adidas Outlet Store - Tsawwassen Mills

We parked at one end, after 3 hours of shopping, still had not made it all the way around and back to where we began. That's not only unusual for me to not see an entire mall, but to have to leave before I did so as I was shopped out.this place is gigantic! And then it keeps going. We didn't even make it to the Bass Pro Shop.

The place was very nice and the shoes I got were very nice and comfortable but the proces were a little high

I Came to the store at 6: 30 still got 30 minutes to shop. They didn’t let us in, why they are open till 7 if they won’t let the customers in. Ridiculous!

***Warning ***Be careful when you buying from this store they sale used and defected stuff and will show you as sale and when you need to exchange or return they refused to do so! Staff is so rude they don't care about consumer.

Five ten's are on sale with additional 30% to 50% off. I got 6 pairs and I am so happy with my purchase.

Limitted but nice collection of Adidas sprorts cloths. The prices were on limitted sale.
All in all in comparison with other brands sale shop in tswwassen mall, it was more limitted to offer you buying outstanding sales goods.

False promotion additional 40% off lowered ticketed items. But I grab my legging to the same spot with the signage and the guy named Francis said he can’t do any additional 40% off. Left the store disappointed. Will never shop here again.

I went to this store on the weekend. I travelled from Langley but it was worth the drive. They had much more in stock than the outlet in Langley. Very helpful staff as well!

Had sizes most other stores didn't with decent styles to match those sizes excellent customer service and polite staff

Me and my son Affan went to the Adidas store at Tsawwassen Mills today just to browse. Much to our surprise the prices were really great with amazing discounts. More than for the prices, I was impressed by the customer service of Santiago who went above and beyond in making suggestions, showing us different options and sizes etc. He was very focused and patient, yet friendly while attending us. Thanks to him, we eventually ended up buying 2 pairs of soccer cleats, shin guards, backpack and soccer socks. Alberto, the store manager was very nice, friendly, and had great customer service as well. I would strongly recommend to shop at this store as the prices are really great (same stuff is available at double price at Sportchek). On top of the prices, great customer service. Kudos to Alberto and his team! We will be back at this store soon!

I was in the store today. My wife was in another store that she Sima she came to me. I asked the guy at the entrance his name Alberto. To let her in. He was really rude and chose to explain the rules of Covid 19, in a rude and disrespectful way he just stood there and screamed. This thing made me leave the products and leave the store. I told him his service was unpleasant he just smiled contemptuously. I will not enter this store again.

I go to this Adidas location a lot. The people there are very nice, and very helpful. I went today and all the Sales Associates weren't on their A-game, but I understood that because it was really busy. There was a customer that left because his wife couldn't be let in, and at first I thought that the doorman was being rude. But then he talked about the pandemic and I understood why his wife wasn't let in. People need to realize that there is a virus, and that there a policies to follow. If you cannot comply with them, why fuss? Just listen to the rules. If you don't like the rules, then just leave. Simple as that.

I feel sorry for the doorman. My highest respect goes to Alberto. I'm sure there is a lot of pressure on the doorperson, having to greet moody customers and control the crowd. I'm sure it's tough. I love the service, and I love the products. I love this place, and the people are always so sweet!

Don't get upset at the workers just because you couldn't get what you wanted. They're doing their best to work hard during this hard time.

Great place to go for Adidas shoes, wouldn't go to any other outlets. Very friendly and they sanitize throughly with strict enforcement on how many people are in the store.

I love Adidas, but this store is so small especially considering its at Tsawwassen. Not a lot of selection which was disappointing

Like most Outlets, a 5 star would be an over rating due to the fact that cannot offer all their products. But that being said, they do offer many great items at a good cost. Nice and clean, and they have the covid-19 restitutions well under control.
