If I could give a negative rating, I probably would. The MOA are like devil gatekeepers. They have some silly rule that booking for the following month is only allowed on the 15th of the month.good luck trying to get any sort of appointment!
Last year, I had gotten out of the hospital and needed to followup with my family doctor - the MOA referred me to the emergency room? !?
Then, my mom had emergency surgery out of country and needed to make an appointment with the family doctor to remove sutures and follow-up. The nurse told me that I can only line up on the 15th. If the appointments become full for the following month on that day, then so be it. Hello, it's only the 13th. I can't even make an appointment for end of the month. How ridiculous.

This was my first time to visit this health centre and like everyone said, the receptionist and staff here were unprofessional and bad attitude. My appointment was at 9: 00am in the morning, I arrived on time, but none of staff was in the front desk at that time.waiting for 5-10 minutes, the receptionist started to register patients. She put the later patient's file on the top of the front patient's file and then gave the whole pile of files to the doctor's assistant. The doctor's assistant called patient from the top of the files. The patients order became later come first service instead of FCFS. My appointment was first and I checked in first so that my file was under the bottom of files. I was the last one to see doctor in that group of patients. I asked them this order question, they just told me only ONE word, "waiting for call your name. ". The staff was rude and didn't value patients' time at all. The doctor Law was a good doctor.
If you have an option, please avoid to visit this health centre. Poor management and unprofessional staff!

Terrible service, the receptionist has a bad attitude and does not want to help. Highly not recommended, save time and go to a proper clinic.

Apparently, if you don't get sick and no need to see a doctor for the past several years, they will disown you as a patient and won't be seeing you at all. Why is it so hard to believe I haven't gotten seriously ill.

Absolutely the worst doctor and rude receptionist.
I asked for a simple medical note that takes 2 minutes and they are asking for $40. Ridiculous! I would give -100 stars if I could.
My mother was misdiagnosed for months and it turned it out to be cancer. She wasted a lot of time here and now she will pay for her life. Doctors should lose their license. Please do not go here if you care about your health.
