Adora Nails Salon & Spa (Cloverdale)

Been there twice. First time, the nail polish started coming off on day three. This time, I tried a different one just in case. I got a red stained big toe. Didn't even bother cleaning that up. Edge of the nail is not painted and big toes have very obvious different shapes. Not coming back ever again. Nice people. Just not good at pedicures and bad quality products.

Worst. My nail broke the other day. It’s not even 2 weeks I have got my nails fixed 3 times. Ridiculous

Pathetic service! I got shellac done for my hands and feet after they told me third time to reschedule my appointment. The lady helping me didn’t clean the powder thoroughly from my nails after grinding the and painted my nails. I have so many bumps on my nails and it’s not smooth at all. She bruised my finger while filing it and instead of saying sorry, she started laughing and said it’s a small cut. I had to ask for alcohol to rub on the cut. The owner didn’t care about the services at all. I will never go this place again

I’ve been going here for 3 years! They use to be amazing, never had issues with my nails breaking or falling off and if they did they would fix them for free. It would take no longer than 20 minutes.
I broke a nail (not my fault) less than a week after getting them done and when I went in and asked them to fix it because I was going away for the weekend they said no they were too busy. I tip them well, come in every 3 weeks and they can’t take 20 minutes to fix my nail.
Beyond annoyed I had to go somewhere else, colours not matching. I’m so disappointed, they have lost a loyal customer. I tried calling them before hand but their phones weren’t connecting.

When they trimmed my nails they cut my skin quite a bit and now my thumb hurts badly and is infected. Tools are not properly sanitized. This is one way to contract blood diseases. They are too busy looking around while working on your nails and make mistakes and chatting in their own language. I am never going to adora nails again. If someone really would like a pedicure then I suggest seeing a foot nurse.

Have been very happy overall with salon using past 4 months. One area they could improve would be scheduling they often run late around 30min past appt times.

Sam was wonderful! Super gentle with removing my acrylic nails being as careful as possible so not to damage my natural nail.

I believe the lady who did my nails is Anna. She did an exceptional job and was very friendly the whole time and listened to my needs.

I have been going here for quite a number of years, I have seen or one technician who is no longer there and now I am currently seeing Yen, her attention to detail, and her care is excellent. I would definitely not see anyone else, but all of the stuff that work there are great.

I would not come here, save your money and don’t waste your time. I’ve gotten my nails done many times and never came came across any of the nail techs calling my hands fat.there employee are unprofessional. She made all my nails uneven where I had to tell tech to fix them so many times. Yet she was talking trash in her language when I kept telling her to fix the nail. Will not be coming here again especially when this lady called my hand fat

Horrible service! I felt like they were talking about me the whole time in their language. They started my pedicure at 310p and finished at 3: 35p. The exfoliating was not done well barley 1 min. Everything was really rushed. I had to file my own nails because my nails were uneven. When I asked how much a massage the guy said “u should know how much it is u come here all the time”. I was mind blown. First of all no I come here maybe 2 times a year maybe 3. Secondly how can u expect someone to remember salon rates. They are always changing and I have so many other important things to remember that nail rates. So unsanitary in there the lady cleaned her nose with her hands then started a manicure with washing her hands or wearing gloves.

Bright and clean salon. Friendly staff who do a great job and a great selection big nail colors.

Just got my nail done today by Sam. The salon is clean and the team are amazing. Highly recommended

This place kept me waiting and I left after half an hour of waiting. I also called before I went in for my appointment and asked if they would see me on time so I wouldn't have to wait. I went here because it was recommended to me by a coworker. The smell of the nail chemicals is so bad it gave me a headache. I don't go to nail salons. I just wanted to treat myself and try one. I will never go back. The girls looked like they were running around trying to stay on top of the appointments they had. But why book appointments if you can't keep them.

I've been going here for 4 years now to get my nails done, Kaden is the best! Everyone here is so personal and remember who you are, make you feel comfortable and are just so talented! Kaden has been my go-to person for 3.5 years now and I couldn't be happier!

Hands down my favorite nail salon. Been coming here since they opened and have always had an amazing experience. We bring our mom here too and her feet are very sensitive, as are her nails, and they are so careful when doing her pedicure and always ask if she's okay. We come about once every 2 months and I won't go anywhere else! Amazing staff and amazing service!

Very disappointed with my experience here. Mani and pedi weren't well done. Fingernails weren't shaped evenly and were ragged. Had to file them myself when I got home. Didn't do any work on the calluses on my feet. I won't be back.

I had a really good experience with Kayden (may have spelt that wrong) My nails came out exactly how I wanted them. They took extra care on the nail art and the shaping. It’s weeks later now and they are still perfectly in tact. Amazing experience, thank you!

Got the shellac mani/pedi. Very good service. Very clean. They do the massage for both hands and feet. It was lovely. Only issue was that I was up charged for a design without being told. Still happy with the experience.

This place is such a great find! Very clean facilities, professional and friendly staff, and great value for services. Also, I appreciate the little nail care items they give after the appointment. Will definitely coming back here again.

What a great place! I have to say that I had a great experience at this nails Salon. The staff are so friendly, talented and professional. They always ask what is my opinion when my nails are done to make sure I am satisfied and comfortable. Specially, this place is very clean and hygienic

I am very happy with the service I received. They did an amazing job on my nails, correced mistakes made by another salon. The pedicure was great and the leg massage helped my tired pregnant body.

My acrylic overlay was gorgeous! They finish it off with a quick arm and hand massage, was so relaxing!

The disappointment is immaculate with this one.i’m a sad crooked claw. R*** you know who you are.that is all

I came here for a full set of Ombre nails last moment on a day when they were super busy and it was end of day. Kim helped me and I am a very particular person who likes things a certain way and know what I like. Kim was very confident and provided me with a set of nails I absolutely love; she also gave me a great arm massage at the end. Kim was so informative and patient and I am very grateful. My experience here was great and would highly recommend her!

Kayden does my nails - he is great! Very particular and careful my nails have never looked better! The hand massage after is so amazing. I'll always book with him.

Every time I’ve gone there for the same thing it’s always a different price. I called and asked how much shellac color change is on toes and they said $25. I go to pay and it’s $38.30? ! Never going back!
