Abby's Flowers Plus

Extremely dissatisfying experience. My husband bought me a flower arrangement for Valentine’s Day and what I received looked nothing like the picture of the arrangement he chose. What I received was so disappointing that we contacted them via email asking for a resolution. Initially they responded back stating they would send us a new arrangement the following week, however they never did. They never responded back to us again when we would inquire for follow-up numerous times. Now it’s August and there hasn’t been any resolution. I think for the price they charge, their service is absolutely garbage. I have attached an image of the flowers my husband ordered (top) and what I received (bottom). There are many other local floral shops that are much better and provide great service here in Abbotsford. I will not give Abby Flowers any business ever again, nor allow family or friends to order from them.

First off, I do like to support local, but with that being said- they're quite overpriced for the variety/type/size of flowers that you get. The flowers also weren't as fresh as I'd expect for paying a premium price. The rose petals were curling outwards, covered with lines and browning edges. I've had better flowers from Costco for 1/3 the price. One thing I don't like is gouging. I know there's wages and overhead costs.and that a business needs to be profitable- but this business just gouges deep. Don't recommend!
