Cranston and his team are exceptional at everything they do. I recommend this shop for all your autobody needs including restoration and custom work.

Don't come here.it was a waste of my time and money. Gave my car in a week ago and when it came back nothing changed. They agreed to paint the whole body yet they left random chips out, painted over dents, chips and completely disregarded the front grill. They did a pathetic job and it clearly isn't worth it.

I brought my 15 year old Toyota Sienna minivan here for some deep dents and scratches on the rear panels from hitting a pillar. They fixed the car and that side looked new and fresh. I wish I the repairs would have been on the entire car because it would have looked brand new. Colleen turned the situation into a positive experience and she went over and about to drop off the car. We appreciate the excellent customer service and of course the top notch autobody work they did. I would recommend this place!

I had to find a body shop to repair my BMW, I had tried a couple of the larger named chain shops previously and was not happy, not sure if it was just because of those particular locations, but not happy.
BMW recommended a place that had a minimum 3 week wait so I started reading the reviews of some of our local shops. I saw this place had a lot of reviews so I thought I'd check it out. I pulled out front, I took a peak inside the shop, it was very clean and they were currently doing work on an Audi.
I walked inside the office and it looked nice and clean also and the young lady that helped me was very nice. I was very happy with the courtesy car and while working on my vehicle they noticed a small bit of damage on one of the doors unrelated to accident but close & since they were going to be painting that area asked me if I'd like to have it repaired, I was very happy with the amount they said they could fix it for so I moved forward. One of my head lamps was burned out and they asked if I'd like that repaired too, I was ecstatic they brought it up because I kept forgetting to get it taken care of so they had to replace that for me as well.
Initially I had asked the young lady to try to find some side mirrors for me vehicle from an auto wrecker as I really wanted to get those fixed too, she located one for each side. I was thrilled with everything they did and would not hesitate to recommend this shop to anyone, not to mention, it is a family run business which I thought was great!

I highly recommend them. I had a very pleasant experience. They have an amazing customer service. Their technicians are highly skilled. I was truly amazed by how beautifully they had repaired my car.

Avoid this shop!
Pushy sales tactics and they do not take 'NO' as an answer. I came to pick up my car and they purposely did not put the bumper back on my car and instead tried to force me into a curtsy car. Made me wait for 45 mins to put my car back together.

They then charged me 112$ for a inspection which they knew they were not allowed to do as it was a ICBC claim.

Dont use this shop.

Superb service! I’d called ABC on Tuesday morning, and Colleen booked me in the same afternoon for an estimate. ICBC approved the estimate on Wednesday, and I had it in that afternoon for repairs. I was given a 2019 Nissan SUV courtesy car. Colleen kept me updated, and called Friday afternoon to say it would be ready at 5: 00. They’d repaired damage; rear bumper, taillight, sensors and detailed and washed it. It looked perfect! It was running with the air on so it was ready for me. Really nice staff, who made the whole experience less stressful. I’d highly recommend ABC!

I came here on a great recommendation from a friend. The customer service was excellent and they were able to get me in and out in a timely fashion. Cranston and Colleen were both a delight to work with. I am definitely coming back. The work done on my car was clean and quick.

None of the employees here wear masks, which tells me that none of them are considerate of their customers’ health and safety. At least the receptionist who interact with the customers should wear a mask.

Excellent workmanship, and courteous and professional service. I had the "misfortune" of having to repair two vehicles within a few weeks, and the reason I became a returning customer was the way the repair was done the first time.

I do not reccomend this shop, when we picked up the car today looking for a little cheap mechanic as the ICBC wont take their quote. They removed the bumper and refused to put it back. We have to drive the car with an expose bumper. Is it their responsibility to put it back as they open it. Very unprofessional.

ABC Auto is one of it’s kind. Even though I live far from this shop, I don’t mind travelling the distance to know my car will be handled by professionals. I dropped off my vehicle near their closing time and I was reassured that I would get a courtesy car and that my car would be fixed no problem. I trust these guys with no second thought. I am blessed to have been recommended to this autoshop:) Cheers! Keep on doing what you guys are doing!

1st class service! Big scratch on front fender, took it in right away, complete with courtesy car. Candy apple red paint job just like new! Done in 2 days, charged just as quoted. Perfect!

Amazing service, they even dusting my interior car, price amazing cheaper than what I think. Im highly recommended everyone to come here to fix car

The autobody was faster to respond than ICBC.excellent work and customer service. The only negative is that the parking area is quite small and can be difficult to park in.

I highly do not recommend this shop. They told me they install stereos and do body work I brought car there after a break in and stolen stereo 2 busted windows. I called and asked if they do stereo install and glass they said yes I had car towed there they call a week later saying it's ready I go to get it and there's no stereo wires all hanging out of dash they said there techs refused to work on the truck because it had an after market stereo they said they checked it out and it's drive able. It's not drive able at all all the wires for the navigation system were cut and there all just hanging out the dash loose they said they install stereos then refuse to do the install now I will have to get sum towed to another shop costing even more to have stereo installed. I would highly highly recommend not using this shop. I was not looked after as they said they would if your considering bringing your car here on an ice claim think again

Great job and service. Cranston was fantastic! Wish i ll never need a auto body work, BUT if i ever do, they will have my business!

Bunch of crooks. "Fixed" our car after we were rear ended but when we came back with problems after the repair they sent us away. Now our brakes failed and I was in another accident because of their laziness and incompetence.

***Hi Cranston, please do not stalk me on LinkedIn. It's unprofessional. My husband and I both gave your company a chance to make this situation right with our car. My husband was initially turned away and unfortunately after finally convincing your staff to look at our car again I was in an accident a few hours before the appointment. The situation is now being handled by ICBC, and I am scheduling an independent inspection of the car. I understand negative reviews are troubling, however mistakes and oversights happen. I just wish your staff were more attentive the first time my husband brought the car back rather than dismissing our concerns.

PS. Judging from Greg's post below it seems like subpar repairs and refusal to admit mistakes seems have become a recent problem for your business.

UPDATE: Two months after the repair and the bumper and hood are now lifting off the frame. Also Cranston I know ICBC has been in contact with you regarding the numerous issues with the repair and "missed repairs". Please take down your comment that this review is fake. I know you're trying to save face but it's worth it your customers to know that when your shop makes mistakes and customers call you out your response is to slander them.

I am in full agreement with those reviewers who experienced great service and results here at ABC Autobody. In New West there are more than a few well reviewed auto body repair shops but right away after dropping by to get a feel for the shop and meet the manager Cranston I felt comfortable enough to process my claim here.

He made sure we got a suitable SUV courtesy car as soon as it was available since we were dropping off a minivan and communication was always clear with the car finished when promised.

Apart from minor unavoidable paint smell the first few days since both bumpers and side panels were repainted, the repairs make the minivan look brand new again. Body panel alignment and the colour match is right on.

Highly recommended.

Great customer service. And a really easy process to get your car in and out. But honestly, not happy with the results. Here's why: Took my car to this shop after a rear end hit and run collision. Two weeks after the repair someone noticed that my bumper was not totally flush against the body. I took it to them, showed the guy, and he said it was the best they could do with what they had to work with, stating previous damage (which I have no idea about, I just bought the car last year) It would have been nice to have been upfront and honest with me from the start saying ok this is what happened, this is what we could do. But instead someone had to point it out to me two weeks later and now they want additional cash to fix. Not happy with this. I just want my car looking like it did before the accident. Now I am going back through ICBC now to see if they will cover the cost of this repair because I am certainly not paying out of pocket for this. And I likely won't be returning to this shop after this claim.
