Rocky near the shore, opens up to a very nice sandbar during low tide. Great for exploring tide pools. Small parking lot but often has spaces available. Four picnic benches with barbecue stands at each.

Secluded beach with a surprise every time. In the day; naked beach goers (mostly older men), at night; campfires and people creating music accompanied by the sound of the waves.

Beautiful beach that is nicely tucked away. It is a great spot for beach-combing (sometimes the rocks get in the way), and the graffiti-covered towers are cool too. Be wary of the steep wooden steps.

Love this neighbourhood beach. Come by at sunset with a good camera you will get your pic of the day.

Terrible place to go. Should be avoided at all costs. Just seems like a horrible place to spend your time.

Nice quiet little area - about the only thing you hear is nature. Pretty rocky

At the end of the peninsula near UBC. Also hosts Wreck Beach, the nudist beach.
