They carry the same stock as the one in Vancouver but less sizes and no clearance section. However, the staff are absolutely amazing! They are very welcoming with such great attitude!

Everyone who works here is so helpful and friendly! At least the past couple times I’ve visited. I was not expecting this kind of service at an Abercrombie & Fitch, not even in the states. One employee suggested I check online and if I found the price on sale on their website, they could apply a discount to the in-store product. Of course, many retailers offer this, but few staff eagerly share this information. They were also just peppy about helping me find the right size or suggesting tall vs.petite vs.regular. Yet they weren’t pushing me to buy anything. The stars in this review are for the lovely employees.

Azin (The store Manager) went above and beyond to help me and my girlfriend during a dress refund and made the overall experience a 5 star. Generally we see a lot of managers take good care of you during the purchases, but manager like Azin are the ones who also understands taking good care of ‘returns’ is also a part of Customer satisfaction too.

4 stars for the simple fact that they have curvey/tall pants. As a 6ft woman in Vancouver it is nearly impossible to find tall enough pants or jeans. A friend suggested A & F and I was really happy with my purchases. The downside is of course you can only order those sizes online, which means you have to pay the shipping cost if they don’t fit. But the quality and the fit make it all worth it. Tip: Become a member for free shipping.

Good selection of clothing, nice designs, and friendly staff! I was lucky to have been helped out by one of the sales associates Nicole. She was very helpful helping me find a specific style of clothing and giving me alternative options like online ordering when the shirt I wanted wasn’t in store. Very helpful customer service!

Very limited selection and sizes at this location (mostly XL). Cashier was friendly and helpful though when I did a return.

Came to make a purchase today and even though the store was super busy (Black Friday week), I was greeted immediately upon arrival and all the staff were super friendly and energetic the entire time I was there. One of the sales, Shawn was super patient with me while I was making my decisions between sizes and colours. Really happy with my purchase and experience!

I am so happy they finally have an A&F store in Canada and pretty close to where I live as well! They have a good selection of stuff in this store and there are always good finds for a steal! I don't think I've ever come out of the store empty handed lol.

Went into the store to browse. Found nice stuff at Amazing price. Next day price dropped even more went back to the store for price adjustment and Marko the assistant manager recognized me right away and he mentioned the price drop before i did.
Saved me even more money. Best customer service.
