This place was my go to, but my regular tech left. I ended up getting my nails done by someone else. I was getting an acrylic fill for $60 and they said they would not cut my cuticles. They said it would be an extra $10 to cut my cuticles. I would think you would include that service with an acrylic fill, as my regular tech did before leaving this location. They have lost my business after coming here for 2 years.

It had the worst experience ever…. A lady named angie was very rude to me and i felt very disrespected and disappointed.

I went today for pedicure but service was really bad.even my dead skin is on really disappointing service…

I would suggest you to look for some other place than this instead of giving massage It was just a normal hand rubbing felt as if she just wanted to pass the time left two nails uncut at the end for 15 mins was just left with wearing some heat pad socks and unattended
Never visiting this place again
Also while paying when I mentioned this the girl at the desk says your too strong lol funny way to cover up

Highly disappointed, pricey and worst experience so far I got normal polish on my nails. 2 days back I paid $70 dollars for my hands and feet
this is what I get after 1 day only.

Lady insisted me to get shellac but I was not interested I got the normal one and this cannot even stay for 1-2 days

I have been coming to Adora since they opened and had a good experience. I got the pleasure of having my nails done by Tina today and want to say her service was exceptional! She was kind, outgoing and easy to talk to! She took time to shape my nails, create a seamless ombré, and ensure all edges were bump free and smooth! I will definitely be going back to Tina! ️

Service is down hill. If you don’t pay extra for the specialized pedicures.they won’t take time on yours.

This is the best set of acrylic nails I've ever had! Helen did an amazing job. She's super attentive to detail and she was really accommodating considering I only had a couple hours before I had to leave for a separate appointment. She finished my set on time and it came out perfectly with no indications of it being rushed. The receptionists are friendly and there was a super cute dog in the salon that made the experience much more enjoyable. I will definitely be back!

Best nail salon in Surrey. If you make an appointment, you get in almost right away and don't have to wait. Most of the artists do a great job. There are a few newbies but you can easily just book with someone you prefer. It's a clean salon and usually a great experience.

Extremely unprofessional and rude staff. They charged me $10 more than the price mentioned on phone and said I have to pay other wise they will remove the nail paint.

HA did an amazing job on my feet. I was very happy with my pedicure.

However, another lady did my manicure and my manicure was lacking. There wasn't even any attention to my dry cuticles. Also, I picked a color that was more nude and because the salon is very dark in the evening I didn't notice until later but the lady used a completely different color than what I picked - way more pink based.she literally just used a whole different color.

But Pedicure was good. I felt $ 85 was too much to pay for a manicure pedicure based on the service.

Been going here for awhile, they always end up being my go to if I need my nails done last min. I have never been to the same person twice but always leave pretty happy with the results. I do find that time management is an issue for them. They want high turn over so they will take almost anyone. I also get pedicures and never have issues. Reason why I took a star is because even with an appointment you wait. I made an appointment for 11: 00am on a Sunday. I came early and they already had 5 people inside and I ended up having to wait after 11: 00.

My first and last time at this place, they are very rude and racist to all the South Asian community, they do not know how to give good customer service.
Worst place ever, They dont give enough time for color selection, keeps on putting pressure to do it quickly.last week, the pedicure girl she missed scrubbing my one feet.

Nearly 5-7 friends of mine are using this place, and we discussed but nobody is now going to have their service anymore.
Quality of service is decreasing every time we visit

I went in to get pedicure was seated in the corner and asked to soak my feet in cold water? After aa long time I asked another staff member to help me and add some wrm water. I was seated in corner where nail dryers and lamps are stored so staff had to hover over me multiple times to access. One drop lamp on me and another dropped dryer and electric panel on my purse. Customer next to me is getting mani and pedicure so two staff member s around her. I can't shift to my right because of equipment and staff have their ohibe plugged to charge at my seat.can't shift to my left because manicure tech working on that side. My tech speaks to everyone accept me besides telling me to get shellac so I can leave quicker (for her benefit not mine). She used sharp tools on my feet including foot file while nit looking at my feet at all. She carried on a conversation behind her and hurt my foot many time. I jumped in pain 6 to 7 times and she didn't even pay any attention. No massage even though it's advertised foe 15 mins. No second coat of polish and poor application of the first coat. Even a fellow staff member pointed out the flaws at beginning of this appointment I requested a removal of artifical nails and manicure foe my hands and she just didn't book me in instead at end of my pedicure she said I should have asked earlier? She didn't want to put on my tope coat so tried to hand it to another staff who seemed toget upset at her and also refused.just as I decided to leave a third staff member came along and offered to do my handswell over and hr after I asked. She was nice and seemed to do a good job. Very gentle and paid attention to details. At the beginning of hand treatment she quoted me 55$ stating that the 45 I was quoted for
Was for nail removal and polish only. I asked do I get a massage if I upgrade to manicure and the answer was yes. I never got a massage? I asked why this was and I pinted it out on the brochure a d large sign on the wall and then I was told that was old info? So confusing as she told me at beginning of manicure there would be a massage.
AlSO! After sloughing skin from my heals the pedicurist said out loud that I had too much skin coming off my feet and turned to show 2 other staff member and then they engaged in conversation in vietnamese.then she turned the foot file over and showed it to me and ust9mer sitting in chair next to me. I was so embarrassed and explained I had spent a lot of time in garden and she continued to speak loudly on this subject I just wanted to crawl into a hole.

Took my mom in here to get gel polish on hands for her first time and the person doing her nails did an uneven job painting. It was quite noticeable and when we told them they said it’s due to the sheerness of the polish even though some of her other fingernails were painted nicely. The nail tech offered to redo that finger with the unevenness but it turned out blotchy and crooked. As for my experience, the shape of my nails were slightly slanted and when I nicely told her to fix it, it turned out the same. I really didn’t want to be that person and be picky about every single detail, however I feel like after telling them they should take their time to carefully redo it. Overall it felt very rushed like the salon cared more about the volume of clients they were trying to get in and out rather than the quality of their work. Do not recommend.

I called ahead to the salon and ask them if they had availability for me and they said yes please come in. I went into the salon and was received by the front desk assistant. I was asked what kind of colour I would like and was given a range of colors. Then I was situated on one desk and one guy started working on my nails, and then he said actually let’s go to a different table. Then another lady came and started doing my nails without any explanation and she finished my nails within 25 minutes. She rushed and hurt my nails so badly. I would never go back here again and I highly recommend you checking out a different place where it doesn’t feel like a cattle farm.

Good service. Little bit overpriced but services are good. I get my manicure pedicure here every month. They increase the prices recently. I don’t think I’ll be a regular customer anymore. Also, they charge me extra 5$ on oil manicure to remove the gel paint they put last month which doesn’t make any sense as it should be included in the mentioned price.

Such a horrible experience I had with lady named ‘Thi’. She is so rude and doesn’t even listen to what you have to say. I was ready to leave in the middle of nail art. She makes the other person feel so bad for requesting her to do even a single thing. I’m writing this review right after leaving this place and while sitting in my car, couldn’t even wait to drive home. We don’t go to nail salons to ruin our mood, it supposed to be a pampering session, not a headache where you wanna run away from as soon as possible.

Just went by today and I had the worst service. I had a pedicure done today and the lady who did mine was not paying attention at all to what she was doing. Missed many things and I had to constantly remind her. Terrible experience with the lady named Jessica and the guy at the front desk wasn't accommodating.

Great nail salon! Comfortable seating! Polite staff and management. Got a pedicure done and the staff had great attention to detail, safety and sanitation! Recommend!

Their regular pedicure is just waste of money! They spend 15 minutes of massage just filling up the water, putting scrub taking it off and all and then just paint your nails. It was my first time going their and my experience was not good at all.the staff was friendly but the services were not. I mean if they were just gonna paint my nails then I would have done it myself!

My first and last time at this salon! My grandma got regular nail polish mani today & I guess no one helped her move seats for her pedicure so her nail polish got smudged & instead of fixing the problem the nail technician began to yell at my Punjabi grandma who does not understand English. I had left the salon to grab her shoes & once I walked in 3 separate customers came up to me to explain that the nail technician was being rude & yelling at my grandma. The nail technician did not even say a word to me or apologize for her behaviour even though customers were speaking English with me & telling me what she did in-front of her. The other nail technician at the front also heard my conversations with the customers & still no one apologized or acknowledged their behaviour. Thankfully 2 customers stepped up and told her to fix the polish instead of yelling at my grandma! Please go to other salons who treat their customers with kindness & respect!

It was a poor experience, my toes are hurting from how the nail was paired. Extremely unprofessional and didn’t know how to use scraper. I was surprised to find unprofessional and untrained staff considering the high ratings.

It wasn’t the experience I expected as the pedicure was done within half hour…wasn’t much done as I can still see dead skin…I was ok with work done but when checked out they charged me with tip without asking me which came to $46 just for normal pedicure without shellac…so disappointed

It was my biggest mistake to go there for Valentines day with my bf for a pedicure. They were unprofessional and service was terrible. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The lady that did my pedicure was really nice, she really took her time and did a great job! The lady doing my manicure just went as fast as she could like I was a waste of her time… can’t blame her because she just jumped onto the next client but it just felt like she rushed through the entire thing.

Overpriced for the experience. So many add-ons add up especially when the staff is highly trained to upsell. Will not be coming back.

This was my first time at Adora. I went with the hope of getting gel nail extensions but they only had extensions through fake nail tips so I got shellac instead. San did my shellac manicure. She was sweet and accommodated my requests well.

Update: I got my nails done again by San. As you can see she did a great job at creating fun festive nails for the holiday season. Happy with the result!

I went there first time for Manicure and pedicure and their service was just excellent. I liked the way they treated me and specifically Kim and Jack they did my Mani-Pedi. These guys are fabulous. I love their service and strongly recommend to others to go there.

Queenie was very careful and meticulous about doing my nails perfectly!:) The only thing was that the salon didn't tell me there was a $15 charge for designs. (I didn't know this counted)

They are alright, they have lots of great colours for nails and pedicure. The location is great, close to my house, but the price is too pricy. They over charge too much.

Very pathetic service
First time I went for my nails it was ok
however when I went for my refill last Sunday Oct 17 they screw up completely cut the length short which is equivalent to my original
Nails and length of all nails are not same, completely messed up. I went on Tuesday and showed the guy who was sitting in front he noted down my number and name to contact me after discussing with the manager I never received any reply
I went today again to show them my wrong nails all 4-5 staff members ganged up me as if I have done some thing wrong doing a complaint
It was so embarrassing they don’t know how to treat client and understand their concerns

Went In for a deluxe hot oil pedicure with my sister and am still highly disappointed at the extremely poor service and treatment by several staff members there. I have been supporting this place since they opened however ever since the new management started this place has gone completely down hill. Outrageous prices that keep changing, poor customer service skills and a very rushed service. I left with a cuticle cut and burn on my toe from the paraffin. The staff often talk about the customers continually (my sister speaks fluent Vietnamese). I will never return to this place and regret referring so many customers when they first opened. The manager should also train Lucy on essential customer service skills and manners.

Went here for the first time, and it was horrible. Appt was was 230 and the place was packed. They just kept telling people to wait took over 2 hours to complete both services. Shellac started peeling off after three days of getting it done. Wouldn’t recommend others to get shellac done and I would not go back.

Went there the 1st time the man doing my nails did a good job went back for fills and Ivy couldn't remove the color from my nails and made me go with a darker color to cover it up. Made no sense because you could see the previous color under my nails. Wrnt back the third time same thing couldn't remove the color so I had to get a new set. Not going back for nails there. Might be a ploy not to remove color so ladies have to get a new set everytime

I booked a appointment at 12 00 pm on Sunday.when I arrived their, they all booked and I have to wait for 30 minutes their and the lady who done my nails was very rude and she done my shallac so quickly she just paint my nails so quickly.
