Abby Dental Care

Have been going to this dental office for many years and always have a great visit! My dental assistant was super kind and friendly. The front desk assistants are always very helpful and knowledgeable.

Very professional and courteous staff. My mother raved about how nice and helpful all they all were.

A huge thank you to a wonderful team at Abby Dental! Dr Bevans and Kali did such a good job. I could hardly believe all the work he did and my whole face wasn't frozen and sore after! I have never walked away from having work done and felt that good! All the girls in the front and the back are just lovely.you are all doing an amazing job!

We love Abby Dental. We have been going there for years. Even if I get behind on going to the dentist they never treat me any different than if I went regularly. I never feel embarrassed. Their waiting area is the best in Vernon, worth checking them out just for that! The receptionist are always so helpful. Also they text me to set up appointments, what's more convenient than that? !

Highly recommend! They have an excellent team! Everyone I’ve encountered there is very friendly, easy going, and professional. For service they have gone above and beyond in terms of care, which I really appreciate.

First of all doing this review for my spouse as he doesn’t do reviews but was thoroughly impressed with the hygienist that worked on his teeth.

We are older so we are now have some issues with our teeth.we are fairly new to Vernon so finding a good dentist is very important, and Abby dental is that place.they were pleasant and effective and did not try to upscale me on unnecessary services.: I actually enjoyed going to the dentist.

Would highly recommend their dental service and special shout out to Danielle for amazing hygienist work on my teeth!

Hands down best dentist appointment ever and it just so happened to be a root canal. The staff at Abby Dental are incredibly accommodating and sincerely nice. They are down to earth and have a great sense of humour.

Honestly I cannot say enough great things about Abby dental not only are both dentists phenomenal but all the staff there are too they actually respect you as a person no matter your comfort level they don’t pressure you into anything and they are very kind and compassionate dr burrows is the best dentist I’ve ever had and my niece really likes dr bevens they are so great

Everytime i go they make the dentist such a friendly and happy place to be. I feel valued and safe, honestly I’d hang out all day if it wasn’t weird to sit in a dentist office for all hours. I appreciate everyone there and the personal touches they put with everything!

I have been going to Abby Dental for about four years! Dr. Burrows and his crew are amazing. I have a phobia of dentists and needles and they always make me feel at ease and help me look after my teeth as I get older. I had a tooth pulled, very nervous for me, but I went in feeling pretty good about it. They use the nitrous and I
was able to drive there myself and drive home, and the doctor and his staff were amazing. It took about two minutes to pull the tooth. I went home with no bleeding or pain. Even the next day I’m doing just fine! Good job guys! And thank you

Im greeted as soon as I walk in, my anxieties were taken seriously and I absolutely love the whole team:)

I really can't say enough good things about Abby Dental. I had not been to the dentist for a number of years, in part due to prior negative experiences with different dental offices, hygienists, and dentists, and in part due to dental anxiety. I have now visited Abby Dental several times and received excellent service and dental care, including a routine cleaning and checkup, and several fillings.

The receptionists are very easy to interact with, and the whole office seems to run very efficiently, considering how many moving parts there are. It has been very easy to book appointments, and wait times have been very minimal, which is appreciated.all of the treatment I have received has been clearly explained, and the estimates given have been accurate (there's nothing worse than expecting to pay a small fortune for dental work, and instead paying a medium fortune!). The hygienists and assistants have been very friendly, and do a great job both at doing the actual work, and helping you get through it!

Dr Bevans is super nice and does a great job explaining everything. I felt like I could ask questions and I think he did a great job on my fillings - certainly the least painfully dental work I've had, and everything feels good and normal afterwards, which has not always been my experience after a filling.

Overall, an excellent experience, even for someone who avoided the dentist for years. I will never truly enjoy going unfortunately, but Abby Dental has made the experience as good as is possible, and that is very impressive.

Everyone at Abby Dental from the front desk to the hygienist, assistants and dentists operate like a well oiled machine, they're a great team and an awesome example of a well run business.

Like many people, I have a fear of dental procedures, but Dr. Burrows and the dental assistants made me feel comfortable. They are very professional, thorough, and pay close attention to your needs. It feels great to find a dentist and team that you can trust.

Got me in right away explained my options thoroughly. When I went for treatment they made me feel safe and comfortable.

I have not been to a dentist in many years. I decided this is the year to look after me, so I decided to start slow. I booked an appointment at Abby Dental in Vernon, for a whitening. What a welcoming environment. I literally just sat down after being greeted with smiles, and was taken directly in to a room.
I was very well looked after by my dental assistant, Marina. I might be partially bias, as she is my daughter, but the entire experience has me looking forward to going back for more. The staff here are great!

Well, as far as a last minute emergency over the Christmas holidays, I don’t believe you could have had a better experience when it comes to dentistry.
I had an infected wisdom tooth of course, on Christmas Eve. I hesitantly called the emergency line, half worried about what was about to happen, and half embarrassed that I was calling someone on their much deserved time off to be with their family over Christmas.
Dr. Burrows was on the line after a quick “forward” from the lady that answered the emergency line.
He was kind, patient, and surprisingly willing to help me. (I was a little taken aback, as I couldn’t believe how accommodating he was! He was willing to correspond, and took the time to explain everything I asked. Not once did he give me the impression that I was taking up his time, or that he wanted to get off that call. NOT what I’m used to with your average practitioner these days)
I was booked in for a molar extraction literally the same day that Dr. Bevans arrived back from his Christmas holidays, AND, at the end of his day when the others were going home.
Again, the staff was phenomenal, the dentists were exceptional, and my whole experience COULDN’T have been any easier, or more complete.

Thank you Abby Dental. You totally superseded any and all expectations when it came to a Christmas Dental Emergency!
