I had the pleasure of staying at accent Inn on Maple street. Easy access to any where I had to go
Staff were always pleasant n there to assist in any necessities I needed
House keeping always kept the rooms well stocked n clean. Crystal in house keeping was always there with a big smile n ready to help if needed n always had kind words to brighten your day
I will for sure book here again

Helpful staff right from the front desk. Great location, good dining options around. Clean rooms. Whoever designed the theme for duck and pets has a great sense of humour. You will find some instructions or helping notes in your room referencing duck which is cool. And the souvenir duck comes free to home, added a touch and connection at the place we stayed. I hope to collect these ducks in coming future too!

Starting with Ava at the front desk, we received exceptional service! I highly recommend you clone her! The room is basic and very comfortable. Great location for anyone wanting quick access out to the ferries/airport, yet close to downtown. We will definitely be back again! Thanks so much for the fun texts to check in and to see if we needed anything. Customer Service at its finest!

Hotel was great, it was our first time here and had 4 people and 2 dogs with us. I’ll be back!

Stayed for just one night.place is a dump, and room was nothing like we asked for, and paid alot for.asked for a two bedroom suite, as we had teenage daughter and friend with us.goy a one bedroom (with no door on it, and a pullout couch.guess thats their idea of a 2 bedroom.when booking asked if it was close / easy walk to inner harbour.was told yes.i guess a $20 cab ride is close enough.or perhaps their outsources booking agents really have no idea as to where the hotel is, as they are likely not even from this country.the toilet ran on for about 10 min after being flushed always nice to wake everybody up in middle of night.the bed in room was alright.pull out couch (the one in second bedroom.) was awful.we checked into room to deal with big puddles of water/ cleaner.like they hosed room out with fire hose.when we discussed with front desk, this all seemed normal to them.they said the room is a suite.we always stay in a suite.this was not.they said that the location is downtown, which t is not.they had our money, and everything else simply didnt matter.and the really nice kicker, both my wife and i woke to bug bites and rashes.so we now had to wash everything everybody had there to be sure we didnt bring bed bugs home.verry poor for over $400 a night stay away from this dump!

I spent a week in Victoria in May with my husband, and we stayed at the Accent Inn on Maple street. The service was impeccable and there is communication everywhere as to what amenities are available, who to contact and although we didn't need service, I felt the staff would be very attentive to any need. The room was clean, and cleaned well during our stay, and the burger restaurant on site was great. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the Victoria area who wants to drive or take transit as it's not far from downtown and is in a great location!

Cannot say enough about this wonderful place! Actually, it’s the people and their limitless kindness who made it a place to remember. I was in town for my dog’s surgery at the nearby animal hospital. From contactless check in, personalized notes in my room, constant offers of help to make things easier, to inquiring about my dog’s status. I have never stayed anywhere with such amazing customer service and I highly recommend the Accent Inn to anyone looking for a great place to stay. Being pet friendly was just a bonus! They really go above and beyond and I am SO grateful!

My company booked this, which usually means I sleep in my carhartts. This was a beautiful surprise, and set a new standard for me, for work accomodations! I arrived late, after work and the front desk woman (although training), was incredibly fast and intutitive to the fact I wanted to shower.
The sheer size of the hotel was impressive, although it took me 10 mins to find my room.
I walked into the nicest suite ive ever been put up in for work.
There was a couch room, with tv, and a passthrough bathroom that led into a beautiful bedroom, with a bed made for me.
I also will be reviewing their restaurant, Bin 4 burgers, which I highly recommend, too!
This was an all around amazing stay! I recommend Accent Inns to anyone travelling, working, or just needing a night away from their sig other.

Stayed as part of School trip from the UK. Clean and comfy rooms and very helpful staff who accommodated a large group! They were also very helpful and organised the posting of missing trainer back to the UK. Would recommend.

The blonde lady at the front desk in the morning is so rude. No respect for her as it's supposed to be a good morning not a crabby one.
It mells like marijuana by the front door all the time. The room smells like cigarettes.
I will not be back and I don't recommend this place.

Bed was comfortable but it is the staff that makes this place worth the stay. Super friendly, responsive and aim to please! Thank you!

My visit there was due to medical reasons. The staff there, namely Amanda, Ava and Jasmine are the best! Jazmine went out of her way to help me at check in and did some special extra things for me, without me asking! Ava is so friendly and was a great help and always smiling and who could forget Amanda. Thanks Amanda for the special things for my son. I can not say enough for these 3 woman who honestly made a very stressful time manageable for me and lifted my spirits by there thoughtfulness, help and smiles! Great job ladies and you should all know how thankful I am for all you did!

The staff were amazing and went above and beyond expectations! The rooms were clean and comfortable all for reasonable rates. The ducks you get to take home are so cute! Kid and pet friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Such a fantastic stay! I had an excellent room in a very quiet location (much appreciated) which allowed for quiet study and restful sleep. The front desk and room staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The hotel is in a great location for access to Elk Lake and the rowing club, UVic, community long course pools, and downtown sights. The room pricing was just right given its location to nearby services and community events. And the best part? You get a rubber duckie to take home with you as a souvenir.

Clean. Friendly staff. Gym was clean and decent. Although my child is 6 she worked out with me every morning with no issues. It was pretty quiet in there anyways. They have 2 vending machines for drinks and snacks. Offer free apples and cookies. Their bathroom products are not high end. Not even sure of the band or anything because they put them in big containers w no labels to try and save plastics. Which is great. My one complaint is they had a car that was clearly not drivaeble and looked like it had been parked for months in the handicapped spot. Which we needed. I asked about it and front desk said it was a different situation with one of their long term tenants. In that case, move the car to a different spot not near access to elevator.

Perfect place for a reasonable price, great location, the staff is lovely they make you feel you are home, the cleanliness is a priority for the family jam, as they are call.

Quick and smooth check in.friendly staff (they even left message asking if we needed anything) you get to leave with a ducky in hand.room was very clean and comfortable beds.
Thankful that they had parking at the side where customers park for the restaurant because there was rarely ever any parking when we came back to the hotel.

Clean hotel with easy access to the rooms. A mall is just cross the street and a nice burger lounge is onsite. Service staff are nice and friendly. Rooms are spacious and comfy.

I am in Victoria for medical treatments and Accent Inns gave me a very good medical discount. I really believe that this has been my best motel experience ever. Quiet rooms, great staff, nice amenities. And a sense of humour. The ducks, mustn’t forget the ducks.
I highly recommend staying here while visiting Victoria.

Friendly staff and nice rooms but no bottled water in rooms which would be nice. Beds are super comfortable and pillows are awesome.

The staff here are so nice and accommodating. Walking distance from Mayfair and a burger restaurant downstairs. The rooms are very clean.

I brought a school group over from the mainland for a one night stay in Victoria. Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and patient, and when I had a small maintenance issue in my room, the friendly maintenance person was there right away to solve the issue. Would stay again!
