I had a dental emergency just short of two weeks before travelling over seas. I have a lot of fear and anxiety about going to the dentist but the Access Dental team were amazing, they were super sympathetic to my anxiety and made sure I had a relaxing positive experience. I also needed a temporary retainer and they had that ready for me with less than a week before my travel date! Love these guys! Thank you so much

Dr. Raj is taking the time to welcome me and shake my hand. Zene is the best hygienist. Her communication skills make me feel like somebody, not just another patient.

If you're looking for stress free and cost effective dental help. This is the best place. Dr Raj is comforting and understanding about anxiety, budget etc. He helps outline the best strategy to maximize direct billing and reduce any stress on your pockets. Credits to Meera and team for great experience as well.

Everyone here is always pleasant and very professional. I've been a client of Access Clinic for 25 years and have not had a single complaint. Dr Burlacu and Dr Raj set the gold standard and the rest of the staff are raising it.

The team at Access Dental are all very good at what they do. I had a dental cleaning with Janet who did an exceptional job; gentle and responsive.

All staff is don't know how to deal with customers. Not knowledgeable staff. Rude behavior.

I’ve been very happy with Access Dental over the years… with the professional skills of both Dr. Klara and Dr Raj, with the competent and caring dental assistants and with the welcoming and efficient front desk staff. All in all it’s always been a pleasant experience and I have felt well taken care of.
It’s also very important to me that both dentists are familiar with biological dentistry

I have been going to Access Dental for over 9 years. Dr. Klara Burlacu, is so professional and caring. She is patient with me as I have a terrible fear of needles going in my mouth, and I really appreciate the fact she is my dentist!

We have been going to access dental for 11 years with a small hiatus to another clinic, only because access did not have longer hours. We LOVED Dr. Klara, she made the dental experience so pleasurable. We went back to Access once they had more accomadting hours. Dr. Raj filled big shoes and is KIND! PATIENT! And SO caring! We are very happy to be with access.

There has been a turn around of new front end staff the last couple years, Cindy, Donna and Sherry are SOOOO very missed, they were always kind and made booking and billing a breeze.
