Absolute fantastic service and the staff were extremely grateful and accommodating. My family and I did various trips around British Columbia and had my children with me and Dean one of the members of staff was very helpful supplying booster seats and making the trip a huge success and very easy. The whole process was super stress-free! They were very accommodating! I booked the car for 5 days and but then needed to cancel it down to one day. The pick up and drop off process was quick and efficient and the car was such a smooth ride. Overall a great experience and will use again!

They are currently constantly picking up the phone and immediately hanging up. Apparently horrible customer service, whoever is working on Sept 20,2021 is flailing. Just trying to rent a car to see family on the island. Don't rent with Access.

Allan at Access Rent a Car was a great help in coordinating our rental—I was in the middle of dealing with nightmare car rental companies and was worried we'd have to change or cancel our trip. Allan responded to all my messages quickly and our Nissan Versa was clean, peppy, and turned out to be an essential part of our trip. Would strongly recommend Access Rent a Car!
