My husband and I are expecting our first baby, so we went in for an infant car seat over the weekend and came out with so much more; Julie and the team were amazing to deal with!

Our experiences at the Active Baby store were consistently pleasant. The staff was always helpful during our multiple visits, making it a great place to find and purchase items.

The ladies at this store are great and so helpful! I recently went to their warehouse sale and they were so organized, only letting a certain amount of people in so the store wasn’t too packed. I love shopping here for all my baby needs!

We went in to the Langley location today (on a busy warehouse sale day) to look at some strollers and car seats. Joann took the time to show us how the strollers go together. What things to look for in different brands and tried the floor model in our car to make sure it would work and fit properly. Awesome customer service! Looking forward to using our new items with our newest family member when she arrives:)

Staff are wonderful, and helped me with my sensory sensitive little one patiently, and went above and beyond to help me find a solution.

Also the fact that they have a bathroom available for customers is a huge plus- considering toddlers haven't got the ability to wait

The owner was very helpful even while it was busy and she was the only one there, she helped us figure out a car seat that worked in our vehicle.
Came back a couple days later once we decided and there was a slight miscommunication on product at the store and what had to come in from a warehouse as we are from out of town, postive experience as they were still able to get it to us and not charge us.

They knew the car seats which was so helpful.

I will not be supporting this place again until they figure out their gift card policy. They told my MIL that their gift cards were valid in store and online, but when I went in store they told me it was only valid online (which was frustrating because I had issues ordering online).

Beautiful store! The staff are lovely and they sell so many local brands. The owners are very generous and really care about the community too:)

I love Active Baby they are so helpful when it comes to anything! During the pandemic when all the stores were closed they were so good at communicating with me back and forth which stroller to use. I ended up with the Vista and love it, now I am expecting twins and they are so helpful with any questions I have! Love they carry all local brands!

The staff is so knowledgeable and so sweet! We bought our bugaboo donkey stroller here and they were so helpful and got it delivered right to our door step! Highly recommend

When I lived in Surrey, this was my go to place to shop for local apparel. I don't mind paying a bit extra for good quality nothing for my children and I love supporting local brands and Active Baby has all the brands I love. The staff are super knowledgeable and I love this store.

Active Baby is by far my favorite store for all things baby! The staff have been so helpful - at both locations! They educate you on the right products for your lifestyle and needs rather than pressure you into purchasing things you may not need right away. As a first time mom I have really appreciated this! Love this store! It has everything you want and the cutest stuff you can’t find in other stores. The staff is always so friendly. I purchased a snack and drink tray for my stroller and the staff installed it for me right then. They have always put things on hold for me and calls me when stock comes in. Absolutely love Active Baby! Their store is always current, the staff is lovely and they having this amazing points system. Every purchase you make, a percentage is turned into points which is turned into money so your’e always able to get some $$ of of your next purchase!

I have yet to be to a store but I am in love with everything you guys sell/post in social media! When I make it to the West Coast I will definitely be stopping in. If you were to come to the East Coast I would be a frequent shopper!

Ordered my car seat from here and the owner hand delivered it to my house because they said it would be there by Tuesday and they couldn’t get a shipping company to bring it that quick. Always amazing customer service and products!

I just wanted to thank Active Baby for such great customer service. We had placed an order back in May for a double stroller in need of it for a family vacation and dealt with Sydney - she went above and beyond to ensure it arrived before our departure date. We are located on PEI and because of her efforts it did make it in time. We had an amazing trip and the stroller (Valco Snap Duo Trend) was the best investment we’ve made. We are now a family of 6.5 (including our yellow lab) and I foresee this stroller being used a lot in the future:). Thank you again to Active Baby and specifically Sydney!
