One of the better places to stay in Kamloops. Love the yellow rubber duckie you get for free. I'm collecting them all.

Clean decent sized rooms. Staff is friendly. Only issue was that I called to inquire about the free bikes as that was a main selling point for us. Booked for 3 people and the employee ensured me there would be enough bikes for each on the phone. I get to the property and they only have 2 old bikes. Was disappointed.

Lori gave us amazing customer service. She helped us and got us a room right away. Had a rescue pittie that wasn't doing well in the jeep and she made everything better. Thank you again
