Great Service, Great Hairstylist, Great People and they can manage which hairstyles would you like and they give some recommendations to you as well.

They take care of you after the haircut by giving, hair wash, hair dry, and then they asked if you want some products to put on your hair to style it right after your haircut.

I highly recommend this place.

Wouldn't reccomend, tried to get a fade and a shave and will have to get another haircut in a few days to redo whatever sam did at the shop.waste of time and wayy too expensive. Not impressed.

I was personally not happy with my haircut. I felt the barber was inexperienced (although kind and friendly). I get that the barber might have been in training (it really felt like the barber was new to the craft), but they must have notified me beforehand. Anyways, given the positive reviews here, I guess this is likely to be a one-off experience.

Visiting Van for a few days and wanted a haircut. I’m a barber myself and enjoy going to different shops and it’s tough to get a cut even when you work in a busy shop so I checked out the closest shop with a good rating that had space for me.

Karen was my barber and she did a great job even though she’s only been doing it for a few months, I was impressed! I certainly wasn’t doing cuts this good when I was at the 4 month mark

This week was my first visit at Ace High Barber and I can safely say it will now be my regular Barber. The experience was comfortable, welcoming and my Barber, Karen L, made it a real pleasure.
Admittedly, I came in with no idea what style I was looking for, and I am sure my 4 month long fluffy hair must have been daunting, but I left with the best haircut I have had in 10 years.
5 star for quality, price and an awesome experience.

I arrived early, and Tyler was so welcoming and introduced me to Julian. I've been to many Barbers, and it's always a little weird getting a hair cut from someone you don't know, in a Barbers that you've never used before. However, I have to tell you, Julian not only made me welcome like Tyler did, he gave me one of the best cuts I've EVER had, No joke. He was cool to chat with and seemed to know exactly the cut-vibe I wanted. Because of Julian, Ace High Barber Shop can add me to be a new happy returning customer! Seriously, don't bother going to any other Barbers in Vancouver.

Don’t let the silly manly name fool you: this is a top-notch modern barbershop with talented staff. Go see Vicky; the best haircut you’ll ever get from a fascinating expat barber. The decor is a bit dude-basic, but it’s busy and fun, and they employ women, which is great. Oh, and the prices are reasonable.

If you're sick of fades and barbers whos only tool is clippers, this is your place. Gary is a great barber who gives me a great classic cut with just enough modern styling to make me look and feel young at heart, not immature.

Gary blessed me with an amazing cut and is one of the most attentive barbers I've ever had - he took his time and had high attention to detail. He also was great to talk to about handling Asian hair.

Really like this barbershop specially being served by Dexter! He's the best and listens to what the client wants and has a good eye for detail. He's also very chill and professional.
I've moved away from Vancouver but if I'd still live there I'd go see him anytime.

The other barbers are also very nice and good at what they do, but somehow Dexter is my favorite!

Went to Ace barber shop today, walked in booked an appointment easily, came in a little nervous as I have longer hair and am supper nervous about it and asked for a Bradley cooper hairstyle, went to yago and treated perfectly asking exactly how short before he did anything major, walked away with honesty the happiest cut I’ve had. Definitely will be back.

Vicky has been doing my boyfriends hair for years. She always does an amazing job and we come all the way from White Rock for her expertise. Highly recommend getting a cut from Vicky! He brings in a picture and she always is able to achieve the results.

I would personally never return to this place. This was the most disastrous haircut I have ever received in my entire life, and I’ve had to deal with the repercussions of it for weeks after receiving it. Yago is a super friendly & nice guy, though. Loved chatting with him, but this is not the career for him. Definitely not his talent.

Came in, told the girl I wanted the same cut I had but shorter. She proceeded to give me a generic cut that destroyed my hair style. Ignored me when I said to not cut the part on my hair above my forehead. Also charged me a dollar for a ten cent mask. Classie.

I have been having my hair cut by Vicky at Ace High Barbershop on Davie Street for over a year and I have been continually impressed by her craft and attention to detail. She always asks questions to gauge how I want my hair cut, is extremely friendly, and I always walk out feeling like a million dollars. Highly recommend

Worst haircut in my life, very bad experience.

Took an appointment when I arrived on site i’ve been assigned to a random guy which is ok for me since its my first time there. Explained to the guy that i wanted a skin fade on the side and short hair on top. The final results are shocking, the right line is lower than the left line.long story short it looks like an amateur barber played on my head, when i asked him to fix the lines then he said if i have time i will do it. Along with the owner saying that im an annoying customer and i slould have came. I will never comeback there again. Paid 30$ to end up with my hair all mixed up. If you have an emportant meeting to a weeding or something important, going there may ruine your life. If you have more questions or doubts please comment and i will answer. Have an awsome day ️

Booked in and had a great experience with Yago. For a first time visit it was great, as I’m very particular about my hair. He asked a lot questions as to how I like it done, and even provided a new way to style it - which looked great. Very nice guy - Very professional - highly recommend!

Great haircuts. My only complaint is that I usually make an appointment at 10: 00 when they open, but the person opening the shop doesn't show up until 10: 00.then I have to wait 10 minutes for him to set up the store. Every business I've worked for I've had to be there at least 30 minutes before so that I am ready for the customers when we open.this is just basic customer service. If it wasn't for this I would give them 5 stars.

Easily made an online appointment which subsequently came and went. I was seen about twenty minutes after my scheduled time.

I went to the shop after reading the reviews as I am new to Vancouver, I saw Ana who was only available at that moment. I was pretty nervous as I never had a haircut from a lady coz we usually don't have a lady barber back in India. So I decided to go on and give it a try. I showed her a picture for reference, She kept telling me the steps she would take on my type of hair, which gave me some confidence, now I knew my hair was in good hands. I think she saw the pic only once and she followed exactly how I was expecting, that shows she pays meticulous detail and close attention to it.she’s super friendly, takes her time and a true professional.she is blessed with amazing skills.

I used to see Rodni a lot, gives amazing haircuts and is the best there in my opinion. Unfortunately, I recently had a weird experience where this new white girl stylist with blond hair and an accent was being very odd the whole time I was getting my haircut. She was pacing back and forth, sat down across from me and started to blow dry her hair and then the side of her face for around 5-10 minutes. Not sure why she did this because her hair was already dry. Maybe she wanted to feel cold or hot air on her face? Her conversations were also very shady and negative the whole time I was having a haircut. She went close to Rodni while he was trying to concentrate on my hair and gave him a glare down. Not sure why she was acting in such a manic way, but when you're the only customer in the shop and other hair stylists act this way, some people might think your being rude to them. She got so bad that I started to have a panic attack just being there, but being the nice guy that I am I avoided confrontation. That girl needs to get some help asap. Oh and she also said "weird" and Rodni even addressed that. She yelled at her staff member aswell because he didn't get her any lunch or something? When I left with my girlfriend the crazy blond walked up to Rodni when I paid and Rodni replied and said, "I know right, coocoo". I know they might have not of been talking about me, but seriously guys? Never going back here again.

Always walk away with a fresh and fantastic cut! Pretty much can't go wrong with any of the staff, they're all super friendly and good at what they do.
