They charged me for 1hr treatment, and gave me 30 minutes only. Lame. Considering how expensive they are, that i wasn't late, and that i go often, they should provide the full hour. I spoke to the receptionist before paying, and the receptionist said they charge by the hour, regardless of the time serviced. No idea why they finished so quickly with me and took the needles out. I only realized the time when I went to pay.

I saw Ryan for my fertility journey and Acubalance worked with me through my IVF cycle. I attribute our first time IVF success to Acubalance, good diet and a lot of mental work. So grateful that you helped us build our family

Dr. Kali Malsaac was absolutely amazing. The first doctor who actually understood all aspects of my issue layer by layer and how they were linked.
