What is the point of only posting suites that have been leased? I don't care to look at suites that aren't available.

Upon deciding to seek the support of a property management company as a new landlord, I conducted some on-line research and reached out to ACD Realty Corporation to inquire about possible assistance. Al returned my call immediately and arranged to meet with me shortly thereafter in accordance with the prevailing Covid-19 protocols. He examined the premises both internally and externally, sought relevant information on my plans & objectives as a landlord, and provided follow-on practical advice and suggestions for readying the house for rental. With his extensive industry knowledge, Al was also able to help me establish realistic expectations associated with all aspects of the leasing process, from advertising to tenant screening to lease agreement (i.e. Residential Tenancy Agreement) contents etc. He was very responsive to any questions I posed (which were numerous) as a first time landlord and kept me promptly updated throughout the leasing process via e-mails or tel calls. My overall impression of Al and his team is that they are very experienced and service-oriented firm, which I found important to rely on going through the various rental steps for the first time.

I rented a place from ACD over year and half ago. No matter what I need, these guys are always on top. Quick to reply and they always make sure all is ok and proactively propose to do more if needed. Highly recommend for great peace of mind.

I’m remiss in not providing a review sooner as I’ve been very happily renting an apartment managed by ACD since August, 2017. Al and Michelle’s consistently high level of dependable, courteous and professional service - without exception – often makes me feel like they represent me instead of the apartment owner. In my case, it was Michelle who showed me the apartment so my first impression of ACD was formed solely by meeting her. Michelle could not have been more kind, professional or accommodating (such as when I asked to see the apartment a second time during a long weekend in the summer). Additionally, she knew the apartment in-depth so all my questions were easily answered. Later on, I began dealing mostly with Al and he’s been exceptional to deal with in every way possible, every single time. It’s also worthy of note that the building management company (as well as the strata council and concierge desk) employed by the apartment building I live in holds ACD in very high regard. I’m completely satisfied with my current accommodation. Yet, whenever it may be that I have to look for another apartment, my search will commence without hesitation by seeking ACD’s assistance. Al and Michelle, I appreciate the exceptional quality of service you provide.

Al has been managing our properties for over 20 years and he has always been reliable, professional and goes above and beyond for his clients. Prior to meeting and dealing with Al, we had problems with the tenants that our previous property manager found and there was constant changeover and damage. The tenants that Al have put in our rental homes have been very long term and he handles any issues with wisdom and experience.
