Left side of my BMW was badly scratched on parking by someone who was probably trying to fit in but missed. I took it to Newton location on 128 street. Estimate was done quickly and few days later car was in the repair shop. They had a loaner car for me. Three days later my car was done. Finishing job was really good, car was washed, interior was cleaned, and. I found in driver's tray $4.65. It was probably recovered from somewhere under the driver's seat. Good job, pleasant atmosphere and honesty. Thank you Naidu and team! Jack

Somehow, I feel lucky that I had to get my car fixed for me to find them. I really like Wendy and the technician (sorry I forgot his name). They are genuine, gave me lots of advice and had kept the process easy.

I've experienced incredibly poor service from this place. They made me wait a whole month for car repairs and then told me to wait an additional 15 days. Despite numerous calls about my ICBC claim, they always promised to call back but never did. Fed up with waiting, I had to transfer my claim to another ICBC repair shop after being ignored for a month. Avoid this place for car repairs – their treatment of customers is disrespectful and their attitude is very rude. I am surprised who are those people getting their car repaired here. Totally fraud people

Worst service ever. Don’t go these guys. Owner is wacked. Ripped all my car and evrything instead fixing it. Not recommended
