Got my first ever tattoo done here by Aron! He did an amazing job and i am very happy with the final product! I would highly recommend Aron as a tattoo artist (my boyfriend and our friend both got tattooed by him as well, and they’re both happy with his art).

I got a lip piercing and new tunnels very friendly staff very quick. Worst part was needle going through other side, but painless transition to jewelry. Would recommend going to this adrenaline they have a good selection but bring cash it's much cheaper without tax.

Absolutely amazing shop. Everyone who works there is so incredibly kind and easy to talk to. I got my septum pierced here last year and has a fantastic experience. I get quite faint around needles, and they made sure to fully inform mw of the whole process and guided me through the procedure itself. The septum healed WONDERFULLY as well. They also gave me candy and a juice box afterwards to get my blood sugar up because I felt light headed! Anyway - great people, great shop, great services. Well worth their pricing.

I've gotten several piercings here (all by different piercers) and my first tattoo. Recently, I had a four-hour tattoo appointment booked (joint with a friend) with a $200 deposit down. Unfortunately, it was scheduled for the day the shop caught on fire! I ended up getting the tattoo elsewhere, but the shop handled my refund very gracefully with no issues. I received clear communication the whole time and was very satisfied.

I've got my bridge, both nostrils, helix, and conch all pierced here. All were pleasant experiences, everything was sanitary and well cared for. I felt confident that I was being treated with high industry standards (even beyond!). I've only had a few issues – my nostril piercings (got both at the same time) are a bit crooked, but not too noticeable, so it's okay. The same thing for my bridge piercing, one side is definitely higher than the other. My helix and conch had no issues whatsoever.

All of my piercings healed well except my nostrils, but that was genuinely entirely my own fault and I will not blame the piercers for that. My conch and helix are both feeling healed after barely nine months! The bridge piercing is not necessarily an easy one to do, but mine has healed very well (over a year old now) and I'm happy with it, despite the crookedness. For piercings, I do recommend – however, make sure to check the initial placement of the piercing before you get it done, as historically it's been crooked for me. Also check what jewelry they're using, too – I've had a couple of pretty bad issues at Adrenaline's other locations (one occasion led to two piercings rejecting), and while I doubt that would matter, it's always a good precaution.

For tattoos, I think it really matters what artist you get. I came in with a small custom (booked in advance), and everything was sanitary and well set up. My artist talked to the other artists/customers for most of my appointment and only talked with me a little, which was okay for me but might not be favourable for others. I've seen other people complain about that artist in their reviews, so I'm not the only one. The tattoo is almost a year old now and is looking okay, it healed like a tattoo does (lines blurring a little) but there are some gaps in the ink that I got touched up elsewhere.

It was also significantly more money than I was expecting – with a tip, I paid $200 for 2.5 inches of text (in cash). This makes it my second most expensive tattoo, despite it being the smallest! I know the general hourly rate in Vancouver and I respect that tattoo artists have standards, but it was definitely a little pricy for me. In the future, I would not go back to Adrenaline for a tattoo before getting a price estimate. It didn't bother me as there are bigger fish to fry, but just know that tattoos at Adrenaline tend to be expensive. I don't mind, but others might, so if you're financially tight this is not the place to go.

Their customer service is great. I get a fast response time with emails, and whenever I call the shop they give me all the information I need. If they don't, they call me back shortly. They're very accommodating of joint appointments – most of my piercings here have been done with friends tagging along.

I'm not saying the shop is perfect, however, all the issues I had were simply in the very fine details. I would recommend this shop, but definitely to someone who is experienced with getting pierced and could spot the small problems that arise. I'll definitely be coming back!

Went in for a walk-in ear piercing. All the employees were very kind and I was walked through the different selection of jewelry, pierced, and shown the proper aftercare technique within an hour. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a piercing or tattoo.

I have needle anxiety and would highly recommend this place. I got my lobes done, and my piercer Laney was wonderful. She talked me through how she could best support my anxiety and guided me through breathing during the piercing. My friends were also all allowed to come in with me and the room felt very private. The piercings look great and they assured me I could come back if I was worried at all during the healing process for a free check. The whole atmosphere was very welcoming and queer-friendly, and all the staff were great.

I came for a tattoo of the albanian eagle and your guest artist Toño did mine and he did such an amazing job. Everyone at adrenaline is very kind and caring. Highly recommend getting tattoos here!

I got my very first piercing here on my nostril and it was a very positive experience for me! I was quite hesitant of getting it done but staff here are very welcoming and informative, which made me much feel better. The process was quick and they provide a saline spray to apply to the piercing for the next few months. Would definitely return for another piercing!

Fair pricing for piercing among other things. Excellent customer service. I went to Claire's down the street and was going to be charged 90 bucks for a ear lobe piercing. At adrenaline, I got my ear piercing with exactly the same gem size for 65 bucks with aftercare products. I had way better experience there.

I had an amazing experience there. Luke and Lock were great at explaining everything. It was my first time getting piercings and I was a bit scared and had way too many questions and they were very patient and helpful. The girl who did my piercings her name is Jenny and she couldn’t be nicer! Thank you so much. Going back there to get my first tattoo very soon.

Really good experience here, even didn’t feel painful when he doing the piercing on my nose! The environment is bright and clean.

Came for a walk in piercing on a weekday and got my second lobes pierced by Cory. The front of house staff was very friendly and welcoming while Cory was super professional, hygienic, and did an excellent job with the placement and execution.

Great place! It's been years since my last piercing so I was a little nervous but the staff were friendly and so helpful! I was booked in with Francis who was really knowledgeable and helped me figure out what would suite me and my lifestyle! Francis made the experience fun and nearly painless! It's been a few weeks now and everything is healing really nicely! I will go back again!

I wanna say the customer service here is great. My sister and I were helped by Lessi (not sure right spelling), who was an absolute delight to talk to. She was very knowledgeable and helped us both find the right jewelry replacements we needed.

My sister also said her piercing artist was lovely! Overall a short, sweet and memorable visit.:)

Mike did my flat and both lobes. The pain was less than a paper cut. Super professional and funny guy. Definitely coming back for more piercings and tattoos.

I will rate 5 stars 10/10 to this store and to Sam! I’ve just done my lobe piercing today, it’s way better than the gun piercing. Sam is professional and done an amazing job. I didn’t feel hurt at all after the piercing which is way different than the gun piercing. The store staff are so friendly, professional and having passion towards their work. Will definitely recommend it to everyone.

I normally don’t leave a lot of reviews but my overall experiences with Adrenaline Granville have been phenomenal!
Cruise and Jasmin were absolutely lovely and a great experience.
Landon at the front of house also really stood out! He booked me for 2 out of 3 recent tattoos and was very personable and answered all questions I had. And when I was paying out for two of my pieces he rang me through and was such a joy!

I wanted to get a same day tattoo and this place made it happen! The woman at the counter was extremely helpful and excited that she had an artist available who could do what I was looking for. I had Kellan and he was excellent! Very easy to talk to and super skilled. I’d highly recommend this spot and Kellan to anyone looking to get a great tattoo!

I walked in today (Wednesday) at 5: 55pm and was greeted immediately by the extremely kind staff. I didn’t have an appointment, but I was pierced, paid and back to my car by 6: 15!
I am always blown away by these guys and feel so comfortable and have the most pleasant experience- thank you so much guys! ️

Been here for quite a few ink pieces, piercings and jewelry. I had been looking for a solid pair of faceted plugs forever, and Landon was able to find the perfect set for me! Went there for a nose piercing and everyone was so friendly and professional! Unlike my other piercings it only hurt for like 3 minutes and then the pain stopped almost immediately.i got it done about two weeks ago and i have not had any trouble with pain or infection! The piercer made me feel comfortable and relaxed as he got it done with ease.will be coming back for my other piercings in the future:)

Service here was amazing! I was greeted at the door, and was asked right away if I came in for something specific. I was getting my navel pierced for the second time and the service was quick and I was informed with all of the after care that I needed! Adrenaline will now be my number 1 recommendation for piercings!

My partner went in to install a new dermal top (diamond and gold) and the artist totally bent it, it won’t fit anymore. And the artist just said “have a nice day” and didn’t charge him for the attempted install. He will not be going back there.

Mighty fine place. Friendly and helpful staff. Both my piercings I got here. Knowledgable about different types of piercings as well as what's best for first timers. They give great tips for the healing process too. The people that pierce your ears are super friendly and patient and understand it can be uncomfortable. They make it easier. All in all great experience and I'm even thinking about getting my first tattoo there too.

Live in Alberta and panicked when my second skin came off a 3hour old tattoo in the shower after all studios in my area were closed. Thought to try a tattoo studio out of province for some advice and stumbled upon this amazing business! Spoke to Landon who helped advise me on how to keep my new tattoo safe and clean even though I not only did not get my tattoo here but live about 1100km away. I cannot imagine the amazing service they must provide the people who do have tattoos with them! 5/5 stars and if anyone with this studio ever reads this please give Landon a raise he was so kind!

Waited over an hour with my girlfriend for just a nose ring replacement and we decided to leave. They basically left us for dead there. She ended up just asking for the nose ring and paid for it and we left. That whole thing could of taken us 3 min instead of an hour.

Also weird communication and awareness between employees. Was talking with one of them in person and another one just jumped in the discussion and told him that they don't do walk in tattoos, while I was talking about getting an appointment (we just ignored him).

Went to the counter with the same employee and the girl being the desk done the same thing.

It's super awkward and you feel like they don't want you there and care only about making money. This is some serious commercial touristy trap.

I had setup an appointment with Austin Gregg the other day and had an amazing time!
Since this was my first tattoo I was a little bit nervous about how my first experience was going to play out but, can honestly say Austin was super friendly, kind, professional and overall easy going guy which made me feel relaxed through out the entire time.
I enjoyed our chats and if there was a period of silence during the session he'd check up on me just to make sure I was doing alright and not in too much pain which, made me feel like he really cares about his clients and I appreciate that.
As for my tattoo, it actually came out nicer than I expected which totally exceeded my expectations! A real artist here.
I would totally recommend this place! If you're looking for a sick tatt and a nice experience, definitely go see Austin G.

I’ve been coming here for years to get my body jewellery. I’ve bought clothes here, I’ve gotten piercings done here as well as a tattoo by Austin Delemont he’s very professional. The manager Dylan is amazing.

Unfortunately my last tattoo experience with Aron McKenzie was very unpleasant as I paid for my deposit, having never met him before didn’t know what to expect.he was very short with me and somewhat rude. I was in the room that I paid a full hour for less than 2 minutes before I felt like he was shooing me away into the lobby slamming the paper down in-front of me walking away with attitude with no regard for my appointment. I understand that we didn’t see eye to eye in the appointment and that is why I was being scheduled for another appointment, another artist, another day. It was then that I was informed that the unpleasant man who had very little regard for me was now going to be paid with my money (half the deposit) a whole $40 at which time I protested that I had already given $80 and that him keeping $40 off my money for less than 2 minutes of his miserable time was hardly worth my money. I could keep going, it got worse after that. The female manager although seemed like she wanted to help has really bad customer service skills. I’m not sure what happened I’m getting very day and night experiences. I’ll be more weary in the future. Thanks for all the other positive experiences. Till next time, maybe. It was a very heated debate in the store, I asked if I was banned. “Not yet. ” She said in a very callous voice.

First time here and was warmly welcomed by one of the ladies at the front. Michael pierced two helix on one of my ears and this dude was chill as heck. Everyone there is pretty laidback and my experience was very pleasant! Would definitely would come back to get pierced again.

Busy place with welcoming atmosphere. The staff are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. We felt safe and at ease for my daughters piercing.

I got my eyebrow and "Monroe" piercings done at Adrenaline. It was so quick and painless. And the staff were amazing! Definitely my go-to for any future piercings and tattoos.

Didn't catch the piercer's name, but he did a great job and the healing is coming along very nice for two lobes and a conch!

Cory has been my piercer for the last few times that I have come in, and he is absolutely awesome! Always made sure I was happy with what I got and was super careful about where everything was placed. So much better than some piercers who don’t check to make sure everything is perfect and just want to get you out the door, especially when you’re getting multiple piercings at once. He is so nice and is all around great!

Yesterday a girlfriend and I got our ear lobes pierced by Josh. We were both quite nervous, Josh made us feel so relaxed and at ease. Prior to our visit I did tons of research and Adrenaline was the top place to visit. Needless to say, I was not disappointed. Adrenaline exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend them!

They were very nice when i got my belly button piercing here. However, they pierced it above my belly button and not in my belly button and it ended up ripped out because my body was rejecting it.

Let the discrimination begin. They sell a specific titanium nose stud that you cannot put in by yourself, and they have to help you with it. If you're not double vaxxed, they REFUSE to do it. Ridiculous.

Got our first piercings here a couple weeks ago and it was a great experience.

Staff at the front were very helpful with booking us in (we were walk-ins) and friendly. Our piercer seemed very experienced and accommodating. Also explained all the aftercare and everything very well once we were finished.

Was very nervous to get my ears pierced for the first time at the late age of 33, but the staff made the whole experience smooth and calm. Everyone was super friendly and informative, especially the piercer Michael and his assistant Jenny. Couldn’t have been better! Thanks again

Went just as a walk-in kinda panicking cuz I swallowed my tongue piercing, but they were super nice and chill and able to pop me in real quick to replace my barbell! In and out in under 10 minutes! Thank you!

Got both my ears pierced a week ago, helix, and the procedure was quick, professional, and friendly.

The staff are knowledgeable about their craft unlike some stores with just ppl who have no idea what they are doing /selling.

Overall a welcoming store and will recommend the trip to them to anyone wanting a piercing.

I went to get my first tattoo in 2013.the girl that did it was nice but pressed way to hard when doing it and one side is a bit scarred. I don't think she knew how to handle dark skin.

I did a walk in today for a Helix piercing and everyone was super attentive even though it seemed a bit busy they helped me right away. Josh was my body mod artist and he was super gentle and super friendly. I had a great experience with him he makes you feel super comfortable and guides you every step of the way. Would definitely recommend his service. I’m super happy with my Helix piercing.

I got this done for my 2nd year of being clean and sober. Austin did a really good job with this medallion that I will wear with pride because Alcoholics Anonymous saved my life.

Had a repiercing done. Piercer (I think Luke, I'm bad with names) was super knowledgable, kept me calm and laughing before and after the piercing! I always love my experience here. Everyone who has pierced me has been fabulous, it's been a long time since I got a tatt here due to an ink allergy so I cannot speak to their current artists. Mike, the piercer, has pierced and put up with jewellery changes and removal for MRIs for me over the years and I highly recommend, any newby to piercing, ask for him. He has a great energy to him that completely puts you at ease. Great COVID procedures in place as well!

This is my first choice for piercings, I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is extremely friendly, able to make pleasant conversation while getting the job done. Piercing is always swift and as painless as possible, in a private space away from the main storefront which I really appreciate. Staff speak very casually which is actually a bonus to me; it feels like I'm in a friend setting which helps to lower my anxiety, but if you're not a fan of cussing or casual banter that might not be a plus for you (I, again, appreciate it). The new look is beautiful too, big bonus there! Overall I really love this establishment.

Best piercing place in Vancouver by far. I got my lip ring there when I was 14, septum and nostril done too. Staff are dope and trustworthy if you want some piercings. They carry sick black craft merch too, and I'm planning on going there to get my ears stretched to 4g sometime. Love this place

I had a very bad experience with this tattoo shop last week, come in for a consultation and found that the tattoo artist did not speak or understand ENGLISH! Except of nodding with her head I did not received any induction that she is even listening to a word I said.less then 5 minutes. I was out of the door with the only clear message that, she do not want to work or even looking at my face, disrespectful do not even start to explain the experience.not to mention that the only thing that she did so "kindly" explain that I will need to wait at least half a year to see the tattoo draft on the same day of the tattooing.that made me laugh! Wast of time!

Awesome experience! I had two dermal anchors done at the Granville location. All the staff was super friendly and gave good suggestions since I wasn't very sure how the dermal anchors would work out with MRI. The piercer also recommended me to only get 2 instead of 4 in one go, since I never had them before and my body might reject them. He was extra patient and spent forever making sure the position was what I wanted and aligned with my body/posture. (Got two under my collarbones one on each side) The piercings were painless and healed very nicely! Will go back for the next two in a few weeks:)

Got two dermal anchors on Saturday and a friend had her nose done, all staff from front end to our piercer were fabulous. Very clean and professional.

Ive had 1 artist bail on a design cause it was too complex - had to get my deposit back.then more recently I had a consult where I showed a simple design to the artist and he was just over-the -top rude to me, raising his voice glaring etc - got out as quick as possible.the staff seem chill but the artists here have been difficult to deal with in my exp.cheers & have a good one

This is the second time I've been to a tattoo parlor and have been denied a taint piercing. But 3 stars for the service when they filled my balls with pebbles.

Awesome place, good vibe. Safe and clean tatts and peircings, they sell punky clothes and apparel. Lots of earing choices and a good range of plugs. It is a bit expensive, like 80 bucks for a peircing.

I'm only giving the extra star because the Tattoo Artists I've encountered at this place are really talented at what they do, and there is one staff member that I think is a great human being. Otherwise, I've got to say that this place kind of screwed my partner over. In December, we went in to get some tattoos and we booked our appointments, someone at the front told my partner that she had a credit or something from her last tattoo she had there. It was $50. They told her they would figure it out. Once we came back there for our appointments, we asked about the credit that they had mentioned and they said they accidentally deleted the account and so the credit no longer mattered anymore. Kinda weird and shady. When we asked about it, one of the Piercers (Adam) got all weird about the situation and frankly acted disingenuous. The tattoos themselves are nice but pretty pricey. Every time I've gone in there recently, most of the staff come off as rude and pretentious. Not every staff member of course! Just a few pretty prominent ones.

If I could give more than 5 stars I could. I came in with a botched nose piercing job and Megan did an amazing job at fixing it. Not only that, but she offered great aftercare tips. After today, I only trust Adrenaline with any future piercings!

I’ve gone twice now and I’m never disappointed. I gotten all my tattoos done here. Kass is an amazing artist and when I had a change of ideas she was more than welcome to draw a quick one hour sketch of the new tattoo which was amazing. Will definitely be coming again.

Got my conch piercing today. It was fast easy and pretty straight forward. And everyone was chill and nice

I love this place, friendly staff that has good input and knowledgeable. Very welcoming and they make you feel like you're not just 'another face in the crowd'.

Got a Labret from here. Very friendly staffs and really satisfied with the quality. Didn’t hurt than I thought. They will definitely take time for you to get your pierce right where you want it.

I'm sad to be giving the place 2 stars I really am. I came here back in August to get a nose piercing. The women only went and pierced my old hole and wasnt in the place I wanted. So I return in February to resolve this problem they was happy to do so. I wanted a ring and got told by many other shops it was too high for a ring, adrenaline done this for me and i left the store happy, 4 DAYS LATER- I wake up with dried up blood around my pericing and to it being very sore, I went to another store and they was shocked that they allowed me to leave the store on how tight the ring was, it was that tight if I left it in any longer I wouldve had the longest slit down my nose. So I wont be coming here for anymore piercing anytime soon. They dont really care about the customer all about getting people in and out tbh.

I only ran in here once out of convenience as I work downtown and it’s not my regular shop I go to. Asked the front sales person on Saturday around 330pm, a blonde male in a toque a simple question and he was super rude about it lol for no reason, it was almost as if it was a nuisance. I was not impressed but more so confused lol. Step your quality and game up Adrenaline.
