ACTION ROOFING IS A 5 STAR COMPANY. THE ROOFERS WERE EFFICIENT, FRIENDLY, AND COURTEOUS. THEY CLEANED THE YARD THOROUGHLY AT THE END OF EVERY DAY, PROVIDED ANSWERS TO MY QUIERIES, AND ENSURED SAFETY WITH THE USE OF CONES AND TAPE IN AREAS THEY WERE WORKING. A SUPERVISOR WAS AROUND OFTEN, ASKING IF EVERYTHING WAS FINE. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKS GREAT. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE NEEDING ROOF WORK.

From start to finish, I was VERY IMPRESSED with Action Roofing. We didn't just get a roof. We got EDUCATED throughout the process. The other company that quoted on a roof did not have this approach at all. This was something I wasn't expecting. David Turcotte was the person in charge of a file, and I highly recommend asking for him to take care of your file. He's a young, handsome, compassionate man who didn't try to sell me on his roofing company but took the time to educate us to make sure we made the right decision. Take note also everybody from the office to the installers were very polite, compassionate and respectful about our project.

Last week during a rainstorm I noticed water dripping on the floor. After a quick inspection inside the creepy attic, I discovered the skylight was leaking. In a panic I called Action Roofing Ltd and to my relief David Turcotte showed up within the hour, with tarp in hand, to stop the leak. This gave me time to contemplate my options. I decided to have a new roof and skylights installed, and of course I choose Action Roofing. We hired this company a few years ago to put a new roof on our barn. We were impressed with every action from start to finish, so it was a no brainer to hire them again for the house. I was happy to see the same employees return to do the job. That tells me this is a great company to work for, and happy employees do great work!

Action Roofing Ltd from Mission gets 10 out of 10 for amazing professional, responsive, quality customer service. David and his team of workers were called out to fix a roof leak in our home. I made my decision based on a neighbour's reference to call David at Action Roofing Ltd, and had a call back within 15 mins. David and Jordan were on scene ASAP to inspect and install a fix due to the heavy rainfall. David did the best job to fully explain with documented pictures the extent of the damage on my 20 year old roof. The new roof was installed in four days and it looks amazing. The roofers Derrick and Jordan we real pro's and kept the worksite super clean and organized every day. My wife and I highly recommend the entire team at Action Roofing, these people are the best in the business for cost and quality of product they provide. Thanks again David, Derrick and Jordan.
