I came by on tuesday to get a custom flower vase, and I have never been so pleased with such service before. It was the 2nd year anniversary of my friend’s passing, and I came into the store not knowing what I wanted and I was being so indecisive. I was helped by both Mariana and Amy, who not only were so patient with me, but helped me decide on a beautiful flower theme. The results were incredible. They wrapped my vase carefully with plastic to protect it from the rain, and showed every bit of kindness and professionalism. Thank you again to both of you for being so lovely. I will definitely be back

Orders were placed online easily, delivery was as promised and the fresh flowers were beautifully arranged. I won’t order from anywhere else! We ordered flowers for my mother in-laws funeral. There was a particular flower that she did not like and we let them know, when a close friend ordered flowers they had asked to use those particular flowers, the shop called us and asked if it was ok.

I ordered a bouquet of flowers with some idea of what l wanted. The people at Adele had really used their creativity and even consulted with your needs. Determined what your budget is and when l went to pick up my arrangement, they exceeded my expectations. The ladies were very appreciative of my business and were very friendly. I bought a terrarium online from Adele-Rae and it was so quick and easy to pick up. They even packaged it nicely so I could give it as a gift.

Ordered the "Simply Irresistible" bouquet for my mum's birthday based on the picture on the website (online order) and the bouquet I picked up looked almost exactly like the photograph (I say almost because they try to use what is in season). The bouquet was beautiful, arranged with a beautiful combination of colours, and wrapped with great care and attention. I was greeted very warmly when I entered the floral shop. Would purchase from them again as my mum, who is very picky about her floral arrangements/bouquets, was very very pleased. It's been over a week sitting in a vase and the flowers still look beautiful.

I ordered from Adele Rae Florist to send my boyfriend's parents flowers after his grandmother passed away. We're in Ontario during COVID and are unable to be there. They were super kind, even calling us to make sure that the address was correct since they live in a newer development, and made sure to deliver the flowers while they were home. They turned out beautiful and I would definitely order from them again!

I had ordered flowers to be delivered to my partner's family, as they were grieving the loss of a relative. The flowers were scheduled to be delivered on Friday, March 12th. When I spoke to my partner on Saturday, he and his entire family said they had not received any flowers. I asked them to double check but there were no flowers anywhere (front porch, driveway, around the house, etc.). I contacted the shop on Sunday about this to ask what had happened. The shop owner said the driver insisted they delivered the flowers and then sent a photo of all their customers' addresses, phone numbers, and names to me as "proof, " which is a HUGE violation of their customers' privacy. He said he would reach out to the driver to ask what happened. The delivery driver proceeded to call my partner, who was at a funeral home at the time, and angrily harass him about this situation, asking how he couldn't remember the delivery and gaslighting him about the entire situation. She then called me and said "How can he not remember, was he on drugs? " and laughed, which was incredibly insulting and unprofessional. Today (Monday, March 15th), the flowers were dropped off while they were home (but didn't knock or call, just left right away), with the envelope dated as March 12th. So it appears that the flowers never got dropped off in the first place and the driver still harassed and gaslighted my grieving partner and his family, trying to blame them for "not remembering" when the flowers had not been delivered at all on Friday, March 12th.

I am incredibly disappointed and upset. My partner did not deserve to be harassed and gaslighted because the delivery driver made a mistake. While the flowers themselves were beautiful, the employees here behaved unprofessionally, first by sharing confidential information (names, phone numbers, addresses) with a random customer and then by harassing a grieving family and claiming they were "on drugs" for not remembering a delivery (even though it seems like it never happened in the first place).

Despite the many positive reviews for this shop, I would suggest avoiding unless you want to risk your personal contact info getting out to other customers or getting harassed by their delivery driver when they make a mistake.

Update: I spoke with the shop owner who apologized for how the situation was handled and refunded the full amount upon request. I appreciate accept their apology. I will keep this review up, however, as this was a stressful situation that future customers should be aware of when deciding to use their services or not.

I absolutely cannot speak highly enough about this business. Polite, professional, I changed my mind on an order and felt super bad about messing them around - they were so good with me and amazing. AND THE PRODUCT - the flowers that arrived were perfect - a unique hand crafted ensemble that gave both a classic feel of the occasion but also an artistic quality that was incredibly appreciated. Delivery was on time and the WOW factor was 100% there with what they sent to us - I can only say thank you so much - I hope I get the opportunity to use your service again.

I ordered flowers for my daughter and they called her in advance to ensure that she was home and delivered them promptly. The flowers were beautiful, just as they were pictured. I’m very happy with the service and I’ll be using Adele-Rae again.

Speedy next day delivery AND they were incredibly friendly and quick to help when I realized the original delivery place of a friends work, was going to have her absent all weekend long. So they helped me right away and managed to deliver to another address on the same day! I was very thankful! My friend was happy for her lovely little birthday plant! Couldn’t thank them enough! Although I had requested lavender and it is out of season, I was touched that you added some highlights which gave the arrangement a feel of having lavender spikes in it. I will definitely order all of my daughter’s flowers from your store in the future.

The flowers were beautiful but to book an appointment took a very long time because of Covid-19. So I recommend them but be ready to wait for a while
