ABC Recycling

I've been going to ABC Recycling for a few months now and am very pleased with the level of customer service provided. The staff are friendly, professional and always willing to give you a good rate for your scrap metal. There is very rarely any wait for the scales. Get it? Wait/weight.scales.hah.

RV especially should be recognized for his excellent team leading, communication and customer relations.

By far one of the best scrap yards I've ever dealt with! The staff at this location really take the time to foster a unique relationship such that you feel like a part of the family. They are generous, fair and seek to educate you on the vast intricacies of scrap metal recycling. The yard is easy to navigate and staff are always available and eager to assist. Don't just take my word for it though, next time you have some metals to sell give them a try and you will experience firsthand the ABC Burnaby difference!

Our company uses ABC for all of our scrap metal. RV in the office is always so welcoming and makes the process quick an efficient so I’m in and out of there in good time.

First time to this place. Didn’t know what to do, walked into the office and was greeted, they explained what to do. Ajay was there to help us sort through our metals and even explained what the differences were of the metals. He even asked one of the other employees to get us bottled water! Hats off to Ajay for his professionalism & outstanding customer service.from beginning to end a very positive experience.

Ranvir and Vincent were extremely helpful and friendly! I had to get a "letter of disposal" to finalize a warranty claim through our credit card for a dehumidifier that kicked the bucket shortly after the manufacturer's warranty coverage. No other recycling depot I called would do it, but these guys did it no problem. They went above and beyond in my opinion. It also happened to be staff appreciation day when I went there and they offered complimentary whatever I wanted from the food truck. The Churros were delicious! Thank you Ranvir!

Only place I go to dispose of my scrap metal. Found that they have better prices then any of their competitors in the lower mainland. Ranvir, is especially helpful, friendly and honest. He is always ensuring you get the best possible refund. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Fantastic metal recycling spot, weigh in on the scale, someone will jump out of the office to direct you if it’s your first time.
Weigh out, park then head into the office for your cash.

Great prices for metal & was a quick in and out. Bonus they sometimes have coffee, was helped by Ransin who was awesome, wholeheartedly recommend.

This place rips you off. They think because you're a woman that you don't know the prices and the value of the metal I advise anybody to avoid going there and giving away your money I also told them i would review them this is their third strike! ABC we always weigh our products before bringing them to you
