten such fantastic service.
Kevin and Manny were fantastic and were great to work with! Mel, the manger, was super nice.
The finance guy, Annujaan, was also incredibly friendly and was great to chat with.
All of the people we encountered were fantastic and we will be coming back again!

Very bad service. Highly unsatisfied with such a poor service. Few days ago We bought a car from them and they just sold us that vehicle that has big fault in it and one of the sale assistant named Rohan who sold the car is not even responding the calls. He just putt our number in blocklist and not trying to help us. Its your fault not us so why are you guys not even answering the calls. You are just caring about your own money but not caring about your services so you should look after that someone is paying you with the money that they earned with hard work not like you as you are earning with fraud.

Service was amazing, found my new (2019 Yukon xl) on marketplace, all my initial dealings with Rohan were done through messenger app and everything was handled flawlessly! I had a bit of a wish list regarding the vehicle and everything was completed perfectly. Including brand new leather.

Went in and spoke with Kendra, she was beyond helpful and was determined to get us in the car we wanted. Kendra went above and beyond in helping my boyfriend and I, would recommend her to anyone who wants to buy a car or do a trade in.

Also honourable mention to Mel the sales manager for her understanding and positive attitude. 10/10 will do all my future purchases with Kendra and her team.

Service was great. My service advisor was not my normal advisor. Brianne took great care of me. I have had to go to other dealerships and none have come close to the service that Abbotsford parts and service department offers. Very knowledgeable and efficient. These folks should be recognized by their managers to what they actually have for team members.

Sam was really helpful and the whole process is so smooth for both trade in and getting a new one.

I recently purchased a car from Abbotsford Volkswagen. The salesmen Kevin was a great help in my decision and made the process very easy and smooth. He was very upfront on the vehicles history and overall condition. I would definitely recommend Abbotsford Volkswagen.

I traded my 2021 Ferrari for a 2021 Audi R8 here. The dealership was unorganized. My appointment was for 5pm and didn’t get into the finance office til 6: 30pm.

The vehicle had a pending carfax claim/estimate showing. I asked them if I get the repairs done privately if they would be able to have that removed. Josh told me it should not be an issue. I specifically said that if it cannot be removed then I would not purchase this vehicle. Josh confirmed that it would not be an issue.

3.5 months later, it is still showing on the carfax and I communicated with Josh that it still shows. He told me that it’s odd because it did not show when I purchased it.

Long story short, this dealership will lie to you just to make the sale. My car still has the existing claim even though I repaired it privately, and they delivered my vehicle dirty. The interior seats were filthy and the engine bay looked like it had never been wiped down, ever.

Very shady sidewalk dealership practices that you would not expect at a franchise dealer.

Absolute best dealership I've dealt with! Koko was amazing to deal with. Made me feel more like a friend than just a customer.

Came in looking to trade my vehicle and the sales man Varinder was very helpful. He wasn’t pushy and really respected my wife and my decision because he only wanted to make us happy. We didn’t end up buying that day but Varinder stayed in touch with us like a friend until he got this dream truck into the shop. He called me about it and I came in to check it out. I am so happy I waited and Varinder stayed in touch with us, because now I have a truck I’ve always wanted. Great customer service and goes above and beyond.

Mel is always a pleasure to deal with. I have bought 4 Volkswagens from her and would recommended her to anyone looking for a no hassle experience. August (finance office) is always very helpful and knows her business. When I purchased my Tiguan a few years back my girlfriend was pregnant at the time. We had been at the dealership for a few hours working on the deal. August had one of lot guys pickup lunch for my girlfriend and made sure she was comfortable the whole time. This shows the character of the people working there. Id recommend them to anyone looking for a Vw.

Virinder was great at finding us just what we needed, we pulled in and started looking and he was beside us the whole time helping us with finding what fit our needs and grabbing us keys for whatever we wanted to check out! Beware of this dealership. They do everything they can to sell you the vehicle with "great customer service", however afterwards that same customer service is nowhere to be found.

Similar to another review from Caroline, upon purchase of the car I was promised a credit for a service appointment and when it came to honour this credit it had suddenly been done away with and could no longer be upheld.

Atrocious customer service and shady salesman who are only concerned with getting you to commit to buy a car with no concern what happens afterwards. I would never recommend them to any family or friends. Stay clear.

Service after is sub-par. Brutal service. No integrity. No ownership on inherit problems After the sale.

My “can’t lock your keys in the car” option failed. My dog locked in car wirh 35 degrees out. Bring back - they tell me it “never happened”. Must have been a fluke. Blame it on low fob battery - PLEASE. (*insert eye roll here*). Sent me away with no repair or reason.

Cruise control has malfunctioned 3x. Taken back twice. Each time they tell me there is nothing wrong. I’m sick of them brushing me off. After 3rd time. Sales manager told me “cars aren’t built like they use to be. You just have to accept that electrical issues happen. And proceeds to tell me about his MIL’s Toyota that drove through their garage door”. I didn’t buy a Toyota any purchase I put $60k into should work better than this.).

Last straw was I went to use my $200 credit I got when purchasing the car. This was promised by our sales guy Ian. I go to use it and there is no trace of this ever being given. The moody Sales manager recognized the dealer use to do this and now doesn’t. Would not honor the credit.

Dealership has zero integrity and very poor service. Cash grab on the car purchase and no sense of responsibility for service or care After.

Called in to ask a few questions yesterday about my little brother's rabbit was looking for info on his rad and rad support and Brianne was awesome she was able to give me the info I needed and now little bro is up and running I hope I won't have to bring the car in for service but if I do I'll definitely be giving Brianne a call

I called in on my way home to ask for help with my CarPlay not working. Anthony in the Service department suggested I stop in on my way home and he would try and fix the problem for me. Not only did he fix my CarPlay, he topped up my windshield fluid and addressed my other concern about an indicator on my dash. He was quick, polite and patient with my questions.

I just wanted to publicly acknowledge my experience with Karan in the Service Department of this establishment. I bought my vehicle a few months ago here and I had brought my car in with a major (to me) water leak issue and from my first call when booking, to dropping off my car to be looked at I was taken care of with the utmost respect. Service is a tricky business to be in but once in a while you get a Karan in your day and you realize some people were just meant to be helping other people. My car was fixed promptly in a very uncertain time with the flooding and I was offered a courtesy vehicle when I was told they were booked many weeks in advance. From beginning to end I felt heard and that I was taken care of. Thank you Karan, you absolutely made my week!

Hello, last Saturday i was in Abbotsford for an appointment to buy a car
at another dealership, but the car they showed me had the broken gear
so i was upset and i decided to stop at Volkswagen dealership and i found a nice guy Taraa TH and a wonderful manager Melissa that they helped me to buy a car, and I came back to home with my beautiful car! Th is a super nice guy and also very kind and funny. Melissa is a great Manager super kind, professional and knowledgeable. They made me feel very comfortable. By the way i got my financial and the girl of the office Autum was amazing and super kind too, I strongly recommend this Store, if you have to buy a vehicle go there you can find many options. The Abbotsford Vlkswagen Team is amazing

I got a good deal on the car I was looking for, and the entire staff was very helpful and friendly. Avneet Rai particularly helped me out a lot, definitely ask for her if you are looking at buying a vehicle here. She is extremely organized and gets back to you almost immediately with any questions or assistance you may need. Additionally, I bought a used vehicle which needed a new battery installed. VW Abbotsford provided me with a 2021 Jetta as my personal vehicle while I waited for the new battery installation, so they are very flexible and understanding as well.

Jaylen was awesome! She seemed super confident and her energy was so contagious, it really got me excited about the hunt for a new car, and she made the process enjoyable and easy!

THE best dealership ever! Just bought a Jetta from them. Terry and Melissa were so helpful and they really made sure I got my perfect car! Took a few drives but now I have my favourite first car. They made picking out one and driving it super exciting! I recommend them, 1000/10! Go there right away!

Update: it’s been almost 10 months with my car and I still can’t believe I got a great deal for almost a brand new car! I really do love my Jetta. Feeling sad as we’ve moved out of the Fraser valley, I don’t think I’ll ever find such a great dealership or price for a car ever again! Thank you Volkswagen!

The service counter needs some professionals! Not just a bunch of kids who dont know anything about the service side of cars. Terrible service, this place is a whole scheme! From buying to servicing.

I had an awful experience and I would give zero stars if I could. I brought my car in to get a diagnosis and they determined that a couple parts under warranty needed to be changed. 1 week later they say my car is done but I can’t get it back unless I replace a 600$ part (a block heater). Why didn’t they notice this when diagnosing? Of course, I tell them to do it as they make it seem like it’s a huge problem but I ask them to keep the old block heater for me. Even though it’s a 1 hour job I get my car back 2 weeks later. I take the block heater 3 hours away to my dad who’s a red seal heavy duty mechanic and he tests it and it works totally fine. When I contact them to follow up about why I had I pay 600$ for a part that worked perfectly fine all they could offer me is one free oil change.
Do not take your car here unless you want to pay for parts that work perfectly fine.

David the service manager abused me and told me that he would kick my car out of the dealership if I don’t do and pay as he says. Forced to pay 1000 dollars that was manufacturing fault, staff is very unfriendly, unwelcoming and unprofessional. The general manager jefferay nelson picked up the call after trying to reach out to him the third time. Didn’t say a single thing to make the situation better or the price. Was a long time customer but not anymore. Don’t go to the dealership, as long as david is here.

I honestly cannot rave enough about this location!
Tee was amazing from the very start, making sure we knew the process, talking to our son, and just making sure we were comfortable from start to finish.
Sat was incredible too. He listened to us and really helped us figure out what was best for our family.
The receptionist was super kind and printed out colouring sheets for our son and let him colour in the Lounge while mom and dad dealt with, in his eyes, the boring stuff.
Highly recommend coming here if you're looking for a vehicle, the smiling faces of these hard working folks won't leave you disappointed.

This place is overpriced to take advantage of the income people are making in this area these guys are over price by $6,000 on every single car that is on their lot real real real this is a shame

We recently brought our first VW from this dealership. The process was very smooth and the credit goes to Carson for making it so seamless. We did go back and forth on negotiating the right price but besides that the process was amazing.

Carson is great to deal with, he is an exceptional communicator and is passionate about customer service. He went over and above to ensure we got the car we wanted and keeps checking in to see if we are happy with the car or need to know anything about the vehicle. Unlike a lot of salespeople he wasn't pushy about us buying the car he wanted to sell, instead he helped us find the car we wanted to buy. I would highly recommend this dealership and specifically Carson.

If you are looking for a dealership to royally rip you off. You found the place! We were too polite when we left.never been so unfairly dealt with.extreme low ball on a 1 yr old vehicle, tried to steal our trade-in and we were buying a brand new vehicle as well. Do your research on current value of your vehicle cause they have no mercy. Happy to have found their close neighbor that gave us 20% higher and we got the vehicle we wanted. Very BAD wish I could give NO stars!

Went in with a friend as he was looking to get into something new, and had a very positive experience. It was lovely to see so many women working both on the sales floor and in management/financing.
We had all our questions and concerns/options laid out for us in a positive and supportive way. The woman who helped us, Chelsea, was super friendly and accommodating, made what could have been a stressful interaction very very comfortable and put our worries at ease.

When I'm in the market for a car I will definitely be visiting this location

Absolutely horrible customer service from the service department & especially service advisor Lawrence. All because I asked to see that the wires in my vehicle were repaired, which they made a stink about me seeing and sent me on my way with car in pieces, then when I asked why I was told my car was ready I was told "because I didn't feel like it, that's why" then I said that's great customer service, was told "You don't deserve good customer service, you're the problem". After spending $50g on my vehicle at this location, and taking it there for services the past 4 years, that's what you will get from the service department. The service manager is no better, but defends his service advisors poor words and customer service. Not to mention how shady they are! I have all the pictures.

We have been looking for a new vehicle for a year and a half, and looking very seriously for 10 months. We have encountered SO many sales ppl with various experiences. When we went in to Abbotsford Volkswagon to see a right hand drive vehicle posted by Bogdan, it wasn't the vehicle itself we became SO impressed with.
Bogdan listened and paid so much attention to what my needs were, he showed us vehicles that we would've never considered before.
He showed us so much maturity by listening to us and putting our needs WAY above the "wants" of making a sale!
Abbotsford Volkswagon has many great employees, that is very apparent, however IMO, Bogdan is one of the best. He will do well in anything he does in life.
Tell him what your NEEDS are and he'll do whatever he can to fill them.
Every car dealership should be so lucky to have an employee like this.

Not happy with the comication when booking a service. The staff are apologizing but still frustrating

We traded in our car to a mini van and we had the best sales service from Chelsea! She’s very helpful, professional and dedicated to help us get the vehicle that we needed cause we are moving from West coast to East coast with our baby and two cats. We are on our trip now and soon we will be in PEI to be with our family. Thank you to Chelsea for helping us get the family vehicle that we needed for our trip! You’re such a big help and our daughter Anicia said thank you for the volkswagen moose toy that you gave her!

Went in to buy a $50k new car.
Once in dealership Melissa the GM and Ian her sidekick devalued our mint 1 year old tradein by 20% of current market value. We left.
The dealer next door made a fair deal with us and our car is on their lot for 30% more than what Abb Volks insisted our trade was worth. Melissa especially is not a good fit to her GM sales role, maybe shoe sales?
Would Never deal with this location and WILL spread this bad experience!

Recently I purchased a vehicle from Bogdan Uzbekov at Abbotsford VW. He's a great individual, fantastic at customer service and our experience of buying with him was awesome! He built a real and lasting
relationship with us. Bogdan was honest, forthcoming and fully transparent! When time delays plagued our experience, he was compassionate and considerate; turning this bad situation into a good one by arranging (with other staff) for us to have a new vehicle to drive for a few hours while waiting for our cars completion. This gentleman went way beyond the ordinary and delivered a superb buying experience! After driving this vehicle back to Alberta it has met the stringent guidelines of the 'out of province inspection' and I have it proudly parked in my garage! See pic below. All of them are slimey salesmen just want your money. Have had my car for just over a year now and 3 of the 4 tires exploded, 3 of the four cylinders are misfiring and already needing a new water pump and they said my warranty didn’t cover any of it. And the guy with the weird neck tattoo is a creep I caught him multiple times starring at my girlfriends chest.

Josh was very helpful polite and knowledgeable about his stuff and made it easy for us to get a good deal. I would like to recommend going in to VW to see Josh for your next vehicle purchase. Good job Josh, keep it up!

I am so happy with the friendliness and care of Abbotsford Volkswagen. Chelsie was so friendly, kind and a great person to talk to, she was also very helpful to find exactly what I was looking for.
