Alongside some modern high-rise apartments, Aberdeen park has a small playground oftentimes filled with juveniles and families, a garden which many cherry blossom trees were planted in and shines with their bloom, a land of grass and a circle path for walking and jogging. Its location is as well excellent, a couple minutes walk to the Joyce-Collingwood skytrain station, surrounded by tennis and basketball courts and, paralleling the Kingsway road and Boundary road. In case you want to come for a visit, this park has a parking friendly neighborhood where there are many parking spots in order to fit either your daytime or nighttime parking.

What a lovely space. Especially now when the cherry blossoms are in blume. There is a nice park for the kids to play, while open space for picnics or to walk your pets. Just a nice central, clean park for everyone to enjoy

The grassy area has considerable drainage issues that can lead to swamp-like conditions in the lower areas after days of rain. It is not maintained nearly as well as other parks in the area. Many people let their small dogs run loose here, despite (unenforced) city bylaw requirements to keep them on leash, so this is a consideration for people who are uncomfortable with dogs or who have small children.
