Purchased an Enthuze tonneau cover for a Chevy Colorado. They were extremely helpful in both selecting the make and model and setting up an easy pick up. Quick delivery and simple installation. They’re the best!

I ordered running boards for my 2021 Chevy Silverado, I was told to pay in advance. Then when my running boards arrived I was charged additional $50 shipping charge. I can understand stand the shipping charge, but it should be at least told to the customer in advanced, like, why wouldn't I just pay all at once. Plus if the Langley location is part of action truck accessories why am I paying shipping? Probably just go to capit next time. At least they'll probably tell me about the shipping fee in advanced.
Update: Ok, so apparently there was a error made and they refunded my freight change and gave me $50 coupon towards purchase in store.

I first went there to check price for an airlift for a CRV. I was told by the sales lady that it will cost me “$600” for an airlift. This discouraged me at first as this was too much money for what I needed. Not convinced, I did my own research and found out that it was only $170+ for the airlift so I went and ordered it my self online and had it delivered to this store.

I came to have it installed here, since the install was difficult without a lift. Otherwise I would have done it myself.

The install was so bad, all the tubing was ziptied to innapropriate spots. I have thoroughly gone through the installation manual as I originally wanted to install it my slef. The installer did not follow the manufacturer’s diagram on how to tidy up the plumbing in the under carriage. Part of the rubber tubing was about an inch to the exhaust too. A bracket was made to hold the schradder valves and again zip tied
to the tow hitch. This was useless as it was flimsy and would move everytime you attempt to use the nozzle to add air.

I ended up fixing the plumbing per installation manual my self. Otherwise it would rip on anything as they were just dangling. Somebody needs to hide the zipties from this installer. So disappointed that they charge $105 per hour for such a bad job.

The same sales lady also insisted that a bracket was supposed to come in the kit was missing and made it sound like I misplaced it since I opened the packaging. There was never a bracket included in that kit. She clearly has no idea what she was talking about from the very start. You can check airlift 1000 model # AIL60834 and see that there was never a bracket in the kit.

I called about a product, I was told they have it in stock, I drove out from white rock to find out they don’t have it, very disappointed with losing 3 hours out of my day and wasting gas

I stopped in today after work because I had a blown headlight and overall wasn’t happy with the brightness. The salesman at the counter came right out looked at my car, showed me what was needed and installed them for me at no extra charge! I honestly haven’t seen customer service that top notch in ages. Highly recommend them!

The Prices are very reasonable, good selection, unfortunately shipping and receiving could use a change up, I called for pickup of an item and was told Monday to Friday only? Would think Tuesday to Saturday work better? Not everyone can get to Langley m-f besides that action is ok, and I will still shop here before I'd ever step foot into Lordco Will just need someone to pick up my products. And that ok.

Surrey location. Very pleased with the service beginning with the online options to the in-store staff. Approachable staff willing to take your questions and answer them for you. If they are not sure they will verify and make sure they give you the proper info. A big thanks to Mike and the staff there for going out of their way and gaining a repeat customer.

The staff are very friendly & helpful. They went above & beyond to get me the part I needed for my truck. If they for some reason can't get the part they will recommend someplace that can. I can't complain about the price either.

I went to the port Kells British Columbia location and Taylor the representative that helped me when over and beyond and got exactly what I was looking for. I would definitely go back again and I will be recommending is the recommending this store
