Fredy came to our house late on Monday to fix a burst pipe, at the last minute. He and his brother worked hard into the night and were super informative and helpful. They made sure to inform us of everything they were doing, and spent extra time giving us tips and recommendations for how to avoid further issues in the future. Their time and patience were incredibly appreciated.

I would give this company more than 5 stars they where fantastic, from the young lady Gloria who took my call, to Freddy who then called me to go over options and answer any questions, my issue was my gas hot water tank had just started to leak into the pan, Matthew came the next day, they worked in my furnace room on the coldest day we have had this year, they where respectful of us and our home, the work was completed in a timely fashion my furnace room was left cleaner then when they arrived, we where given a tutorial on the new hot water heater and how to prolong its life, I would recommend Absolute Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber, thanks Freddy and Matthew we appreciate you.

From making the appointment to the service, all was very good and on time promised. Freddy explained what was required and the cost up front and then fixed the problem.

I called Absolute plumbing with a urgent request and Gloria worked everyone’s schedules for Braydon to arrive within a short time. He was polite, respectful (put booties on to protect our carpet) and quickly sourced and fixed our issue. He even offered a free inspection of our house hoses and gave us a coupon for other services we may need. Great team! Don’t hesitate to call them if you need plumbing services.

Very happy with our first service visit, both guys were friendly, on time and professional. They came and did a great job, fixed the problem & let us know of things we need to keep an eye on for issues in the future. A toilet got jammed up at my place of business and Absolute Plumbing was able to come out same day and snake the line 70 ft!

Our kitchen sink was leaking and nonfunctional. Absolute came the morning their office opened after the weekend and fixed it. They explained the problem and how to prevent it in the future. They really have the quality as well as the family-owned feel.

Communication was good; clear and precise. The plumbers were professional, neat and tidy. I was pleased with their work.

Removed cracked bathroom sink, advised about kitchen faucet leak, fixed bathroom sink so it will hold water.
The service was immediate. Mark was very professional in advising what the problem was, what parts I would need, what it would cost. He removed the cracked sink and cleaned up the area. (I had a new sink—wrong size). He fixed my other bathroom sink so it will hold water.

As we approached the first hot weekend of the summer, our pool heater refused to fire up. I called on Friday morning at 9: 00. Henry was able to fit me in between his other work, they made a trip to Vancouver to pick up a replacement part, and by dinner time our heater was up and running. My grandchildren (and I) are most grateful and I know the pool will be busy all weekend.

We have been using Absolute on our properties for several years now. We have used multiple plumbers in the past but Absolute by far is our choice. They are always there to help you and are very good with our tenants. Customer service and professionalism is something that we highly value and Absolute has been a pleasure to deal with as well as for all of our tenants.

They are such a fantastic group of people to deal with with all plumbing situations and issues. We had a surprise leak in our bathroom during a very stressful and busy week. We called around to local plumbers but they all were such a pain to deal with until we got a hold of Absolute. The Absolute team took our call and was super pleasant to deal with and ensured me they would to their best to fit me in even though they were fully booked for the day.

To my surprise they also had an awesome booking system that texted my phone to confirm my service request as well as a snippet/bio of the installers that were planning on passing by and their estimated time of arrival. This was incredibly helpful as it let me plan my day accordingly and know when to best anticipate their arrival so I could continue on with the rest of my errands during the day.

The team finally made it over to our place to take a look and do an inspection on our leak, it was end of day, so they hoped to be able to take a quick look and prep with the parts and pieces requires for the next day. Upon inspection they realized the leak had more issues than we anticipated and knew we would be without accessible water for probably another day or two, and instead of leaving for the day, they stayed past their end time to fix our leak instead.

Not only did the fix and find the issue with our plumbing system but they also took the initiative to point out the things we could do to avoid this situation again and even quoted us for a package deal to fix out worn and dated valves and completely cleaned and resealed our toilet with the necessary parts at a great rate.

I honestly never had such a pleasant experience with home renovations or repairs, they are usually over priced and under delivered, and a total pain to deal with. Well, definitely not the experience with Absolute Plumbing, I would recommend this team to ABSOLUTELY everyone and we plan to use them for our upcoming renos, without a doubt they are the best in town!

We started with the excellent customer service when the lady phoned and provided us with a time frame within hours of our request. Then, the technicians arrived on time and right away the team informed us what to expect and they did an excellent job to the point that I requested more plumbing work to be done in my house that was not as urgent as the leak repair. I have their phone number available to recommend to my family and friends.

Absolute recently replaced my old boiler and water tank with combi-boiler.

These guys are great. I have used them twice. I both cases they not only diagnosed the problem correctly but the workmanship to fix it was excellent and the place was left super clean Fredy also explained clearly what the problem was and what they did. Full marks!

Fireplace repair. I had Acorn and Pro Gas in and neither fixed my issue but charged me for service anyway. Henry and his partner from Absolute came in, fixed my problem and I now have a fireplace I can ABSOLUTE…LY enjoy.

I highly recommend Absolute Plumbing Solutions. I have used them for plumbing and heating issues at my house. A week ago I had a clogged toilet. I tried using a plunger and a toilet auger to remove the clog but I could not clear it. So I called Absolute Plumbing Solutions. The technician's name was Fredy. He was on-time and he fixed the issue. He also took the time to explain the issue and he provided information of how to perform maintenance to prevent clogs. Once again great service from Absolute Plumbing Solutions.

In my experience when I contact their office by email, text, or phone they'll contact me to find out the issue and then schedule the technician. They also provide ongoing communication. I haven't found many plumbing and heating companies that keep a customer informed as they do. Overall, I experienced excellent customer service and my issue was resolved promptly. Again, I highly recommend this company.

Our kitchen drain backed up and started coming up the hot water tank drain and flooded our floor. They came on a holiday when no else was open, found the clog, and then went another 50 feet with their snake. And I just found out they offer free grocery delivery for seniors! That kind of community spirit is increasingly rare these days, and really says a lot about the company. From now on we will be definitely be using Absolute Plumbing every time we have a plumbing or heating issue.

Absolute Plumbing Solutions were hired by my Strata to investigate a possible water leak in my condo unit. I was greeted by Fredy Sanchez who arrived on time and had a very clean and professional appearance. He communicated very well as to what he would be doing and kept me updated with his progress throughout his troubleshooting. Fredy was able to find the leak from behind my shower head and rectify it quite promptly. He was also very personable and it was great to learn about this excellent family business. I hope I don't have to use their service for water leak investigation again BUT if I do, I'm very happy knowing that I have a trustworthy company. I'll also be using Absolute Plumbing Solutions to do a pre-purchase inspection for when I eventually buy another condo/townhouse.

Fredy and Braeden came out and got rid of all the tree roots that were affecting our pipes. They went above and beyond explaining what needed to be done next and explained thoroughly how to use their Bio-Clean product to assist with clearing the drains. Highly recommend them!

Started with leaving a message on a holiday Monday and getting an instant reply, from Gloria, she is so on top of everything. Gloria kept the communcation open and on going (she is key to this company). I was on a waiting list and got in sooner than expected. Fredy and Braeden showed up within the hour that Gloria said, and they even kept me posted with texts (how long they would be, etc) I was never left wondering and waiting for an arrival. Such a great experience.

Fredy took on a project that other plumbers weren’t willing to do. We had a brand new tub that was poorly installed and needed to be fixed. He took the time to really assess the situation, come up with a safe and effective solution and then complete the job in a timely manner. I had a leak under my kitchen sink. They were the only plumber willing to fit me in on a Friday afternoon. They were courteous, kept me informed of their schedule and if they could squeeze me in. Sent me confirmation text. Arrived in clean uniforms, and put shoe covers on before coming in. Knowledgeable. Figured out the issue quickly. Set expectations, gave me a specific quote on site before doing the work, and had the parts on hand. Also looked into another issue I needed, gave quote for that, had parts on hand. They did the work quickly with no issues. Left the work area clean. Was able to handle the invoice and payment on site before leaving. Sent an email copy of detailed invoice by the time they left. Courteous, clear, and very easy to work with. I would totally recommend or work with them again!
