So disgusting that adidas online store sent me a used shoes and I only opened shoes today because Vancouver is raining. And it is disgusting! Is Adidas now a second hand shoes store? The reason l haven’t wore this shoes is because I’m a sneakerhead and collect shoes. I never wore this shoes once and look at this! It is either they used return shoes to cheat customers or their staff wore it! Yes. This is my words against theirs, but sue me if adidas thinks I’m lying. It is crazy and disgusting!
The worst shopping experience at the Richmond outlet branch. Customer service did not care at all to the customer.being very road They told us that you can change the shoes, but when we asked to change them, they refused.

Complicated, I bought a product. Then the quality control happens and affects your ankle (yes! My anckle hurts just with a couple of times using the shoes! Ridiculous. You go to the store to make the claim. And the Asst Store manager “Sal”, easy, we don’t deal with that. You need to “call” guess what the minutes passes, the app does not load on the customer services link. So nightmare starts… After waiting for more than 45 min on the line, the representative, tells me that only way to proceed with a refund is due to quality deffect on the product, not for comfort. Interesting that you acquire a pair of sneaker, precisely for the comfy feaure, yet they harm you and Adidas does not care. I just wasted $134 (taxes included)
The east Indian worker with the gold chain should really learn to stop talking about how he parties and learn to help customers and actually move out of the way. Customers should not have to avoid you from having a chat with your coworkers in the middle of a busy isle.
I recently visited this store and was welcomed by 2 employees named Lisa and Jessica. They were 2 of the nicest employees I've ever met and helped me find everything that I needed. Absolutely amazing customer service!

The variety of products is really limited thus having appropriate shopping is depend on your chance. Staff are friendly and try to help you, thanks to them.
Worst place to shop, I had my birthday voucher to use but people working there didn’t accepted that, in fact blamed me that I already used it. I showed them my adidas’s account to prove myself right. Its not this time whenever I go doesn’t know the reason but some of the staff (only on cashier check stand) seems to work with full attitude not like others stores where staff is so polite and ready to help.
Worst store Manager (Mr. Swadeep) I ever talked.no respect for customer time.went to return one T shirt due to lint in one wash.he refused to take it.so I returned other two I bought. Never go back to that store.but keep liking Adidas
Why anyone would want to stand in that long of a lineup to get in and pay average price for anything is beyond me. Guess it's one of those 'look at me! I'm in a line! ' type scenarios.
Of the 5+ times that I've checked this Adidas out, I have not found anything to buy. I'm admittedly a bit of a shopaholic.there's not a lot of shoe stock, and the clothes are lots of the same. Also, the sales are very disappointing
Extremely poor customer service. Staff is not helpful neither on the sales floor or behind the cash area. Waited 15 min to pay, I was the first one in line. 1 employee on the phone and 1 proceed to do refund for someone that arrived long after me. Love Adidas but the attitude in this store is not it.
The manager was really rude. I was looking for a legging and the only one left was on the display I asked if they can take it off the display so I can buy it he said they are busy and he won't do that. I also wanted to buy a shirt and asked if I can try it on. He said fitting room are closed due to Covid however, I can buy it and go to washroom and try it on and if it didn't fit I can return it. I'm shocked. How is this more Covid friendly?
Good prices, staff are helpful and their are many of them. My minor critic is they are not very apparent they are employees, maybe a name tag would help?
Terrible customer experience. Asian lady - supervisor (don’t like to describe people by their race, but she refused to give her name) was extremely rude. Returned just one T-shirt out of many items bought by my wife and I within a week. The store doesn’t let you try out because of Covid which is fine. She refused to accept the return saying the tag was provided separately and not attached. I showed her the receipt but that didn’t matter. On top of that she lacked basic courtesy and was super rude. Never shopping at the store again. Left T-shirt at the door. Adidas can keep it as it won’t fit me.
