We stayed at the Burnaby location. All staff were super kind and accommodating. The room was nice and clean. We would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely great experience with Accent Inns. Stayed at both their Burnaby and Victoria locations. Great rooms, great staff, pleasure to do business with. Rates were reasonable. Both locations had a restaurant attached to the building. Laundry facilities could have been better, but this will be my go to place to stay when traveling

Check in staff were nice and friendly! Location is close by the sky train. Room was ice cold (in the best way as it was HOT outside). I never sleep good at hotels/motels and I had the best sleep!

This hotel has the most Amazing staff they will do anything to make your stay excellent. The rooms are comfortable and clean! Highly recommend Accent Inns Burnaby!

I came from Williams Lake to attend LTX and chose to stay here. It was an 11/10 experience for me. Ron was so helpful. I needed paper plates, had them within 30 seconds. Even when the pop machine wouldn't take a card because the reader broken he paid for my soda! Thanks for making my stay feel like home.

Extremely disappointed. I booked a reservation for myself and my 8 month old baby first thing this morning. The moment I received my confirmation, I realized that I booked it one night to early (tonight instead of tomorrow night). I phoned straight away to change the dates. The site that books the reservations phone the hotel, and they told me it was too late to change the reservation to tomorrow. I understand I made the initial mistake, but for them to say that can't change my reservation to tomorrow without keeping the full $243 I paid, well that is just a greedy cash grab. When I phoned the hotel directly, I was told that they can't change it because it was booked online.

I will NEVER book with this hotel chain again, and I will be sure to let my friends and family know about what happened.

The rooms are actually quite clean and quiet as well plus there was plenty of hot water for my shower. Plus it's a pretty easy location to get to.

A very good basic motel. Check in was cordial and efficient. Room was clean, quiet and modern. Appliances worked. Beds were soft. Plenty of free parking. No breakfast on site, but there's a small cafe next door. We liked the cute rubber ducky sitting on the bath towels.

I love staying here. They make sure you arrive and they call you to make sure you're OK, if you don't arrive on time. I was driving to Vancouver from Bella Coola and I was taking in some scenery on the way and I was expected at 5 pm. 7 pm they called to make sure I was okay because they knew I was driving. Staff is friendly.

Comfy and clean room with an air conditioner that was very quiet and worked beautifully (so many hotels still have older ones). Service was excellent and having a door directly to outside was a bonus for our dog. We will be back!

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but thought Accent Inns really deserved 5 stars! Our room was clean and modern and the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I suffer with arthritis, and often find sleeping anywhere other than my own bed a challenge. I was pleasantly surprised at how very comfortable the mattress was, and the pillows were perfection! We received service with a smile, easy check-in/out, and it was the kindness of the staff that made our stay so special.
