Dr. Alex and his staff are fantastic. They are kind and understanding of those of us who are nervous about going to the dentist. Dr. Alex’s work is impeccable and it’s very clear that he acts in the best interests of his patients.

Simply Amazing! Came here for my first ever root canal in my life @ age 46. And everyone was so nice and professional and Dr. Alex is super skilled. I've also worked @ UBC Dentistry and he was highly recommended from my coworkers there. I was in so much pain, waking up at night, sensitivity, etc for about 2 weeks and now? Nothing.no pain, no sensitivity and life is good! Haha thanks Dr. Alex and the wonderful staff there, i will no question be back again for my Crown, Cheers going into 2024 all!)

My whole family see Dr. Alex. He is very knowledgeable and skillful with his work. Especially please with his patience and care with younger children. He will suggest what is necessary and deliver best service appropriate to the patients' needs. Besides, I am very happy with the result of the whitening work for my front tooth. I can now smile with confident. His team is also amazing, always friendly and professional. Provides well explanation of every charge with kind reminders and more. We are so thankful to have Dr. Alex and team take care of our family's oral health.

I highly recommend Accord Dental. Dr Alex is a very kind and non-judgemental dentist who focussed on what's best moving forward rather than what has already passed. They were very helpful in navigating my insurance coverage and coming up with a treatment plan that fits in my schedule and coverage. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, and the clinic is nice, quiet, and private. Highly recommend.

Dr. Alex is the best there is. I have been to other dentists and he is far and above the best. Today he repaired a cosmetically important front tooth that broke in an accident. I was stunned by the level of perfection - the tooth looks exactly the way it did before it broke and is functionally excellent. His entire hospital staff are super. I had to bring my 8 year old to the appointment. Kelly was so awesome with him. Accord Dental is excellent. If you want to get it right the first time, I would recommend coming here.

I have been going to court dental for a couple years now and the service is fantastic. Dr. Alex is a true professional as his résumé will tell you, Kelly the receptionist is always fun to talk to and a pleasure too. He and his staff ensure fair treatment and no bells or whistles. Proper communication and compassion through and through. Dr. Alex is very good at what he does. He is professional, careful and thorough. He will tell you straight up what you need and make his best recommendations and walk you through the process. Accord Dental (Dr. Alex) found a way to fit me in last minute when we had an emergency with my 3 year old. I thought to call them immediately, and they were full for the day. However, while in the huge wait line at BC Children’s hospital, they got back to me and said we could go in. Presumably Dr. Alex gave up his lunch hour to be of service! He was great with my little one on the day-of and for check ups after. You can tell he knows his stuff! I’m also aware of him being a big supporter of a local charity that does amazing things. We’ll be back!
