By far the best! Best quality and customer service that I have experienced. I have been seeing Kim for a few years now and her attention to detail and pride in her work really shows!

I have been going to salon for a short time but it seems that each time the service gets worse. The girl has never been on time for my appointment. Today she was late again and put on the dirtiest smock I have ever seen. One of her jars of solution had black mould like stains on the outside of it. I mentioned it to her and she just shrugged and ignored me. When she was done with it she just put the cap back on and put it back in the drawer. One of my nails was polished crooked and so I asked if she could fix it and she made a very thick adjustment so now it looks worse. The cost was $47.25 for a gel polish so I gave her a 50.00 bill and she gave me 5.00 back. I mentioned that she only owed me 2.75 but she said it was just taxes and walked away. I will not be going back to this salon. Please wash your smocks!

Kim and her staff are awesome. I have been going ever since she opened. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Kim & her team are terrific! Their salon is clean, the staff is friendly and the work is impeccable.

I'm really not one to write reviews but I felt compelled to after this. Got a full gel set and they are all different lengths for some reason, there are bubbles in the gel, and half of the nails are crooked. The whole process felt super rushed from the get-go. Would have appreciated the technician taking her time a bit because the end result really reflected this. Sorry but I will definitely not be returning.

Disappointing experience from a place that used to be so good. Poor quality pedicure, had to finish when I got home.

Got a full set of acrylic with French tips. I absolutely love them! The lady was so nice and paid attention to detail so they look natural and beautiful. Definitely going back! Thank you so much!

PREVIOUS REVIEW: I have been going to Kim, Lily and Lynn for years for mani/pedi.as does my family when in town. I get compliments all the time about my nails. Book ahead as tough to get an appointment leading up to weekend/holidays as they are so popular. If I break a nail they are great about squeezing me in. They stand behind their work.

I tried most of nails store in north and west Vancouver in last 12 years and i can strongly recommend you this place, I really love their job

Had my nails done with Kim. She was an excellent nail tech. Very detailed in preparing my nails for nail polish. Best experience in a long time. Nice salon, fresh, clean and professional. Highly recommend.

I’ve gone here one time so far for acrylics. I decided afterwards to try a place closer to my home and I really regret it. About Nails is phenomenal and I won’t go to another place for acrylics again. They really listen to what you want and are so knowledgable. I would recommend this place to everyone!

Sorry, I really thought with all the reviews, I’d have a good pedicure but though EXTREMELY FRIENDLY, the work was not up to the dosh. Lumpy/wrinkled polish, cuticles not pushed back enough, areas of nails without polish, and black something or another stuck in polish of big toe. I’m wondering if the attendee has vision issues - all these things should not have occurred.

It was also a long process. Near the end, there was no time left to comment and ask for correction. I’ve had much better done elsewhere on the north shore.
