Aberdeen Mall

I'm always shocked at how big Aberdeen mall is. It definitely has a smaller on the outside vibes. I truly wish we had more brands, bit they're slowly coming

I've never seen this in any other mall, but Aberdeen Mall stocks their bathrooms with name brand toilet paper! It's really great! Too often have I been to places that have the absolute worst substandard paper. It is a great change and they really deserve the credit!

Other than that, great mall, great stores, and always clean.

Good little mall. Need a few more popular stores The downside is it doesn’t open until late on weekdays.

It's nice to find malls that are still doing well and not filled with empty stores. This two-level mall is exactly what people look for in a mall. A wide selection of stores a good food court, and a big Hudson's Bay at one end. You'll be satisfied.

Accessible, clean, lots of shops and places to get food and drinks. Not too crowded and covid protocols for social distance and sanitizing in place.

Family room is closed and the stroller doesnt fit into the disability stall that has the baby change table. I have to leave my stroller unattended with all my stuff in it due to it. It is very inconvenient and i dont feel safe with that. I have stopped going since as its always me with my baby and no help and the mall has made no solutions.

I'm from out of town and came to visit family and they took me to the mall and found it was small as west Edmonton mall much bigger

Been going almost every day to this mall for about a year, stores could be updated, some empty units that bring down the appeal, could be more done regarding services like washrooms and family rooms but all in all a great place to shop!

If the security guard starts following you and you're with a friend or are on the phone just loudly proclaim "HEY I THINK SECURITY IS FOLLOWING ME! " Works pretty well.

Went to La Vie En Rose Aqua & bought a cute bathing suit as I lost quite a bit of weight so I needed a new one for the summer. I know my way around the mall and went straight there and did my shopping and left.

Very hurt and disappointed with the treatment I received at Saje on Sunday April 18/21. A situation occurred that was completely beyond my control and had absolutely nothing to do with me, but nonetheless I am being punished. Lies were told by a certain managerial employee, security was called and then today a phone call from the police. Now I am barred from entering the store until this issue is resolved. And even when it is resolved I will never step foot in that store. For a customer to be humiliated and embarrassed is bad enough, but telling lies about this customer is something I will never forgive. I am a 57 year old female that has lived in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, all major cities with huge malls, and never has security been called to remove me from a store. I am appalled at this treatment for I am not a rude or threatening person in any way, and the behaviour of said employee is something that should not be tolerated by anyone. I am fighting this with every ounce of my being and will not be bullied like this. The police phone call did not scare me if that was the intend, it only solidified the urge inside of me to fight this. So anyone entering Saje please be aware that this particular store does not enforce the "positively outrageous experience" motto that they strive to provide to their community members. At least not this one particular managerial employee in Kamloops.

The Aberdeen Mall is a pretty nice place to shop. Convenient location if you live in Aberdeen/Upper-Sahali. Almost every store in there can be found in the orchard Park mall in Kelowna and other shopping malls.

Good sized mall. Need more toy shops for kids. Lots of clothing and body shops. But nothing really for kid to get excited about. It would make the mall more family friendly.

Was just in broke frames, told I have to go get new prescription because they cant find my file.been getting my glasses there for 10 to 15 yrs. Not again

The mall is always quiet and lacks excitement to draw crowds in. We go here in the winter months for something to do while staying warm and dry.

Had a smoothie and went clothes shopping. I had lots of fun, just keep in mind they are mostly high end stores so things may be a little pricey, but well worth it! So many stored to check out! There's something for everyone! Very clean and sanitary environment that is safe for seniors and young people. I would highly recommend visiting!

I absolutely love Aberdeen mall I always have and am sure I always will. The staff at every store in that mall are very friendly.helpful and make you feel appreciated. If you get a chance.please go. Wish i still lived in Kamloops.

Doesnt mean to say they dont have a place there but not for me
Dollar stores, subway food kiosks selling phones and accessories are all good.
Need a restaurant other than food court
Needs a remodel which im happy to say is about to happen. Three jewelry stores! They must either combat one another or gouge their customers to stay in business. The shoe stores seem to do ok and childrens clothing seems to hang on so someones busy having children thank goodness.

This mall is terrible and hasn't really dont much expansion since the 80's. Take a look at Orchard Park Mall and take some pointers.

Pretty neat Small Town Mall. Has variety of things. Mostly for women. Good Sports Apparel collection. Chinese, Fast food and coffee available in food court inc. Orange Julias Jewelry, Fitness, Perfume, Gadgets and gears almost everything is there a beauty saloon too.

Small shopping mall, needs to be bigger really as Kamloops got very busy. Has the usual shops here, you have no chance of getting lost in this mall. Food court is small.
Easy parking.

The store selection is nicely diverse in price ranges, selection of kinds of stores ie. Clothes, electronics, jewelry, sports, makeup and a few others. I find the employees are generally really nice and willing to take the time to help you out but will also let you browse in peace. The food court has a decent variety of options for the types of food, I favor the Chinese food place.

Very posh and very clean and is especially safe to go to it has the whoke lot of necessities and the bedt it yas tge stuff tp pamper yourself store "neat"

It's a ghost town most of the time it's in need of a face lift nothing has really changed in the last 30years. Fingers crossed, change will come when old navy opens

Small local mall, quiet and peaceful. It's got a lot of variety for stores and a perfect one stop shop!

We went directly to the food court as we had to have our lunch within the hour and get back on our tour bus. We found the ‘Sizzling Wok’ outlet to be the most attractive and colourful restaurant in the food court. We grabbed our bowls of Chinese Noodles with the gravies and sat down on a free table in the common seating area. The dining hall was crowded and milling with people. We enjoyed our meal, watching other hungry visitors deciding on where to get their next meal from.
Besides the food court there are many other shops vending clothes, furniture, jewellery, cosmetics and electronics, but left that for another visit to Kamloops. The Canadian company selling specialised clothing for athletes stands out as it’s outlet is a bit apart from the main mall.

It is a nice little mall. There are more stores on the way. The Bay has some great ladies that work at checkout that are amazingly friendly. It is going to get better yet.

Store clerks are friendly and always able to help. Mall is clean but not much options for shopping. Food court is good and has lots of different types of foods. Never any line ups at tills. New stores coming hopefully

Aberdeen mall features a decent selection of stores, plenty of parking options, and a quaint food court. Considering the population of Kamloops, you would think the mall would be larger though.

Shop here all the time. Good staff in stores always helpful and super nice. Mall spaces like bathrooms are super clean and always stocked up.

This mall is smaller then the big cities, but it's got most of what people really need in a mall. My favourite places to go are Sephora, Ardenes, booster juice, purdys chocolate and coles bookstore!

Could not find the particular item I was looking for, but a nice mall with a good selection of stores.

Smaller mall with a couple of anchor stores. Limited variety and a small food court is available. For a quick visit to pick up essentials this would be the place to go.

Lots of good stuff here. I like quiet spaces but it is a higher traffic area so I wasnt expecting what I am used to but it was great alot of variety and lots of good quality stores

Food court used to be bigger with more choices.
Many diverse stores including a children's store, jewelry stores, much clothing as well as cell phone services and more.

Would be an even better mall if all the stores weren'tfor sticks. They need more clothes for bigger people. Not everyone is skinny.

Clerks were nice. Mall had a lot of empty stores. Supposed to be the #1 Mall in Kamloops. Pretty dead inside.

Very small and not a lot of stores very run down and ugly colored mall. Needs major Reno and probably make it bigger and nicer.

It used to be a decent mall, but upstairs is looking a little empty. The food court is also a bit dark.

Always loving my time here. Great place to shop at, especially around Christmas time. Never overly crowded.

It's really our only mall option in Kamloops so it's okay. Very small but fun to burn some time in a day. We are finally getting some bigger stores like Lulu Lemon and Sephora.
The hours are so lame; closes at 6 on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Saturday which is so stupid especially for people who have to work late. What mall is open til 9 on Thursday and Friday and then randomly closes at 6 on Saturday? Makes no sense.

I'm from the states. In St. Louis Missouri you would find malls of this caliber. I was so pleased to find this place. It had all the great shops I'm used to finding in a mall. Been there multiple times, and will continue to do so.

Loved Aberdeen mall. Was disappointed to find out there was no where to purchase any mints or chocolate bars anywhere in the whole mall! And no dollar store! What mall doesnt have a dollar store!

Wonderful place to hang out with friends. Well located with ample parking space. Convenience stores (Walmart or Safeway) would have added more appeal to it.

I went to the family washroom near the food court to feed and change my newborn and walked into a room full of garbage, used needles and bloody toilet paper. Absolutely disgusting.

Update: I was contacted by management and they are looking into a solution for the problem. They contacted me promptly and apologized which was kind. Hoping something will change soon as I do really love the mall. Four stars now!

Staff in stores I visited were friendly and knowledgeable. Emily in the bookstore lower mall is great at assisting customers.
The mall has some vacant stores.and is seriously missing an anchor tenant at the east end, since Sears departed Canada. If none can be found it might be a thought to do what some major malls in Asia have done.rows and rows of small stalls selling lower cost items.
