I received an IRP Dec 3rd and contacted Acumen Law the next day. Dec 28th my IRP was revoked! Initially, I spoke with Paul Doroshenko and he gave me a free consultation and thoroughly explained my situation along with the associated fees (which were very reasonable). Kyla Lee represented me, and we communicated via email correspondence most of time and she answered any questions I had very quickly and thoroughly. Look over other successful IRP case results (they’re on Kyle Lee’s website) so you can give Kyle Lee the best possible defence. To summarize, I am very happy I went with Acumen Law and if you’re fighting an IRP you’ll be happy too if you choose Acumen Law to represent you.

Not worth it in my opinion, the person who represented me was clearly overloaded and had clearly not even read my case. I was called one day suddenly at work to attend court even though I was previously told I would be contacted by a representative a day or 2 before the hearing to discuss if I was needed in attendance. I was not. So I left work and arrived at the courthouse to meet my lawyer fumbling through stacks of paper to find my information. Once in the trial my lawyer brought up arguments about equipment that was not relevant to my case. All in all they just seemed unprepared and disorganized. They were very pleasant to deal with and that's why it's not 1 star.

I had an IRP and I was worried what to do next, it was a Sunday morning when I called kyla. I am so glad that even on weekend, Kyla talked to me and told me the whole process to do next. I loved the fact that they are straight forward. Guess what? Within couple weeks my IRP was completely revoked!

This company was excellent to work with- The whole experience was seamless and they converted my ticket from a points ticket on my record to a registered owner ticket off my record- after delaying it for over a year-Highly recommend them if you need help with any traffic violation. Ana was awesome.

Awful service. Never even got a discussion with the lawyer, Kyla, who will toss you off to her multiple assistants who fumble words and affidavits and do not handle matters in a professional way at all. Spend the extra $1000 to get a better lawyer that will actually call and discuss the case in a proper way. None of this service was followed through as expected and the results showed with a failed dispute.

Please do not support this terrible firm. They don’t care about you in any way. They just are looking at your wallet, taking advantage of people in a desperate place.

Guys save your money.sigh. Before presenting my case they didn’t even bother checking my name was spelled right let alone them actually worked on my case. Felt like I could’ve save 2000. Super disappointed in the outcome and effort.

I want to thank Paul Doroshenko and Kyla Lee at Acumen Law for successfully appealing my immediate roadside prohibition. I was issued a 90 day IRP after registering a fail on the approved screening device. Kyla reviewed the police report and recommended that we proceed with an appeal. I'm grateful that my driving privileges have been reinstated and that I've been reimbursed for the impound fees.

I got referred to Kyla by my friend, and I must say it was the best decision made. Received an IRP with a 30 day impoundment. Within 3 weeks (Oct 3-21), it was revoked and I was able to get my license with no fee incurred including the impoundment. Kyla was very quick and direct. She even responded back to me on her day off to assure that they were on top of it. It was stressful 3 weeks and I didn’t expect it to resolve this quick.
